Tastes great, smells like marzipan, I LOVE it! I would steep it for one less minute though next time.
Savory almond with Taiwan oolong tea. Smooth, nutty aroma, full and rounded body, sweet marzipan flavor.

Tastes great, smells like marzipan, I LOVE it! I would steep it for one less minute though next time.
So delicious, I often do the oolongs with my Yerba as they pair so nicely together. Hot or cold both are delicious
Nice almond flavor. Not overwhelming. Very nice with a little cream and sugar. It's especially good with butter cookies or shortbread.
This is a very pleasant tea that has a slightly sweet flavor. Good with mildly sweet cookies or fruit.
Loved it, great flavor taste and good value qualityLoved it, great flavor taste and good value quality
Absolutely delicious!!! Will definitely be on my reorder list.
One of our favorites both hot and cold! When we have guests over that have not had this tea, they take their first drink and to a one, stop and say, that's good! Where did you get this tea? Adagio!
This was my gateway tea, lol. I used to drink only herbals and rooibos. In my search for caffeine, I found almond oolong. It's one of my 'must haves'.
This is a delicious almond flavored tea! A sweet nutty taste with a dessert like flavor of marzipan. The dark oolong tea base, medium bodied and smooth was a special treat.
One of my favorite teas from Adagio. This has that almond taste and smell without being over the top. It is smooth and helps me feel relaxed and warmed in the evenings.
My favorite! Can drink cold as well as hot. Touch of agave. Still a favorite of mine ❤️ On my 3rd bag.
Not a bad flavor just ok/good, glad I got a sample but do not think I will ever order this one again
Oolong is sucha perfect partner for these nuttier, sweeter flavours, and Almond Oolong is no exception. The almond smells like it's very far forward when you take the tea out of the bag, but once the tea is ready to drink the almond fades to a gentle background note, with the oolong taking centre stage. I would have liked the almond to be a bit more dominant, but I still enjoyed this very much and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hint of almond. If you want the cherry/almond notes to be more in your face, try Cherry Marzipan Oolong instead.
Nice true almond flavor. Great tea if you’re not looking for a lot of spices and want something a little more plain.
This tea has a sweet and almond flavor. I Added a little lemon and the taste was absolutely good.
I bought this for my daughter. She is looking for the perfect tea to compliment the almond teacakes I bake for her. She thought this one was okay.
One of my faves. Almond anything in tea and I’ll try it. Oolong plus almond is a gorgeous combination.
This tea showed up in a recommendation email from Adagio. The scent made me wonder if it would be too sweet (even for me)--no, it's just right! Adagio, you see me! I am now checking out the other recommendations one by one.
I enjoyed it in the morning. Very smooth and relaxing.
This tea landed in the middle for me: it does not have a particularly strong almond taste (I'm not sure I could have guessed that it was almond-flavored, had I not known), but it clearly isn't a pure unflavored oolong. I liked it, though, and thought it was better brewed cold.
This is a nice oolong with just enough almond flavoring.
The almond is balanced well in this oolong, although not my personal fave.
I love almond, and it’s such a nice pairing in oolong.
This oolong is really good and I loved the taste of almonds
Solid oolong but was expecting more almond taste. Lots more oolong than almond, which is not a bad thing.
Almond Oolong was the perfect balanceof earthy and fruity. It is delicious.
Surprisingly wonderful: I usually don't care for flavored teas, but this is an exception. It has a strong almond fragrance but don't be fooled: the taste is much more subtle. Flavors of toasty almond nuttiness and some earthy dark oolong notes. Doesn't need sweetener in my opinion. Good for any time, but I plan to enjoy this one on cool fall days.
It's ok by itself, but tastes better when blended with other teas.
I have seen this tea pop up in many of my favorite blends, and I am happy to say that it is also great on its own! It has a great almond flavor that is both tasty and comforting.
This is an almond-flavored tea. It's similiar to the almond (black) tea, but I prefer this one. It is especially good blended with cream (black), masala chai (black) or vanilla (decaf black). UPDATE: giving this another star, because it has become one of my go-to teas for blends, especially for afternoon-evening teas where I don't wank black tea.
You have to love the taste of amaretto or marzipan to love this tea (which I do). Adagio's description of this tea talks a lot about natural almonds and I think it's important to note that this tea definitely tastes more like a baked good made with almond extract (a very distinct smell) than a natural almond product like almond butter. Since, I love amaretto, I think the smell is heavenly.
I drank it black without any sugar but I imagine that adding a touch of sugar or honey would make this tea extra delicious.
This has a very nice flavor but ended up being too caffeinated for me.
This is great on it's own and also mixed in with other flavored teas.
I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It's perfect for reading a book on the balcony.
A nice smooth oolong with just the right amount of almond flavor.
This tea is nice, but the almond flavor is pretty mild. The oolong used is closer to black tea than green. I like brewing it with a cinnamon stick to add some extra flavor!
Good light tea for a early mornings. Would definitely buy again
This is one of my all time favorite teas, cold or hot, no
need to add anything to it
A delicious and real almond flavor that doesn't overpower the oolong. Very good tea. I will definitely buy this again!
This is very good. The almond is just right and not overpowering. A great any time tea
Yummy, nutty oolong. I added a little bit of warmed sugar free hazelnut cream to this and it needed nothing more. Great for morning wakeup and get moving
Tastes like it sounds perfect mildness with almond kick
wonderful and soothing…i drink it hot during the fall and winter and iced during the spring/summer
i highly recommend
Sweet and nutty. The smell reminds me of an almond sugar cookie
I often mix this tea with other fruity or sweet teas to add a kick. Wonderful add in or alone
kind of underwhelming, the almond is subtle and easily lost in the overall oolong
It was okay, not very flavorful. I likely won't be getting this one again. Which is too bad, because I liked the Almond Rooibos very much.
The flavor of this tea is not my favorite, but I can’t say why. Maybe I just like a bolder-flavored tea, more chai-ish.
I had high hopes for this flavor, but I am not a fan. It smelled so good in the packaging and while steeping, but drinking the tea was a dry and bland experience, unfortunately.
I'm not a big fan of almond essence flavouring in baked goods or marzipan etc, and I was mildly worried when I first opened the bag and smelled the dry leaves. The intense almondness fades on brewing so it doesn't overwhelm the oolong at all, though and although I'd not choose it as an every day tea, it's a nice one for the occasional cup.
