Oh, this is really nice. Spearmint is a flavor I love in general, and this one isn't overpoweringly minty. Mint tea in general seems to be a fantastic cure-all for colds or nausea, and this one isn't as good for sore throats as peppermint, I think, but is better for nausea.

As odd as this sounds, I almost never decant the spearmint--I just love watching the leaves float in the tea and eating them. It's like a gentle breath freshener, and it just keeps steeping for more flavor.
You can't go wrong with a mint tea in general, but spearmint in particular is a wonderful mild mint that is slightly sweet. Smells wonderful and leaves such a nice clean feeling in your mouth.

Intoxicating aroma
I've always been a little scared of mint teas. The thought of drinking toothpaste just didn't sound appealing. I do, however, like spearmint gum... good old fashioned Wrigleys actually. Anyhow, this mint isn't overpowering (I didn't use the full 2 tsp and only steep 5 minutes, not 10). It doesn't really need any sweetener, but a little is nice. It's equally nice hot or iced and I'm sure iced with some sugar and rum would make an awesome mojito...
So glad I found this on here. I am a habitual mint tea drinker when my 'tea garden' is in bloom in th warmer months and usually have no spearmint tea for the winter. Glad Adagio has this available, I really enjoy it!

No where have I been able to find a supplier of spearmint leaves until Adagio. The leaves are of excellent quality and flavor. Great for blending (try it with chamomile and lemon grass)

The scent and taste from the cup are, as one would expect, quite bold and refreshing. It mixes with other types of tea quite well, and it's always nice to have when you don't need energy, but would like something uplifting.

Great quality leaf with little or no stems that works well with tea, we also grind up the leaf and mix it with some other spices to make fish-rub.
I've always been a fan of spearmint tea and much prefer it to peppermint. A friend of mine had purchased this and I tried it, then promptly went to the website and ordered 3oz. This cup is wonderfully aromatic, fresh, and warm. It is wonderful to soothe an upset stomach as well!
This variety is awesome by itself or mixed with a blend of 60% peppermint and 10% lemongrass. Not bad as a summer iced tea.

I really like the peppermint tea so I wanted to try this. It's not terrible but I find it to weak tasting. The peppermint is much better. I did find that mixing this in with the peppermint is nice.
This spearmint is very potent and can get a little overwhelming and also bitter. I need to learn how to dose the correct amount for adding to green tea.

This tea is O.k. I prefer it mixed with peppermint tea. For me, it's just too strong alone.
