This tea is especially good as iced tea in the summer.
Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

This tea is especially good as iced tea in the summer.
I had to split my reviews for this. I received a cold-brew tea packet of this and it was outstanding! I also ordered a sample, brew it at 195, and was less blown away. It was just OK. Thankfully, I have plenty of ice tea pitchers (from a competitor who will remain unnamed) and I cold brew it myself, so I'd order this in the future and cold-brew the loose leaf tea.
Wonderful iced! This is very refreshing on a hot summers day!
The color is so pretty... I like how it doesn't burn if you leave it in the infuser pot longer. I used half a packet of raw sugar for 8 oz. It was great. Really tasty and bright flavors.
Amazing as an iced tea. Make it double strength and add simple syrup.
I would like it except for the rose hips... that gives a flavor that's just unexplainable and would be better if that distinct flavor wasn't there!
I had no thought of liking this tea however when I iced it and added sugar I was pleasantly surprised. I will be buying this at a later date (got this as a free sample)
Better than I expected. It was nice and fruity and I enjoyed the color it made when brewed. It would make a great iced tea.
Very fruity taste and one of the best teas i have ordered so far!
The taste of orange is excellent. it's good also with berry blast.
Try it iced! Natural sweetness and a little citrus tang make this tea very nice. Hot May be a bit much, but I know this is going to taste amazing blended in with some other teas.
Nice and extra strong orange flavor and delightful tart finish. A must try.
Delicious and fruity, I was surprised how much I enjoyed this tea! Added a bit of sugar and it was perfect iced and hot!
Great as ice tea as well. I also like it mixed with Green Rooibos Key West.
I love this both hot and iced. Mixes well with other flavors. One of my favorites.
So bold and flavorful for an herbal tea! And a lovely dark red color.
I personally did not like this tea, I got it because I love orange. I will preface this by saying I have personally never tried a blood orange. I think this tea was too sour, and has that weird flavor, where a fruit is made into a tea, and the lack of sweetness makes it taste strange.
Very flavorful. beautiful color. a bit of tang but also a good amount of sweetness
Not what I was hoping for. I can't exactly put my finger on what I didn't like.
I love the blood orange tea for summertime iced tea. It's a refreshing flavor: Not too sweet or overwhelming.
Normally I dont like herbals on their own... and this one I just might... It makes a hell of a blend with a few other teas over ice and it doesn't disappoint solo either. Can definitely taste the distinct blood orange in it.
I received this as a free sample - iced tisane pouch. It was really nice. Like a healthy Kool-Aide for adults! Cold brewed overnight in the fridge.
Previously wasn't a fan of herbal tea or rooibos. This tea is delicious. It's got a unique taste that I haven't had anywhere else. Nicely citrusy and smooth.
This is a great orange tea if you're looking for strong orange flavor. I need a little spice, myself. It's very flavorful, but a bit too tart and bitter with the orange peel for me. I prefer it cold.
This is the first one that my husband asked for again after sampling. I love the strong orange offset by the richer flavor from the hibiscus. It's almost a little sour, which I enjoy. My husband adds some honey to sweeten it up a bit. Looking forward to trying this one iced soon.
the smell of this herbal tea is amazing. I love using it as an addition to my black and green teas.
Great iced! Also not bad hot, of course. It's a good blend for evenings when you want 'tea' but can't have actual caffeinated teas, because sleep. It's also great mixed with other things - I've got a couple blends this one is in, and it's got a very distinct deep orange taste that is really nice.
This tea make great iced tea. The flavor is fruity but not too strong.
If you're reading this review, your over-thinking buying this tea. It Is great.
This herbal tea very good hot or iced. I found the portions recommendation on the container to be a little on the strong side. I put 3 teaspoons in a filter bag and place it in a 4-5 cup teapot with boiling water and left it in for 15 minutes. The tea is a bit strong for my taste so I added a little hot water to tame it down. I routinely get 5 cups from a brew.
I tried this as an iced tea and it was beautiful. love the color
It's good in its own right, but you have to like some bitter to enjoy it. The bitter can seem to be full cut with sweeteners. I keep forgetting this and ordering it. It's not for me, but if you like a little bitter and the wake-up that goes with it, it might be for you.
This tea smells amazing! It's pretty as well. I enjoyed the taste.
I really enjoyed this tea. It is appealing in every way: the color is beautiful to watch as it steeps, the smell is a sweet citrus and the taste is nearly as good as it smells!
The blood orange smells amazing and has a bold flavor. I recently tried Blood Orange iced. To cut down on some of the acidic taste I added some agave syrup.
This tea is like taking a luxurious vacation right in your living room.
Got this for a friend who visits often and loves tea, but cannot drink anything caffeinated. She loves the orange scent and flavors. Perfect for her as a morning wake-up tea.
Great as an iced tea, the orange citrus flavor is a nice addition to the hibiscus flavors.
Very refreshing on a hot day. A little sour on its own, I used some local honey to even the taste.
Wonderful! Tart and flavorful. Amazing scent! Best thing - it is herbal, different from Teavana blood orange that way although similar flavor. I would recommend also blending with a vanilla or sugary flavor tea for a blood orange sorbet flavor.
This isn't nearly as good as people claim. I think it is better iced than it is hot but I still don't like it very much.
Great smell and citric. It gives off a beautiful red color too.
have tasted this one with the sampler it came in, I love this tea hot and cold it is simply delicious! I love the colour and the flavour, had to order a bigger package!
Naturally sweet and a gorgeous deep pink colour. The citrus flavours are very well-developed and accented by rose hips, so it isn't a sharp, bitter tea at all, but smooth and almost buttery instead. In a French press the last cup is my favourite, with a little astringency from the orange peel.
I dislike tartness, so when I first brewed this tea I added sugar and it was yummy. Since its been hot lately, I also tried cold brewing it and that was even better! It wasn't tart at all and I could drink it without adding sugar.
It's like candy! Smells like candy, tastes like candy, hot or iced. It's like raspberry and orange made a delicious tea baby. Total standby, always in my cupboard.
Didn't expect to like this, but it was okay for every now and then.
While I like some of adagio's black teas, I find that their herbal fruit blends are the best. Blood orange does not disappoint! The first sip I had was sour, but not overwhelming, and this would have been enough for me. But, as I continued drinking this, I realized how complex it is. Sure, there are sour notes - but there are sweet undertones and after notes as well. This tea benefits from a long brew time. If you are looking for a fruity tea, or something with a little kick, this is great!
Far too sweet for my taste, and too acidic as well.
Great smell. Nice added to an oolong for an iced tea blend. I preferred it brewed a little weaker than recommended when drinking it straight, ( I'm a green tea drinker).
