This is a great replacement for the other places pineapple Kona pop!
This fruity tisane will have you laying back and hanging loose while its zesty pineapple essence dances on your palette.

This is a great replacement for the other places pineapple Kona pop!
I agree with both the positive and negative comments on this tisane. This tea does have a pineapple flavor, but it's sort of weird and fake. Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits, but as a former cook, extracting and repurposing that unique flavor is a problem. I actually bought a fresh and very tasty pineapple just for this tea. I juiced the pineapple and could taste that I lost depth, tanginess and flavor. Along with fresh pineapple juice I also steeped this tea with additional dried pineapple rings. All these things helped to make this tea above average, but it was in no way as tasty as the fresh pineapple itself. This fruit tea to me isn't nearly as good as an Apricot, cherry, Mango, orange, blueberry or Pomegranate tea just to name a few. I really wanted this to work, but in both my cooking and tea drinking experience Pineapple seems to taste best as is.
I love the smell of this tea but I have a lot of trouble making it strong enough to get that same flavor when sipping it. Even at 10 minutes of steeping the flavor is not as strong as the smell. I also have to steep in my IngenuiTea where the tea has plenty of room to expand. When I used a small steeping basket the water took on very little flavor.
I'm impressed - the pineapple flavor in this tea is out of this world! This sip begins with a sweet, plush, and semi-floral feel, fading quickly into punchy pineapple bolstered by mild orange and lemongrass flavors. I bought this for a blend, and it was an incredibly pleasant surprise - this is one of my new favorite fruit herbals.
Loved it! The pineapple flavor is just perfect. I will definitely be ordering this one again
The tea smelled really good when I opened the package. I was hopeful that the flavors would be there. That was where my hopefulness ended. I brewed it with a tablespoon for 16 ounces of water. There was no pineapple or any other flavors. It tasted like grass to me. I won’t buy it again and will probably throw away the rest of the bag
Nice tea! The pineapple flavor it’s perfect. I like it better when I leave it one more minute than the recommended time. @adagioteas
Good but I was disappointed that the pineapple flavor wasn't as strong as I expected
this was disappointingly thin--neither very sweet nor very tart, just... mild. i was hoping for something more than baseline fruity.
Bought this to specifically mix with their coconut tea to create a pina colada. Works but maybe will steep a little longer for a more pronounced flavor.
Super fruity and nice! I loved every sip of this wonderful tea!
Really light and subtle flavor. Smooth and not tart or too sweet. I would like it to be a bit more flavorful, so I add a bit more tea than recommended, but it's really nice.
I love the taste of pineapple tea, and this one is no exception. The lemongrass gives just enough contrast to make it great. It doesn't overpower the other flavors.
I am a bit odd with this one, love it on its own, but love mixing it with orange as well for a great orange pineapple taste.
This is a great iced tea! It’s like a delicious trip to the tropics! I’m not usually a huge pineapple fan, but this is so good! @adagioteas
I just love this blend. The pineapple is enhanced greatly with the other ingredients. It is such a pleasure to drink both hot and iced. This is going to be a go to this summer for sure.
Great to mix with green rooibos blueberry tea. Perfect ices.
great pineapple flavor, i did have it as a hot tea and will try it again iced
Unfortunately this doesn't do it for me. I feel like the pineapple flavor tastes synthetic+ which I know it isn't. Maybe it's too fragrant tasting for me, like a perfume.
Kona Pineapple one of our favorite Adagio teas! It hits all the right notes - balanced with pineapple and coconut and lemongrass flavors.
Very calming sweet tea if you are looking for something light to sip on
This is my everyday starter. Add some organic honey and some cream, YUM!
If you like Passionfruit tango, this is a good substitute if you're out. I love how dark this tea can be. The rose hips are my favorite and eating all the apple pieces after (there are lots of apple pieces).
I used 3 times the amount and still there was nearly no flavor. I guess if you want something that's more like warm water with a hint of citrus, this isn't horrible.
I mix this with the pina colada and its delicious.
Not what I expected. Weak flavor, mostly fruit with no tea.
The apple pieces in this tea were overpowering and I could hardly taste pineapple flavours. All in all, the tea was ok but I would not order it again.
