This was a new one for me and I was pleasantly surprised. They mocha flavor was strong but not too overpowering. It goes great with a dash of vanilla almond milk.

Not bad but not the “coffee” similar replacer I was hoping it would be based off other reviews. Just wasn’t digging the flavor.

My dad’s girlfriend seems to like it. It’s good for a coffee lover

Just not a fan of mate. The nut flavor is very subtle.

Delicious chocolate hazelnut flavor, no bitterness! Can get 'earthy' tasting if left to settle for a while.

Great substitue for coffee. A nutty flavor with a sweetness to it. This is a very fine blend so you will need paper filter or a fine strainer to keep from getting in your cup.

A very mellow roasted flavor topped off with chocolate. You can't go wrong with this bled, it's one of my favorites!

This is tasty! I'm not super familiar with mate, so I'm not sure if that's what I'm tasting here, but it does taste super warm and envelopingly cosy. I don't get a lot of chocolate flavour, but I do get the nuttiness, and I like it! I drink without milk or sugar. Usually, I don't discern much of a caffeine kick, but yesterday, I didn't remove the bag at all during my second steep, and was a bit jittery.

I originally bought this a year or so ago for a good morning drink to replace coffee but found I did not have time before class. Just recently bought again since the bf enjoys coffee because of caffeine content and loves hazelnut flavors. I woke up and the package was here so we made some for breakfast. It was highly enjoyable. He drank his straight and enjoyed it, I added a little milk and sugar and it was delicious. Definitely plan on ordering more when we run out.

It's a great alternative for when I need caffeine in the morning, but don't want to drink coffee.

One of my all-time fav Adagio teas! So chocolatey and nutty. My coworker always comments on how good it smells when I drink it at work.

An awesome alternative to coffee! Love the little chocolate pieces

Mostly has the earthy taste of mate but the hazelnut does come through to compliment that earthiness, the dark chocolate is a little lost but after cooling down a bit seems to become slightly more present, very energizing and love mixing this tea with others to play with their flavors!

Health required me to give up coffee (too much acidity) but my body still craved the morning caffeine. I work out in the morning, and without caffeine it is hard to do. I tried the Mocha Nut Mate from Adagio teas and I find it to be exquisite. I add 1/4 of a teaspoon of dark cocoa powder and drink my tea with cream. It needs no sweetener to my taste. It is delicious and gives the morning kick that I require. It does not taste at all like coffee... it tastes better. I am ordering today my second one pound bag.

Very good! It has actual chocolate chips in it so the chocolate flavor is noticable.

ETA: That review was based on the first time I bought it. I don't think it's as good as it was before.

Not my cup of tea, was expecting a stronger mocha flavor.

It doesn't quite have the rick mocha nut flavor I was wanting, but I bet if I toss in a little Rooibos Pecan Turtle, it will be an amazing hit!

I really like this Mate, especially as a coffee substitute. It wakes me up and has so much more flavor!

I really like this tea. It tastes very similar to coffee in that it is bold and intense, which I'm guessing comes from the chicory. It lost one point only because I get a headache every time I drink it...I wonder, though, if that's just me as I'm new to mate 'tea'. I may revise my rating upon further sipping!

This one is kind of a miss for me. I REALLY wanted to love it on its own, but it feels like it s missing something. That said, with a touch of honey and some oat milk, it s a good latte.

I really enjoyed this tea. It is similar to a mate blend I used to get at Teavana. I did find the flavor a little weak, so I need to double the dosing.

it s surprisingly good, lovely mix of mate and mocha

The mixture gave off a very lovely aroma. A mostly dessert smell of caramel and nuts that created a lovily amber colour once brewed.

But, despite the strong aroma of the leaves themselves, the taste was rather subtle, even after longer and multiple brews. I tasted mostly burnt caramel and my mother tasted a roasted nut.

It was neither of our favorites.

oh my lord. When I opened the bag I was a little off put because the nutty smell almost smells burnt in the bag.
But brewed up with a bit of sugar it was heavenly. The caffeine burst is also amazing. Will be keeping this in stock at my house!!!

Update: I bought the big bag.
it was alarmingly large. who know a lb of tea was that big...
ive gone through it in 3 months.

I love making this for an early afternoon pick me up. The mocha and hazelnut tastes blend in such a way that it tastes and smells a bit like a coffee mocha. The caffeine kick is such that I make sure not to have it too late in the afternoon, but it definitely works for the purpose I have.

Oh boy are you in for a treat with this tea. Very similar to another tea company's Matavana tea. I love this by itself or blended with other mate's
