now who doesn't like blood orange just the right amount
Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

now who doesn't like blood orange just the right amount
I wasn't sure what to expect with this tea, because I rarely buy fruit teas, but I was happily surprised. The flavor was very distinctly and pleasantly that of blood orange (not generically 'citrus,' like many such teas tend to be) and wonderfully sweet (not at all sour or bitter). Although I did brew it hot with some rock sugar, I feel that it could certainly stand on its own without the sweetener. Both my boyfriend and I enjoyed our pot down to the last drop, and I can't wait to get more! Next up: iced blood orange tea!
Haven't tried it yet, but I bet it is wonderful! Kudos!
blood orange is good hot or cold, it great on a hot afternoon when you need to cool off.
There's something in this tea that I don't really like.
You may be thinking, as I would, 'Oh, only 4/5. That's too bad I was going to consider buying this.' Welllll, it's true. It's only 4/5 in my opinion. Yet, I should put the disclaimer that I do NOT like orange or orange flavour! I bought this after reading some reviews saying that the blood orange made a big difference compared to regular orange.
This is very true! I would have given regular orange tea probably a 1.5/5 if I had tried it. The blood orange tea, however, provides a darker, more mature orange flavour that isn't as pungent or assaulting as a regular orange.
So, while I am still not a huge fan of it, it exceeded my expectations (which were set pretty low). If you like orange, I would highly encourage you to order this tea for yourself!
Very fruity and bright, though it gets bitter if left alone too long. Makes brilliant iced tea.
I love this tea. It has a juicy flavor, full aroma and bright color
The orange really stands out in the flavor and can come across as slightly bitter. It is also very tart but with sugar this comes off as a warm sweet orange with none of the stickiness and only a slight tartness. Its not overwhelming at all and has a nice refreshing taste to it.
Ordered this from a restaurant and had to have some of my own. Adagio is sooo much better.
This is such a wonderful blend. I enjoying adding this sometimes to my citron green tea.
This is wonderful. I love the smell of it as soon as I open the container. The taste is definitely orange, but it also has the hints of hibiscus which I love. The orange is definitely not overpowering. It is a perfect fruit flavored tea.
Great tea for the price. Wonderful flavor. Overall good stuff.
I really liked this one. The blood orange taste comes through pretty strongly, so be prepared. For me, that's a good thing but I can see where it might be a problem for others. It's not sweet at all, which again for me is perfect but other people might need to cut it with some sugar. It's herbal, so I used a high temp and long steep and it made excellent iced tea for me. Recommended.
Tangy and sweet. The color of the prepared tea is absolutely beautiful.
This smells like fruit snacks. It tastes like freshly squeezed oranges. Very good, definitely recommend for any one who likes fruit teas.
Good, but the orange is not as strong as I thought. Let steep longer for more flavor. You won't be disappointed, but it's more subtle than a fuit equivalent from Teavana.
I'm not a herbal tea drinker as a rule but this one is great.
I wasn't sure about this tea since I'm not big on blood orange, but it's actually quite delicious. I thought it would be less enjoyable as a hot tea, but it was surprisingly soothing.
Fruity and fresh. I really like mixing this one with sour apple or raspberry for a treat!
Love this I used a Cinnamon Stick to stir it and it was amazing.
Something about this tasted like chemicals. I enjoyed the large iced tea version but in a single cup it was yucky.
Too Tart. Makes an okay iced tea.
This was ok. It is not one I will purchase again, There are so many others that have great taste.
The dry mix smells amazing. The tea doesn't taste as strongly of orange as the mix might suggest, but it's still quite nice and inoffensively tart. The cup is a deep pink, too, which is always fun.
It has a really strong candy-like orange smell in the bag. The actual flavor isn't as candy-like but still very sweet, you probably won't need to sweeten it. Definitely a tangy orange flavor though so it is true to its description.
This is one of my favorite teas to ice ever! I combine it with a little bit of the Wild Strawberry herbal tea and it is so wonderful! Add a slice of orange to the tea and it's even better!
This is my very favorite Adagio tea so far, only matched by the peppermint. It's also the first one I've bought a 3oz bag of. I tend to drink tea infrequently, so all my other sample bags have lasted for me, but I'm down to the last cup or so of this one. As others have said, it has a very strong citrus flavor, pretty much the tea version of orange juice. Perfect with breakfast.
Good, flavorful fruit tea which we typically drink with a dash of honey.
An INCREDIBLE iced tea. Brewing it at the hottest temperature imaginable and then leaving it for 25 minutes gets you a citrus explosion of joy.
The aroma knocked me over, yeah! Loved the citrusy, not bitter taste.highly recommend for an herbal tea with some real back bone.
Light and fruity tea...excellent on a cool summer day.
My son loves this flavor. It's good hot but love it iced too.
this reminds me more of an orange sports drink then an herbal tea. to get the flavor wanted you have to use twice as much.
Not a bad tea. I am not very fond of orange so I am biased. Very orange taste. Kind of tart quality to it. If you love orange, this will be the tea for you.
This has a fabulous orange taste and I benefit as it doesn't have the acid of eating an entire orange, so it saves me heartburn.
this is my third time ordering this tea. I love it! it is so good and tastes great hot or cold!
I got this tea as a sampler with my order, and I am really impressed! I usually add a bit of stevia and milk to my tea, but I wanted to try this blend without any modifiers. I love it without anything else. It's tart straight up, and then has a sweet lingering after note. It's citrusy without feeling like I bit into an orange/grapefruit/lemon. Steeped at recommended time and temp, the color was a pale pink, but left to steep a couple extra minutes, and the tea was a deep, beautiful red. Love it!
Very Orange-like. Just like it was described. I couldn't steep it twice though but that was to be expected from an herbal tea.
I enjoyed this tea very much. it's quite tart but at the right steep time it's great.
Very delicious, I even iced it and it was the perfect summer beverage
I love the you unique flavor after you steep it love it
The blood orange tea is one of my favorite herbal teas
Needs to steep a little longer to bring out the orange.
The aroma is lovely, but the orange flavor is a bit too overpowering.
Very tasty as iced tea, refreshing and delish! Will certainly try again.
My husband likes the orange flavored teas and says this one is very good - full flavor.
Overall, very good. Lots of citrus notes, with some floral undertones. The only thing I was a little disheartened by was the color of the brewed tea. I thought it was going to be a deep red with the rose hips and hibiscus, and a name like blood orange. But it turned out to be a pale orange color.
Really nice fresh orange flavor with this herbal tea
This tea is the right amount of orange without being too sour, like most orange-flavored teas. I have had this only as an iced tea and it's extremely refreshing
