Made a pitcher, enjoyed every drip during recent hot and humid days. Would definitely reorder.
This fruity tisane will have you laying back and hanging loose while its zesty pineapple essence dances on your palette.

A very tasty pineapple tisane with a wonderful citrus boost from the orange and lemongrass and a delightful zing from the rose hips in the blend. There’s a nice behind the scenes and subtle softness to the tea thanks to a rose petal or two.
My CT packet had a very pineapple lemony scented loose tea. Lots of apple pieces, red bits and lemon grass stalks brewed into a lovely pastel yellow liquor. Steeped the 3 g/ 2 tsp at 212*F for a full 10 minutes to make a very flavorful 12 oz. The pineapple citrus flavor was easy to sip plain but a sweetener add unlocked more flavor. This was such a delicious one steep tisane and when chilled, it had a luscious and sunny tropical flavor. It’s the perfect summer tea!
This tea was a very tasty. The aroma was fantastic when I opened the packet. While brewing the fragrance stayed up. The taste of pineapple was actually at a level I enjoy. I had several pieces of pineapple in my CT packet which likely helped. Easily recommend it. 3.75 g at 212 for 8 minutes.
I cold brewed this tea and am in love. It was so yummy.
Not as good as fresh Hawaiian Pineapple, but still pretty tasty! Brings back pleasant memories of my time spent there.
This made for a delicious cold brew this afternoon that I took along to work. The hotel sun was beating down and I had a nice cold pineapple thirst quencher! Something else I couldn't quite place made the flavor interesting and complex in a good way. Yum!
I made this one iced and it has a great pineapple flavor! Super tropical and great for summer.
Strong pineapple aroma from the packet. Nice tropical flavor I enhanced with sweetener. I also tried this as a cold brew and much preferred it that way. Caffeine free even better!
Last time I tried this one it was really weak and I didn’t care for it much. This time, I lowered my amount of water for my cold brew. My packet seemed a bit light so I brewed for a full 24 hours, the flavor was better. I think the only way to try this is to get a larger sample, that way you can use more tea to water.
The dried tea in the CommuniTea packet smelled nicely of Pineapple. After cold brewing, it has a great taste of pineapple. I'd even like more pineapple taste, so next time I make this I'll reduce the water and steep longer.
Very pleasant iced. Mine had a strong apple flavor to it above all else, but was very refreshing and enjoyable.
The smell of pineapple is a lot stronger than the taste. This is a mellow, soothing lemongrass with a touch of pineapple.
I love this herbal tea. The pineapple flavor is awesome when you let it steep and add a little sweetener. I steeped at 212 degrees for 10 minutes. I’m sure that it would make a great iced tea as well.
This was a great light tea! I have steeped this tea following the hot steep instructions and I have cold brewed this tea all day in my to-go ice tea tumbler. Both methods were delicious! When brewing this in a traditional way using hot water (5 min @200) I sipped it hot. For the second steep I added Pina Colada for some added flavor and beach vibe. It turned out to be delicious! My favorite way to prepare Kona pineapple is by using a cold brewing technique in my refrigerator or in a large tea bag placed in my to-go ice tumbler filled with water and ice. Cold brewing really brings out the juiciness of the pineapple without being too tart from the rose hips. Kona Pineapple is a great summer tea by itself or blended with others teas!
Aloha Kona Pineapple blend, where have you been hiding? Pineapple lovers will rejoice! Delicious! I Brewed at 212, cooled and poured over ice.
Absolutely delicious fruity tea! The pineapple flavor is dominant with lemongrass coming in second. I cold brewed mine over night and served on ice.
Bright and beautiful pineapple. I did unfortunately have to knock off a star because the flavor is quite light.
I liked this one more than I expected. The pineapple really came out, and it was quite sweet without adding any sugar.
This is a really nice, light tea to have in your fridge, especially in the hot summer months. I cold-brewed it for about 15 hours (mainly because that’s when I wanted to drink it). It had plenty of good pineapple flavor and was very refreshing!
The smell upon opening the packet was divine. However, and maybe it could've just been what was in my packet, that great, heavy pineapple smell didn't translate into the taste. It was mostly floral, with very small pineapple notes here and there, even after adding a little light agave to try and bring it forward. If I ever order it, i might try either doubling the amount used or steep longer than ten minutes.
pretty good! i think it would be better iced, but i didn’t have the luxury at the time
Very nice as iced tea. I had it lightly sweetened.
I do wish the taste of pineapple was as strong as the scent when you open the bag. However, it was pleasant and is a nice mid-afternoon refresher after working outside! Also, this is my first post as my husband just got me the CommuniTEA box as a gift. Very excited to try everything!
