Only the finest, young, shade-grown gyokuro tea leaves are used to create matcha. The leaves are plucked and laid out flat to dry. Veins are removed and the leaves, now called tencha, are carefully ground in granite mills until they become the precious powder.

Amazing. Very light peach notes and they don't overwhelm the matcha. A lot more comes in the 2 oz tin that I expected. Nice quality tin as well. Amazing with oat milk. Very finely milled and no problems with clumping or consistency. Glad this will last me a while because it is a bit pricey, but for the quality it is well worth it. I'll definitely buy again.

I love this peach matcha made as an iced latte on hot summer days. Happy its not sweetened but the peach still comes through but doesn't over power the matcha flavor.

The peach flavor in this is really good! I was a little unsure about mixing matcha with peach, but overall I like it with a little bit of honey. Blueberry is still my favorite, but peach will be included in my rotation from now on.
I first tried this at my sister's during a tea tasting at her house. I hated it. However, she has city water and I've found that can completely alter the taste of some teas. I have well water that is fed from a natural spring - completely different taste with the well water. I have to say it was ok, it wasn't as smooth as a ceremonial grade but it is drinkable. I just really prefer my matcha plan ceremonial matcha.
Similar to the raspberry and blueberry matchas, this smells like peach but doesn t really have a strong peach flavor. The slightly fishy matcha flavor is definitely too overpowering. I m glad I was able to try these though, so I know to just get the regular plain matcha from now on. It s not bad - just not really peach flavored in my opinion!
This was my first time trying matcha and I wanted to try one with no sugar so I can sweeten to my liking. The peach flavor is mild, the matcha is smooth and earthy. I really really look forward to my daily cup.
Nice mellow, matcha flavor, slightly sweet, with a definite peachy accent. I've been using this to make matcha lattes, but even following the recommended proportions of powder to water at the recommended temperature, it's very difficult to get all of the powder to dissolve. I end up with a layer of goopy matcha at the bottom of my cup, but it's tasty too, so I don't mind much.

This is a good matcha. I don't get the peach flavor, but it is a nice smooth tea and I still enjoy it. Still, I had hoped I'd be able to pick up some subtle notes, so that was a little disappointing. I'll stick with the chocolate matcha :)

I did like this but I prefer the regular matcha. It was not bad at all and the flavor was subtle enough I just missed the straight up matcha flavor. But i had to try it so i did and i don't regret it. I'm still curious to try the other flavors.

This was an excellent peach matcha. It was not bitter, but it does take a bit of sweetener to bring out the developed peach flavor. I must admit, I was partial to another company's unsweetened peach matcha. I ordered this and did a blind tasting with my family. To my utter surprise, Adagio's peach easily won! When I finish my stash, I would definitely order this again.

I was hesitant to purchase this matcha for a few reasons, but I wish I'd done it sooner. It's expensive, but exactly on par with other matcha of the same quality. The color is a vibrant green, closer to ceremonial grade than culinary. The peach flavor is present, but not dominating. I drink this cold brewed almost every day as a latte, and it doesn't disappoint. I would recommend this to any matcha lover that is looking for a high-quality powder that isn't bitter or brown.

After peach I recommend blueberry and arriving in third place is raspberry. Matcha is my daily ritual. I'll have anywhere from one to four cups a day. I've been told by others this is insane and if they did likewise it would - ahem - clean them out. But it's my normal and I have been a tea drinking machine every day for the last I'm not sure how many years. If you are new to matcha do take things slow. If you are not new then have no fear - blaze ahead and order yourself some peach, blueberry, and raspberry matcha.
Matcha is my morning staple and black peach tea is my evening staple... this really does a good job of combining two flavors I love . The peach hint is mild and does not take away from the earthy matcha .

The peach is strong enough to be noticeable but not quite enough for me to consider this a 'peach' option. A little more peach flavor could bring out the matcha essence a bit more but I would definitely order more of this regardless.
Such a good matcha! I tried Adagio’s matcha sticks variety pack and this one stood out, so I ended up buying a tin. I’ve been a fan of their blueberry but I may have a new favorite! I like making matcha lattes and I didn’t really feel the need to add a sweetener.

I love the smell! It's a nice peach with a 'green' smell. It's not quite 'earthy' green; it's light and refreshing.
This Matcha is delicious! I enjoy matcha to begin with so I figured adding peach would be nice. This has a very subtle peach flavor. If you don't like the taste of matcha you will probably not like this as well since the peach is not over powering and just in the background.
