Sour is right! I usually smell my teas as soon as I open them and this surprised me with an extremely sour apply aroma! Great for blending.
A celebration of the apple! Sweetness like a candied apple, fresh tart-floral notes of crispy crab apples.

Sour is right! I usually smell my teas as soon as I open them and this surprised me with an extremely sour apply aroma! Great for blending.
I love sour tastes so when I saw this tea I decided to add a sample to my order and I'm glad I did. This tea is wonderful!!! I will definitely be ordering more soon!
I haven't tried this on its own, but I have tried it with a few other blends to add some more flavor. It smells and tastes like green apple candy to me, so it is not my favorite. My daughter is very excited about it after smelling it, and will probably give it a great rating. She will probably be taking it back to the dorms with some more tea from my stash.
This blend was for my husband and he loves the flavor. Will definitely order again.
I bought this not to drink on its own, but to blend with rooiboos. I use about 2/3 rooiboos and 1/3 this and it is delightful.
It's very similar to wild strawberry. Tastes great. Needs to be steeped for an extra amount of time to get all the flavor!
Mmm delicious. I was afraid it'd be too sour, but the flavor still comes through as more fruity than tart
hmmm...not my favorite for sure. I had a hard time getting past the aroma. It has a strong, strong sour smell. Taste was okay.
I took a chance on this Sour Apple tea and I'm glad I did. This is the best tea I've stumbled on in quite a while. Whoever the tea blender(s) were, they hit the nail on the head with Sour Apple tea. It's super!
A nice, tart herbal tea with lots of personality. Smells and tastes refreshing and delicious
This tea lives up to its name for it's very apple-y, good fruit favor.
Not one of my teas but it is has an interesting flavor.
I like the taste and the color. I would like to see a little bit more sour flavor however.
I love this tea! This is our family favorite tea. When we ever want a fruity tea, we go to this one.
It tastes almost exactly how you would expect from a sour apple tea.
This was okay as a cold tea. I thought it would have more of a tang since it was sour apple. I liked it better as a hot tea the flavors seems more intense but still not enough tartness that I was looking for.
This tea is absolutely the best apple tea I have ever tried. Fruity and tart, this tea is delicious on its own, or mixed with cinnamon black tea for a great fall drink.
Wow, the name is certainly appropriate because this tea is really tart! I did like like it but I think I will try it with some honey or maybe blending with another tea. Very good flavor, but definitely sour!
Cold-brewed: room temperature for 24 hours. Delicious!
Such a great tea to drink anytime of the day. Light apple taste, but perfect balance.
Wonderful apple flavor. Not artificial at all. Very sweet as well.
A perfect summer iced tea: refreshing and somewhat tart
I like tart apple tea. I did not think I would, but this tea is very refreshing.
Wow!! Tastes sooo good. The first time is super sour especially if you let it steep for several minutes
I like apple teas a lot but I'm not sure about this one because of the sour undertone. I usually got for apple cinnamon or apple caramel flavors but overall I do think the tea has a good flavor, maybe just not for me.
This is my favorite tea from Adagio! Mostly because I have yet to over-steep this no matter how long it takes for me to remember I've made myself a cup of tea...the only thing that happens when you over-steep this tea is that the flavor gets more intense, and you can fix that with ice (since the tea tastes good hot or cold, in my opinion). It does taste like apples but isn't particularly sour.
Pretty lovely blend! It's delicious and the sour apple blend has a really tangy but with hidden sweet pieces to it as well.
!!! WHOA MAN!!! This stuff smells like ass but tastes like heaven.
I love this tea in the late evening when it's too late for caffeine but to early for chamomile!
This tastes like green apple candy. Take a green jolly rancher, dissolve in water, and you're done. I was hoping for more of a crab-apple or apple-skin taste but this definitely has that classic artificial green apple taste. Great if that's what you're going for, and probably very good mixed with some caramel tea.
Personally I don't think I could drink this straight.
A favorite tea of mine. Love the tartness of this tea served hot
This tea reminds me of a Sour Apple Jolly Rancher! It's so good and packs a big Vitamin C punch because of all the hibiscus and rose hips in the blend!
Like it a lot drink it in the mornings and after dinner.
Love this tea. have it frequently
I got one steep out of this, and it barely tasted like anything. Wasn't a fan.
kinda sour at first when adjusted with either sugar additives and/or sugar, this gives a great flavor
The apple flavor is noticeable. However, I think a little more steeping time is needed.
I started with a sample of this tea, but I just bought more because it is so delicious. It is so tangy and sweet, I cannot drink just one cup! And I'm about to order more!
Amazing. Splendid. Perfect apple flavor. Ordering more as we speak!
Blech. This won't be very analytical. It just tastes fake.
Pretty good, a little sweeter than I prefer. But it definitely has a little sourness to it which I enjoy.
Nice sweetness, refreshing and very crisp flavor. My kids love it!
I haven't tasted a good apple flavored tea in a couple of years. My son had sent me some tea from Japan that was apple flavored. I have been trying to find an American counterpart since 2011. I have found the Japanese tea replacement in the sour apple version from Adagio teas!!
This tea has a taste that's almost reminiscent of cider, but I'd call it more of a general apple taste than sour apple. It's still quite pleasant, though. It works well for a cold winter's night, and I suspect it would probably do quite well iced in warmer weather.
Such a unique flavor. Not too sour to enjoy but definitely sour apple.
This is good, but not my favorite. It's definitely very apple-y, however.
I was quite surprised at the mello and sweet flavor. Not overwhelmingly strong like some fruit teas. Great iced also!
This is my favorite tea. It mixes well with the Citron green tea, or any other flavored tea. It is
good hot or cold. Very nice tart flavor.
I have been drinking this tea for many years now, and it is, my all time favorite. When I drink other herb teas, I add a bit of sour apple to it, to give it a little tang.
Sorry, but I didn't like this tea at all. Couldn't identify the taste, but it wasn't sour apple to me!
This had a wonderful flavor hot. I think it would also make a great iced tea. With honey to sweeten it was almost the flavor of a caramel apple.
It's OK, but I find I prefer cinnamon apple blended with mango and chamomile.
