Wonderful taste! I got this for my sister because it was decaf

★★★★★

A little bit tart but also very smooth. This is a really nice, fruity blend and a great wintry afternoon tea.

★★★☆☆

Definitely more of a fruity tea than I am generally reaching for. I was not a fan. At all. My mother, however, who really likes fruity teas that have no tea in them did like this one.

★★★★★

This makes a refreshing ice tea. I’ve been looking for something like this for awhile now. Great find.

I tried this tea at my best friend's house, and the flavor and freshness are incredible. I loved it so much that now I am ordering it for the first time. I am very sure that this will now become one of my favorites.

This mixed with the rock sugars are a match made perfect!

This one is nice and fruity but not my favorite.

Although the pomegranate was quite nice, the ginger and cinnamon don't sit quite right as an aftertaste. Although this tea isn't for me, I'm sure someone else may like it.

Perfect winter time tea. Made me feel like I was walking around the Christkindlmarket downtown Chicago.

The dry tea smells weirdly like a candle: like those vaguely floral sweet ones from Bed Bath & Beyond. I brewed for 7 min @ 212. After only 2 minutes, the tea had taken on a lovely pink rose color--I like rose teas, so I'm quite excited.
Freshly brewed the smell of cinnamon and apple have overpowered the rest of the smells, which saddens me. It's strongly tart, with a light apple-cinnamon sweetness. I can't really make out any rose or pomegranate at this point, so I let it cool down a bit. As it cooled it developed a bit of deepness, but that went away after just a minute or two and was replaced by an almost lemon and then lime-y sourness. Doesn't really taste as-advertised at all to me, but it's fun at least.

★★★★☆

This one is very apple-cinnamon plus hibiscus. I don't get pomegranate as much, but it's still a nice autumnal herbal tea, pleasant on a snowy evening like this.

★★★★☆

This definitely surprised me. I thought it would make a good iced tea, but it was probably better suited hot. The pomegranate was there, but toned down by the spice. An interesting combination of flavors, but pleasantly so!

December CommuniTEA box:
I did not really get any pomegranate flavor, but the cinnamon flavor was overwhelming.

There must be an issue with my kettle because the tea that I brewed for 20+ minutes was only tinged slightly pink and tasted quite faint. What I did taste, however, wasn’t very much like pomegranate. The flavors that came through were closer to apple pie than its namesake. I’ll soo. try another steep with the remaining portion and update accordingly.

Generally pleasant tisane, but the flavors seemed too simple to me - like there was something missing. Maybe there was - I partook of this with the CommuniTea on December 12, 2020.

A little to tart for my taste, but it I really like it! This reminds me of the spiced apple chair that I love but with a sour fruit twist! 8 @ 212

Really thought I'd like this once, but it seemed like it was trying to be one too many things.

★★★★★

Nicely sweet and floral. Goes well with a bit of sweetener!

★★★★★

I like this tart tea with a slight spicy flavor!!!

★★★★★

Really liking this one...  This kind of fruity, tart, spicy herbal tea speaks to me, so no surprise there.  I liked it plain, and I liked it with honey, which brought out the cinnamon a little bit and suddenly made it more like baked goods.  Both ways, I liked the way the ginger warmth sticks around.  Tart either way, more tart without sweetener.  Each of the ingredients brought something to the table.  The cup had just the right amount of floral rose in the background supporting the bolder flavors.  As it cooled the tartness sort of combined with a dryness that lingered (cranberry-like) and the pomegranate/raspberry got bolder and richer.  Great warm, but I think this would be nice iced, too.  Definitely a winner for me.

This tea reminds me of the cinnamon applesauce that my mom used to give to me growing up. It's warm, comforting, and nostalgic. If you like sweet and tart, this is the way to go.

I made this tea iced and it was delicious and refreshing.

Today's CommuniTEA reminded me of an apple-berry crumble. This tea produced a lovely magenta color. Without sugar, all I tasted was the hibiscus. Once I added the sugar, the berry fruit flavors came forward. The spices from the cinnamon and ginger. Uplifted this tea from a fruity tea to a delicious cobbler like tea.

Pomegranate Grove is a delicious herbal blend. A little sugar enhances the flavors.

I love this so much, I can't decide which flavor to talk about first. I think this would've been good if it was just the rose, pomegranate, and berries, but the ginger, cinnamon, and orange kicked it up to a whole new level. Absolutely love this one!

This was better cold than it was hot, in my opinion, but it's interesting to me how much a tea can change with additives and this tea is a perfect example of this phenomenon.

