Only the finest, young, shade-grown gyokuro tea leaves are used to create matcha. The leaves are plucked and laid out flat to dry. Veins are removed and the leaves, now called tencha, are carefully ground in granite mills until they become the precious powder.

Incredible tea. Excellent Matcha with a light, bright peach hint. Very mild, very good. I like it best when settling down at night with a good book. It's very nice in the morning also - nice break time treat.
I couldn't choose between unflavored matcha and a flavored version, so I got one of each. I like them both, but I had to experiment a little with the tea/water ratio to find the perfect flavor. I like to drink mine iced!
As far as the flavor in the peach matcha goes, don't expect it to be super strong. It is more like a subtle, nice hint of peach in the aftertaste.

The peach is so subtle that you forget it's even in there. It sneaks up on you as a creamy peachy aftertaste of perfection. Definitely a nice blend of flavored matcha.

I drink matcha every morning for the health benefits but am not really a huge fan of the taste. I was so excited when Adagio started carrying flavored matcha and immediately purchased the peach. It does not taste strongly of peach by any means but it has a pleasant fruit aftertaste.

I found this bitter, somewhere between sea-weed and grassy, but my kids loved it! I prepared it as a milky latte with Italian Sweet Cream.
I have never tried to make matcha tea myself so this was definitely a fun experience but it was fantastic! I really enjoy this!

Im not a big matcha person. But I am a big peach person. I bought this as my gateway matcha. I didn't like it hot. It was too bitter. That could be bad matcha technique on my part or it could be a lower grade of matcha. I'm not sure. But I have to say, this is wonderful cold brewed. It's smooth and delicious. When I do it cold I use the bowl and whisk with the only difference being cold water instead of hot. Just make sure you have good whisking skills.
Great flavor! Matcha is a little too time intensive for me to enjoy on a daily basis... but this is a great special occasion tea
This was my first time drinking matcha tea. I followed the directions, but did not care for it. I added a touch of honey but still didn't fall in love with the tea. I will finish the package, and maybe it will grow on me. :D

This was my first experience with matcha. I have to say that it was no what I was expecting. I thought that the peach flavor would be a little stronger. It isn't my favorite but I am willing to give it another try.

I am not a matcha fan usually because i do not like grassy tasting teas. However this matcha is pretty amazing! The peach flavoring is slight but enough to cover the green taste. Love it!
Not sure about this one. I keep trying to drink it because all the wonderful benefits, but I'm struggling. I am an iced tea drinker, can anyone make any suggestions on what I can add to Matcha to play down the grassy taste?
More of a peach flavor than I was expecting, which is a good thing. I look forward to trying some of the other flavors as well.

The peach isn't quite strong enough for me. It's not a bad tea, just needed more fruit flavor.
Adagio has some great matchas and I think this peach flavor blends perfectly. Not a bold peach, but subtle, sweet and well balanced.

this is just ok tea. It taste like Matcha, but I didn't taste any peach flavor at all. I'll just stick with the regular Matcha.

I mainly use the matcha in smoothies and lattes in the morning for a morning pick me up. I absolutely love this. Adds a nice subtle fruity and refreshing flavor to my lattes.
Not my favorite of the flavored matchas, but drinkable. My biggest issue is that it's fantastic when making lattes, but that you need to make sure that you add only a bit of vanilla & honey since there is a fine line between perfection and oversweetness!
This is fantastic! The tea smells wonderful and the flavor is perfect - a subtle fruity note to compliment the matcha, not overwhelming but definitely present, unlike when I tried the matcha chocolate. Would recommend!
I like this matcha a lot, however it is not quite as peachy as I was hoping for. It is delicious and very drinkable, it tastes great and I continue to reorder this.

This is the first matcha I have purchased from Adagio and I am hooked! It has a beautiful green color and is a great pick me up. The peach is very mild and perfect with honey and a little milk for a matcha latte. Can't wait to try the other flavors!
