The smell in the pack is very sweet marzipan, which I love. The flavor is a bit weaker and comes off nutty and a little sweet. I did like the tea but this one is all about the scent.
The tea has a light but very real almond taste. I enjoyed it.

Almond is deliciously addictive. I don't mind going back for multiple steeps because it is better to drink almond oolong tea than binge on almond macaroons.

I'm a little new to the tea world. I have been buying samples of all the different kinds of teas and this is by far my favorite oolong that I have tried. I am usually one to put a lot of sugar into my tea but with this one I don't need to put any. It is very sweet and delicious.
Don't really like the taste of the almond, but almond isn't really my thing.
This came as a sample in an order and it is not one of my favorites. I don't know if it is the almond which I love but it seems to have an artificial taste.
This was pretty good but I'm not sure if I life almond mixed with oolong. But that is just my personal preference. I has an amazing aroma, though!
I love this tea a lot! The smell is a bit strong at first but as with all teas it mellows out when steeped. This is definitely one of my favorite oolongs.

This has a really lovely flavor to it. The almond is subtle but still very much there. Probably going to get a bigger order of this in the future.

If you like amaretto or marzipan, you will love this tea. The almond fragrance is heavenly, and it's extremely smooth. Subtly sweet on its own, as well.

This was a sample also. Tried it for the first time today. The aroma was unusual. Didn't like the taste at all, had an earthy taste which is not for me.
I just received my tea,,,I have had other almond tea but I really like this one. I ordered pouches and loose leaf. The pouches are a little weak so I make a little more water and add two bags. I would definitely order this again.
Taste is very good but it has a very strong smell of almond extract.

This one's light and smooth and subtly sweet. Its definitely best for me served hot with nothing added. Definitely a good tea and cookies tea!
This was a surprisingly mellow blend, but I do have a weakness for nutty teas!
I received this as a sample and when I opened the package the fragrance reminded me of Italian cookies my grandmother used to make, it has a real almond taste and will definitely be included in my next order.

A mild, light tea with a slight nutty flavor. Smooth and enjoyable.
Smells like cookies and marzipan in the bag, but mellows out a bit once brewed. Tastes much like marzipan as well, but not as overwhelmingly sweet as it smells. I am not fond of the aftertaste.

It smells and tastes terrific! Very mellow and soothing.
This is my first time having this tea and I made it as a blend. I did 1/2 tsp of cream (tea) and 1/2 teaspoon of the almond oolong, with two or three small pieces of rock sugar. I smell the almond (and it smells amazing), but I don't taste it! I think next time I will just do a full tsp of almond, a bit more sugar, and a splash of milk.

When I first opened the bag, it smelled like a strong almost glueish odor. That quickly went away after a few more sniffs. The tea itself is delightful, and not too strong. It tastes really good with a little bit of cream.
A nice almond flavor. Only thing I didn't love was that there was a somewhat bitter after taste. Not bad enough to make it undrikable though. All in all, I liked it!

Out of all the samples I ordered, this may well be my fave! The aroma is intoxicating! The taste is very smooth, with no bitter aftertaste. Just a wee bit of honey really brought out the almond flavor. I'm going to go order more of this right now!
I knew I would love this tea as soon as I opened the bag. It tastes just as wonderful as it smells! I would highly recommend Almond Oolong to anyone who likes almond flavor.

Few things are better than a sweet, nutty tea that is smooth enough to tamper down other more astringent blacks. Love, love, LOVE this one for blending.

Very, very nice! Smells like you stuck your face into a bag of marzipan, but I don't consider that a bad thing. Brews up extremely sweet and is best enjoyed with nothing added, in my opinion.
I would have like the almond flavor to be a bit more noticeable.
smells so good! I didn't realize it at first, but it tastes just like southern brewed sweet tea, except sweetened to my taste. I will definitely be buying more of this because I just got a sample size. I like to brew it longer than the recommended time for a stronger flavor, but I do that with all my teas. YUM!