I originally brewed this tea at 212 for about 9 minutes and what I originally got was VERY tart - like, undrinkable tart. So I let it cool down a little since that normally takes the bite out of citrusy teas for me and I wasn't disappointed; this one also calmed down a little as it cooled. Most interesting, though, was that dropping a single piece of rock sugar into it COMPLETELY changed the flavor and I suddenly was getting more cinnamon flavor than the rose hips that dominated the tea before that sugar.

This was a good tea, I enjoyed it but I gotta be honest - I never would have known it was supposed to be pomegranate if I hadn't seen from the top of the CommuniTEA page that that's the flavor they were going for. So if you're looking for the actual pomegranate flavor, you're likely to be disappointed. I would've been, in any case.

I'm not usually a fan of tea with hibiscus, but this one wasn't bad. It was fruity with a hint of spice. I resteeped it for a second cup, but the second cup was not as great.

After reading other people’s comments, I was worried my cup would be full of roses, but it’s not. It’s quite nice, and the cinnamon rounds out the flavor nicely.

This was alright but felt a bit bland to me. It had a nice tartness but still felt lacking in overall distinguishable flavor.

I thought I'd like this. I like fruity, sweet teas, and it smelled good.
However, it was very tart, from the hibiscus I'm guessing. It overpowered any other fruit flavors. Then it had a lingering ginger aftertaste, which is not my favorite. If I tried this again, I would try to cut this with, perhaps, a green tea.

The smell of this in the bag was quite nice, and the first thing I noticed after brewing was the beautiful rose pink color. The aroma was beautiful and like hot mulled cider, but unfortunately the taste wasn't so great. The only thing I (very oddly) liked was that the taste reminds me a bit of the smell of rain... Never thought that would be a taste I like, but there it is. Wish it had less cinnamon. I don't like cinnamon in my tea though, so that's a personal preference. A bit too tart for my tastes, and I can imagine easily overheating the water and ending up with terribly sour tea. I'll pass on the full size for this one.

First off, this tea is beautiful to look at, with differently colored petals and pieces ready to brighten up the infuser. It has a delicate, fruity, floral aroma that reminds me of bath bombs (without being too soapy). After 7 minutes, I had a cup of gorgeous deep pink tea. The flavor is perfectly balanced, not too tart, too sweet, or too spicy. The cinnamon and ginger elevate the juiciness just a little bit and serve as a reminder of the autumn season. I suspect this would also make a delicious iced tea with good depth of flavor.

A delicious herbal tea that reminds you of the smells and tastes of the Christmas holidays. Pomegranate and cinnamon enriches with a bit of honey. Just like apple pie.

This tea had so much promise. It smelled delicious upon opening my CommuniTEA packet, but upon first sip I found the cinnamon overpowered everything else for me. I added sweetener to see if it would help round out the flavors, but the cinnamon stayed at the forefront even then. I would have loved to taste this sans cinnamon, as I feel the ginger alone would have given the needed sweet heat to accompany the pomegranate and apple flavors. The rosehips were a soft subtle flavor in the background that might have shined more as well.

★★★☆☆

The first time I had this, I hated it. The spice was so strong that the pomegranate was just a slightly fruity afterthought. However, when I got a packet in my CommuniTea, I gave it a second chance. I don't know if the formula changed or what, but this one is SO much better. Much better balance and I get the full pomegranate experience.

Wow this is good. It smells like apples and taste like roses and hibiscus with a super tart finish. This really is a 5 star tea!

This tea tastes like a juicy pomegranate topped with mulling spices. This tea is tart and sweet at the same time and the color is a lovely vibrant pink. This would be good to drink while strolling the neighborhood checking out people’s Christmas decorations.

This actually reminds me strongly of a cranberry apple hot cider mix I used to buy in the winter months, and would actually make a nice substitute for that since I try to avoid too much sugar these days. This was pleasantly tangy with a nice blend of mulling spices.

While this was yummy and very fruity in both fragrance and flavor, it seemed a little lacking in the flavor department. I made it hot, but this might make a great iced tea in summer.

I did not care for this, too much rose. Too much tart from the hibiscus. Added sugar hoping it would tame it but, it did not.

I’m not a big fan of fruity teas but this one I like. The aroma of apple and cinnamon reminded of hot fresh apple pie. It tastes just like it smells and the apple stays throughout the cup. Got to try this in today’s CommuniTea and was left very impressed.

★★★★★

Really nice and subtle bitterness from the pomegranate. This is such a nice flowery tea.

★★★☆☆

I wanted to like this, was hoping for a sweet strong pomegranate. But its more like just cinnamon hibiscus with an odd flavoring. I like their other fruity herbals much better. But its worth a try, their samples are affordable

It's good. It's kind of like a fruity cider maybe. I didn't like it at first, which is common with me and fruit tea, but with a scoop of honey I found it enjoyable, and the flavours really came out. I really loved the addition of the rose.