I picked this one trying to replace a beloved Pineapple that is no longer available and this did not disappoint! Beautiful Pineapple flavor balanced with sweetness to keep any bitterness out. It did have vanilla notes for me, which were a bit stronger than I wanted and made it a bit more a desert tea.
This is actually a large order of one I tried in a sampler box. Those are a great way try out many blends without committing to a large amount. I'm drinking this iced. It's light and delicate and just a wonderful change from plain water. I can drink it all day.
Smells AMAZING out of the bag. Exactly like a fresh pineapple. When brewed, however, it's a bit less potent of a pineapple flavor. Rose hips and lemon are much more prevalent. I wish it were a bit more sour rather than sweet. Still a wonderful tea (especially iced), just not exactly what I was expecting.
Not a fan of ot by itself. I mixed it with green tea and feel in love.
My absolute favorite! I can't live without this one. If your considering ordering this one, just do it! You'll be glad you did.
I am always looking for good herbal teas to drink in the afternoon and evening. I enjoy fruity teas and I like the smell of this one, but it simply doesn't have enough flavor for me. I usually find myself choosing something else.
Brewed cold in the fridge, made an amazing mixer with sodas for mocktails!
This has been a hit iced tea this year with my family and friends. Add some stevia and it's so refreshing. My son doesn't always drink enough water in the day, but making this as iced tea keeps him hydrated..
Great hot or iced! I primarily drink my tea hot and even though a hot pineapple tea probably sounds weird I promise it’s good. Great sub for pineapple kona pop from Teavana (rip).
Delicious and pineappley.
This is so yummy! Perfect hot or iced. The pineapple flavor is good and clear.
Smells super sweet and tropical out of the bag. Very bright, kind of weak on it's own, but great when it's iced. Also good mixed with Green Rooibos Blueberry.
I absolutely love this tea iced! It is a delicious addition to my iced tea collection and I will be purchasing it agian.
This Kona Pineapple reminds of the Teavana version. Its very light in taste. I doubled up the tea bags. I steeped for 15mins. Afterwards, the flavors were dominate. I usually dont steep that long. The normal steep time 5-10 mins.
Though the dry tea smells vibrant and incredible (as dried pineapple tends to do), this herbal is very light in flavor and color, with pineapple and lemongrass being stronger voices in this blend with a little bit of a background citrus boost from the orange peel. I found using more tea per cup than recommended boosted the flavor, but this is still a light tea. Hot, I didn't mind it but didn't love, and chilled the second half of the cup. I liked it most iced and hot brewed. I haven't tried sweetening it yet, and that would probably bring out more of the fruit flavors. Though I've only tried cold brewing this one once, I think I didn't like it as much cold brewed because it seemed like the lemongrass got drowned out, and I love lemongrass. I'm interested in testing this out blended with other teas -- especially want to try with the citrus mint green, and also with turmeric bliss. Though this is a nice tea, I think in the end I won't buy it again unless I find a blend combo that I really like. There are others I like better that don't need any sweetening.
He said: This is the best pineapple drink I have ever had. She said: Tastes like fresh pineapple. I cold brewed this in the Adagio glass ice tea pitcher and it was absolutely delicious. We will be drinking a lot of this during the hot summer here in Florida. I cannot drink pineapple juice as it is too acidic and I am thrilled to say this tea does not bother my stomach at all. This is one we will buy again and again.
I coldbrewed this (for over a day) and the pineapple flavor seems pretty subtle. It's okay, but nothing amazing.
Strong pineapple flavor make sure to seep it for a while.
Tastes like there's a pineapple, like... Wayyyyyy over there. A attempt to pineapple, if you will. Not terrible, but nothing extraordinary
We're drinking this one iced and it is pretty good. To maintain its body, it needs a couple of extra teaspoons during the second steep. It is very pineapple forward and sweet. I wonder if it might be nicely mixed with Pina Colada tea. I'm trying that next.
This tea is great hot or cold. The difference being that the lemon comes through when steeped but not when cold-brewed. I much prefer this tea cold-brewed. It tastes like Hawaii over ice.
As a cold brew, this is incredibly delicious - so light and refreshing. I think I'll be buying this one as a remedy for hot SoCal days!
My absolute favorite tea. Love the blend and flavor.