I saw some folks say they didn’t get enough pineapple flavor, but I didn’t have that problem at all. The pineapple is definitely there and the other ingredients take out that tartness that pineapple sometimes has. It’s delightful and I’m looking forward to trying it cold!
I love this tea so much! It's great to have a pineapple tea that doesn't have either coconut or hibiscus in it, because then the pineapple truly gets to shine. This is one of my go-to iced teas to enjoy in hot weather!
This felt like a mini tropical vacation in a cup! The scent from the packet was very strong, but it brewed a delightfully light and subtly sweet sip-able beverage! I tried the first sip hot, then iced it and it was even better!
CommuniTEA portion: Cold steeped this overnight. Nice flavors but they were very mild. Perhaps if I steeped this longer more of the flavors would be present?
This tea is a tropical vacation in a cup. Juicy pineapple, bright citrice, refreshing, relaxation. When I can't make it to a white sand beach in the tropics I'll be reaching for a cup of this tea.
I'm in love with this herbal tisane. I prefer this delicious pineapple herbal drink iced with sweetener.
I only steeped for 5 minutes. (I usually steep for the least time for all teas.) It didn't rock my world but is certainly a pleasant sip and would be useful in homemade blends if desired.
Enjoyable tea with a very light pineapple flavor. I steeped mine for 10 minutes and added a little honey. It was good but I wish the flavor was stronger.
Kona Pineapple is all you need for Summer Iced Tea cooling bliss! Its probably my fav caffiene-free tropical, herbal blend. I love it by itself or with other herbal blends for a yummy, island-beachtastic, iced 🧊🧋🏝 chill fest! ((I Like to brew this at 212° for 10 mins and then chill in fridge.))
Flavor was good but a little weak compared to my grand pineapple expectations. Next time I would adjust the water ratio or try cold brewing to see if that helps bring out more flavor. 🍍
I love this blend for 2 reasons: it mirrors TV's blend and it reminds me of Hawaii. This is great cold brewed and extra time is key not more tea.
This tea is like a cup of sunshine! Just the right amount of pineapple flavor, and it brews up a beautiful, light color. I put in a thin slice of lemon to make for a pretty presentation, and to make the fruit flavors pop. mmmmmmm :) Love this!
6/27/21 - Still love this tea! mmmm!
7/28/2022 - love this hot or coldbrewed. mmmm :) One of my favs!
Pineapple with no coconut. I think I’m in love. Well, I would be except there’s more apple flavor than pineapple. So, I guess I’m just in like.
Being a big fan of pineapple, I had high hopes for this tea. I was not disappointed, with both the smell and the taste of pineapple overflowing from this cup. The flavor was bright and delightful, without being tart or overpowering. Even as the cup cooled the flavor remained just as delightful. Very nice blend.
A great summer time tea! The pineapple flavor is lighter than I expected. But it's still good iced.
UPDATED from 6/27/21: There is a lovely aroma of pineapple and citrus fruits emitting from the CommuniTEA packet. It steeps into a pale yellow tea. The flavor is light and with ¼ teaspoon of sweetener (to 10 oz) the pineapple comes forward more. It has a soft mouthfeel, and this tastes great on ice! The finish is floral as it lingers lovingly on my tongue. I think the suggestion to add this to other teas is an intriguing idea. (10 mins @ 212ºF + sweetener).
Fun iced tea option. Good flavors and light brewed colors.
Brew it hot as a tea, or drink it chilled in rum…yummy both ways!
Nice pineapple aroma and flavor. I think I would like it even better cold.
Light and pleasant with a wonderful pineapple aroma and taste.
Awesome mixed with green rooibos blueberry to recreate teavana’s. Definitely my favorite iced tea. I will be reordering.
Delicious tropical fruity flavors that are wonderful iced. A good replacement for an old Teavana one I miss. Good for summer or as an on the go pick me up.
great refreshing tea. It is great hot or cold. It will be a new staple at our home
Chilled overnite for a refreshing pineapple flavor that danced & flirted w my taste buds. Love it!
I was hesitant to try this tea because I am not always a fan of fruity teas, but this is an excellent blend. It's sweet without being cloying and it smells as good as it tastes.
Tangy, naturally sweet with an abundance of aroma. I leave this in the fridge overnight for a cold brew with just a little erythritol to help bring out the flavors. The liquor is slightly unctuous and almost tastes more like juice than tea. A new favorite, I'll be drinking this all summer.
Excellent pineapple and apple blend. So fresh . One of my favorite dessert teas for after meals.
