Feb ‘23 update: The latest order of this tisane is even better than I remember. When I first tried the blood orange it was certainly fruity, but this time the orange flavor really punches through!
Original review: Ive tried other blood orange teas that are bitter. This one is smooth and fruity. It makes a great addition to other teas when I want a kick of flavor. It also makes a great iced tea.
It has a sweet flavor with a hint of sourness. Little bit of honey evens it out.
This tea is amazing! Both sweet and a bit tart. I love a good fruity/citrus tea and I find myself reaching for this one again and again. I like to add a little honey. Looking forward to trying this as a cold brew
It smells awesome. However, for me it looses most of that raw smell after pouring the hot water. I will try different portion, brew time and temperature. I will order again.
This tea smells of perfect orange but once steeped a bit of that orange seems a bit lost. I prefer this as an iced tea.

This orange herbal is poppin with orange flavor. We like it both hot and chilled with a bit of sugar. It's not a fakey tang orange flavor either.

I love orange flavored black and honeybush teas. I was reluctant to try the blood orange, I thought it may be too bitter. This tea smells as good as it tastes. I will try it iced next.
This is nice tea, little too much rosehips for my taste but I just pull those out. Like the orange level. I add just a drop or two of fresh lemon juice.

I think this needs a little more flavor. overall it's good, but can be a bit better. when you see the name, you expect more of sweet and sour taste. this is too saddle.

the orange isnt as strong as i would really want, in fact i think the dominant flavor is hibiscus. hibiscus is such a strong flavor, so its not a surprise. the rose hips mostly come out in the smell. this tea is very tart, delicious but needs just a little bit of sweeter.
This tea is tangy and acidic (in a good way) but I will have to brew it less on my second brew to balance the tartness. Naturally sweet. No sweetener needed.

Warm, this is delightfully tart with sweet orange. I love it iced, too. The bright color from the hibiscus is fun, and the hibiscus pairs quite nicely with the citrus.
The perfect blend. I’ve tried blood orange herbal from another tea company, and adagio has the best flavor profile. Brew it hot then chill it. Mixed with other herbals… whatever sounds good in the moment. Perfect tartness.
