Fantastically fresh and fruity, this tea is GREAT iced. I add it to a nice plain green tea or a green rooibos and it adds a tangy freshness. Perfect on a hot Summer day!
Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

Fantastically fresh and fruity, this tea is GREAT iced. I add it to a nice plain green tea or a green rooibos and it adds a tangy freshness. Perfect on a hot Summer day!
This is one versitile cup! (I haven't tried it straight up hot yet, but I'm sure it'll be good.) Iced by itself it is gorgeous. Mixed 1:2 with the citron green (brewed separately due to the fact you need to steep the blood orange a long time) it is quite a refreshing iced blend that's fruity but you still get the 'green' quality of the citron green. It mixed nicely with my Earl Gray Bravo this morning (just an extra .5 tsp mixed in the ifuser) adding a little sweet without sugar. I am definately ordering this one again!
Bought for a friend and she loved them. This was her favorite of the bunch.
Delicious and refreshing! This is one of my favorites iced or hot.
Love the refreshing citrus scent and it isn't too sweet like some other orange teas.
not as sweet as I was expecting - and I think maybe they should dial back the orange flavor a bit - I'd like to taste more of the hibiscus
The orange flavour, to me, was very overpowering, though I imagine it's a good tea if you are fond of stronger fruit teas
I really love the tartness of this tea. Based on a reviewers recommendation, I blended it with Rooibos Vanilla and it was just the right mixture of sweetness to offset the tang of the orange. It's really delicious!
Distinct flavor, rather tart and refreshing. Very pretty presentation in a glas pitcher as it's a bright reddish color. Reminds me a bit of Passion Tea and great for a summer drink. I only brew for ice tea so it might be a different experience if consumed as hot tea. My only reason for not designating as great is that it's more like drinking a fruit flavored water than a tea.
Too many fruit teas just taste sour, with no real indication of what they're supposed to be. This is a lovely fruity tea that really does taste like orange. It's excellent both iced and hot.
This was a very nice herbal blend. Quite tart and sweet, the hibiscus and rose hips go well with orange, which offers a pleasant distraction from the intensity of the former two herbs.
Wow! When I first ripped open the sample package this reminded me of Tang. So very yummy!
A great mix in for other Roobios and teas found on the site, Check other reviews.
Loved this tea. We made iced tea and it was refreshing.
I didn't love this tea, though I think it could be good mixed with another tea. I thought it would be sweeter or more flavorful, but it was kind of bland.
Very VERY tart. More tart than I was expecting and smells great. This is good for mixing with other teas and is great iced.
The taste was simply amazing. I can't wait to try this with breakfast! I've just recently discovered through my best friend the world of teas. I've only tried a few Adagio so far but each one has been excellent!
One of my all time favorites! Rich citrus flavor balanced with the rose hips and hibiscus. Make sure not to steep too long on the first batch, no more than 1-2 minutes, then you can usually get 2-3 rich cups from one bag / IngenuiTEA brewing.
This is delicious when mixed with the honeybush vanilla, or just when alone, though it's a tad bitter if you leave it steep too long. You'll need a touch of sugar with it (I prefer not to add any to my teas usually) but all in all it's a good one to have on hand.
Wow. This makes a nice red tea with good flavor. I also like to mix in a little spearmint.
This was much more candy-like than expected. I would have liked it to have a bit more acidity, but still good. I want to try it iced.
Great scent to the tea, but a little sour on its own. But with just a little sugar this is a wonderful taste!
I wanted something different and experimented with this one. I made it as an iced tea and added some fizzy water. Such a nice surprise.
This would be great iced. It is also good blended with spearmint. I also like it just straight up. It has a very strong orange flavor and is bright red in color. For what it is, it's great, I just find find that I have to be in the mood for this one.
Blood orange is a consistent favorite for me and one of the first teas I ordered. I like it with a hint of sweetener to bring out the tart balance on its own, but it blends well with other teas too!
This 'tea' is really just some dried bits of blood orange, but the flavor is AMAZING. I will definitely purchase this again. I like it mixed with the pomegranate black tea.
Well-balanced between sweet and tart and simply delicious with or without a little honey. Great hot or cold.
Very wonderful tea. I've tried it hot and iced and it is wonderful. Great for a sore throat.
This herbal blend is great! It has a tart orange scent and flavor that mixes well with other teas.
I love beautiful teas and this is an excellent tea with a beautiful blood orange flavor and color!
This tea is probably one of mine and my husband's favorites. It has a wonderful citrus aroma that sets the stage for it's bright taste. We like this one on it's own or blended with darjeeling sungma summer or formosa bai hao for a refreshing cup hot or iced.
This tea is sooo fruity! It is a very strong flavor, so a little goes a very long way. It makes the water such a pretty color too! This is a must try it tea!
It is great and I reused the tea leaves and I got a different flavor that was also good. I high recommend.
Addicted to this blend. It's not sweet, but has the contrast of tart with sweet, the way a blood orange does. I use it as a cold drink, and brew over natural apricot nectar, to add just a bit more fruit sugar. Blended with a sparkling wine it's sublime. or over ice on a hot day, can't be beat.
For some reason I found this tea has a bitter kick to it. I love blood oranges, but not sure about this one. I will finish my bags, but probably will not buy again.
Not my favorite, but better iced than hot. To me it is not as sweet as I expected.
amazing citrus tea. great to have over ice on a hot day alone or mixed with your favorite black tea. it is equally good when you are not feeling well and need something warm with a hit of spice with out the caffine.
Sweet but not too sweet. A lovely color and smell.
My daughter's favorite! She loved to make this at home, too.
I don't know if I got a bad batch or if that's just how it tastes but this tea tastes like sweetened syrup.
I brewed it properly, used filtered water and the same amount of sugar I use for all other teas. It came out a lovely bold orange-red and smelled great but the taste was nearly unbearable. I've had blood orange tea before, so I know how it's supposed to taste and this didn't taste anything like it. This stuff tasted like a cheap concentrate.
I really enjoyed this herbal tea. I am a bit of a tea newbie, and bought this because it was recommended to me by a friend. It is super tangy, but I love that about it! Will definitely repurchase.
Much more tart than I expected. It's okay mixed with other teas in small amounts.
Hot this tea leaves much to me desired. While it smells pleasantly of orange the flavors are sadly muted. Must be steeped for 10 minutes to get any of the flavor so might as well ice it. Iced, and even better paired with honeybush, this is a refreshing blend.
horrid flavor, very strong and strange aroma. would not recommend
I enjoyed this tea in the evenings when the weather was so awful cold. It made me think of California and blood oranges. The flavor is fantastic. I belnded it with Mango tea for a great combination.
Love this strong citrus tea. The longer it steeps, the better it tastes. 10 minutes was a little strong for me. Blood Orange is also wonderful as an iced tea. Very refreshing. I also tried Dawn V's suggestion and mixed it half
An awesome tea that really captures the essence of a good blood orange. I love the produce and the tea!
This is my favorite of the herbals and has been for years!
I just wish it didn't have the added 'natural' flavor.
I don't know what I was expecting when I got this tea. The orange taste was a bit too subtle. Wasn't too impressed.
I wasn't crazy about this. I tried brewing it for a shorter time at a lower temperature, but it still tasted bitter - even with sugar.
