Savory almond with Taiwan oolong tea. Smooth, nutty aroma, full and rounded body, sweet marzipan flavor.

Love the smell when you open the package, but the taste is underwhelming. Just a so-so tea.
I tried this even though I usually drink decaf. Love the light, nutty flavor. PLEASE make it in decaf.
super strong marzipan smell (a little too strong) from the bag but lightens with brewing. I wasnt super impressed but I liked it. I gave my sample to my friend and she is in love with it so im going to give it a better rating because she loved it so much.
One of the best tasting tea I've had. Delightful flavor. Of course my wife and I enjoy alomond flavoring.
This is probably one of my favorite teas from Adagio. It smells so strongly of almond, it reminds me of marzipan cookies, and adding a hint of almond extract to baked goods. The taste is more subtle than its aroma, but it is a must have in my house.
Good overall. It was a little bitter even with steeping it 4 minutes. I don't like sweetened tea, but I imagine this one would be better sweet.
This is the first oolong that I have had so I don't really have any comparisons. The almond aroma is most pronounced, with a slight smokiness after. I like it better than I thought I would. The taste is light but not like a green tea, still some body to it. The almond taste is clean and not over powering.
Slightly sweet, but not too sweet. Good on its own or blended with a vanilla oolong.
Smooth and refreshing, I would recommend this tea.
Clear flavor very good with sweets and it is simple, the kind to go as an accent to any foods, really.
I love almond teas and I love oolong, so I was very excited to try this tea-- and I'm pleased to say that I wasn't disappointed. I could hardly stop smelling it long enough to get it steeped, but am I ever glad I finally did. It's got a smooth, full flavor and I especially loved it with just a bit of honey. I don't usually pair teas with food, but I loved drinking this with a side of almond cookies.
Brings to mind bear claws. Really smells like almonds but it doesn't taste too much like it, nor too little. Awesome tea.
Good flavor, mix this with rooibos vanilla chai and was yummm.
Not a fan of almond flavoring so this didn't excite me.
I ordered just a sample at first, I couldn't stop smelling it, I started using it as an addition to my regular drinking tea and the aroma was simply wonderful, it reminded me of my childhood with my grandmother. it also are such a sutle flavor, a Warmth if you will that is a pleasant addition when drinking any of my flavors, it's in no way over powering, just enough, enough aroma, enough flavor. just perfect.
This is my first oolong from Adagio, and I quite enjoyed it. I loved the almond scent and taste.
The smell alone would make me sit with a cup in my hands! soothing mild flavor with a nutty taste that is very pleasant. I enjoy this tea in the evening instead of a dessert. Feels like I'm eating almond cookies with my tea but without the extra calories.
Wasn't sure about this tea but got it as a sample and LOVE it! Its earthy but not as 'dark' as black tea. There is just the right amount of almond in this to make it almost like a dessert tea! Too often almond flavor can 'burn' a tea, but this is just right to me. It has a very pleasant, sweet aftertaste. I steeped mine a little too long but it was still ok - not bitter. But don't steep much longer than 5-6 minutes. I was also able to re-steep a couple of times for a pleasant cup every time.
Like this tea very much. The taste of almonds are blended well
Still learning to appreciate oolong tea. I add a bit of almond to add depth of flavor. Willing it keep trying it...perhaps it was my mood that first day.
Such lovely mouthfeel. A generous almond flavor without being over sweet or artificial. The oolong is blended very nicely. This is a tea that is delightful any time of the da but has a nice caffeine kick to it. It isn't over stimulating, it really is just right. I adore making milk tea or tea lattes with this blend also. I would recommend this to people looking for a creamier tea, that is gentle on the caffeine, and is an introduction to this world.
This is fabulous. I am addicted to the slightly sweet, almond oolong.
this was a very delicious tea and a very mild one
The almond smell is a bit overwhelming in this one, but if I'm careful not to over brew it, the flavor is ok. The vanilla oolong is much better.
This isn't something I could drink every day, but it's nice to have when I want something different.
I grew up in the Central Valley of California, and Almonds are big there. Brings me back to my childhood!
I am a fan of this (especially mixed with the cream or vanilla black teas) but my boyfriend couldn't stand it. It's a strong almond-cherry-amaretto flavor, so if you like that, you'll love this.
A lovley oolong. I'd recommend it to all my family.
A lovely (I love anything almond) tea just before bedtime--it satisfies my sweet tooth.
Added 1t of sugar. This is a lovely flavor combination.
By the smell, I didn't think I would enjoy this tea as much as I did! Once brewed, this tea turned out to be quite smooth and delicate. As with all teas, I suppose, the actual flavor is lighter and less present than the smell.
The tea has a VERY strong almond smell which does not diminish when brewed. The taste is just as strong as the smell. I did not care for this at all.
Gave this as a gift to my mother-in-law. She is a tea fanatic. She love this.
Overwhelmingly almond (which I usually love). Not my favorite.
I admit outright that I'm incredibly biased here, so please take that into account reading this. I'd hoped for something nutty, wound up with something reminiscent of amaretto and for me that's an absolute, unchangeable no. Always reminds me of sicklysweet cherry flavor.
Compared to Adagio's almond black tea, this tea is much milder in fragrance and aroma. It's a lovely tea, but the almond black has a richer almond smell/taste, and a sweeter flavor. If you find the almond black to be too strong for you, this milder almond oolong will be just right for you.
Very nice relaxing tea to enjoy. It tasted warm and had a nutty taste which was not too strong or too weak. The only thing I did not like was the smell which was very sweet smelling. The smell is totally different then the taste which is not too sweet. I'm big into aroma's so if I don't like a smell it turns me off but if your not like that the tea would be great for you. Would work being mixed with other tea flavors.
Smells good, tastes blah. I'm beginning to realize I love Adagio's straight teas but I am not a fan of their flavored teas. With milk and agave, this tea is still just okay.
I love this tea and I shared it with my friend. We drink it at work in the afternoon.
I got this tea because I wanted a flavored oolong I could mix with other teas. I often mix this one with vanilla oolong or cinnamon black tea. There is a strong grassy flavor to this one that mixes interestingly with the almond.
I love the almond flavor. This tea was very new for me.
THIS IS THE BEST TEA. I thought my favorites teas were chai teas. I have no changed my mind. This is going to be a new staple in my tea cabinet. Sweet, smooth, rich flavor with a scent that is to die for.
I didn't love this. It wasn't bad, but left me wanting more. It might blend well with vanilla to add some sweet creaminess.
Not my favorite, but still good. Love the smell when I open the bag!
This is one of my favorites. Just the right touch of flavor
I really love the flavor of almond and this tea did not disappoint. Wonderful flavor.
I got this as my free sample for sharing on Facebook and I am glad that I did! It has a nice almond flavor that kind of reminds me of cake or cookies.
Oh my goodness this tea is AMAZING. I picked it as a sample because it sounded good, but I was not prepared for how delicious it actually was! It smells like a cookie, and with some sugar, it pretty much tastes like one too. 10/10, will buy again.
Once I got past the almost shockingly strong almond fragrance, the tea didn't actually taste too bad. Nutty, and interesting. But definitely not one of my favorites, and the fragrance is really overwhelming to me.
