Hi Damian - no difference in the tea, only the packaging. Our 'iced' teas are packaged in a pouch with enough tea to brew 1 quart of iced tea.

Hello Shafiq! We do not add sugar or sweeteners (the only exceptions are 'sweet matcha' sticks, liquid chai concentrates, chocolate/white chocolate chips, and sprinkles).
