I had high expectations for this, and it didn’t live up to them. I really felt like this was missing something. Like coconut. I bought 2 bags and I don’t know that I’ll buy it again.
As much as I want to love this tea, it’s good, not great. The flavor is slightly lacking. However, the color is gorgeous, and adding lemon juice not only enhances the flavor, but turns it a brilliant purple. A fun drink for sure!
Blue is my favorite color, so when I heard their was a blue tea in exhistence I had to have it. Not only is it pretty from the Butterfly Pea Flowers, but the taste is just divine. Blueberry tea with refreshing lemongrass. preferable as an iced tea, fun color changing magic. a decaf tea for anytime of day, but this tea is only available once in a blue moon (Oct 31st) Unless you earn the blue butterfly badge, then you can purhase it every full moon with another favorite, Earl Grey Bella Luna.
This is a fun tea to play with, for sure, with its bright blue hue and color changes. But on top of that, it tastes good! Blueberry lemonade is one of my favorite drinks and this tea is a great recreation of that flavor.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this tea! It just makes you feel better. From the amazing flavor to the calming colors, it is the ultimate relaxation drink.
Such a deep blue color! The most prominent taste for me is lemongrass. This is great hot or iced. I did not add sweetener, but I’m sure a little sweetness would make it very nice.

First off, I loved the color of this tea. It is a beautiful blue that can change with the addition of citrus. The flavor is nice and lemony, very mild and peaceful to drink. I added a little sugar and lemon, which the lemon changed it to a lovely purple color. I’m going to enjoy and savor this tea.

I was so excited to be able to try this one before October, but it just wasn’t for me.
I was blown away by this tea. The lemongrass is sweet and the blueberry flavor is pleasant. The Pea flowers add a fun color to the mix.
I really wanted to like this. It is a beautiful blue smooth herbal but needed some astringency for me.
The color is gorgeous and so much fun to pour from the steeping pot into my cup. So sorry to find out the flavor of this is not the tea for me. It is very much like Fruity Pebbles. If you like that cereal, you will LOVE this tea. It s super pretty though so I m going to brew some and freeze as ice cubes to add to other drinks. If I fall in love with that I ll update the review.
It s an herbal blend so no caffeine. It s fun for kids because it starts out a pretty blue color, but that changes when you add some lemon juice. Again, only available on the full moon and you have to answer the riddle correctly.
Really fun and light herbal. Great for cocktails as well.
This is a very fun tea because of the beautiful colors, but the flavor is more lemongrass than blueberry, and lemongrass is not a favorite of mine.

Not only is this tea jaw droppingly gorgeous, it is so delicious! I ended up having to share it with my kids and husband because everyone loved it! Lol! This will be a staple in my cabinet!

Fantastic! Not only is the color just amazing but the most important part, the taste, is divine. Blueberry tea with a zing from lemongrass. Definitely a wonderful iced tea.
This is a great tea. Its the right amount of sweet. And don't get me started on the beautiful color. I love adding a small touch of lemon. I will absolutely repurchase this tea. Next time it comes around, I'll have to stock up.
The color and color change effect when lemon juice is added is phenomenal. I've only brewed 2x but there was not much flavor. Will need to play with brew times, amount. Definitely interesting tea to enjoy!
Beautiful color, actually preferred it hot rather than iced. But for iced I turned it into lemonade with extra sugar and lemon and my family liked it.
I got this tea because it is limited and I liked it, but I found it did have a bitter aftertaste. I have never had that experience with any other teas from Adagio, so perhaps I just got a funky batch.

Tastes pretty good, but very light in flavor. Pretty cool to see it change colors though when you add a touch of lemon juice to it.

UPDATE: Customer Service sent out replacement - the smell and taste is interesting and a refreshing change when a 'lighter' tea is called for.

I like this tea, it's whimsical on it's own or if you add Lemon that not only changes the colour of the tea, but also the flavour. It's originally a blue colour tea which is so beautiful. The Flavours are lemon and blueberry like I think so. Delicious.
When you first open the bag, it has a strong smell like gummy bears. After it's brewed, the taste is similar but less strong. It's good and I'll likely buy more, but I won't cry if I have to go without for a few months. A good alternative to Bella Luna Earl Grey when I need caffeine free options.
I don't think there's a prettier tea! It has a natural sweetness. Like it hot or cold!

Better as an iced tea than hot in my opinion, but not my favorite even iced. It gets 4 stars because it's an OK tea but the blue-ness is really neat.
Someone suggested freezing it and using as icecubes in lemonade, and that's on my list to try with it next!
This is one of my favorite teas. The flavor is wonderful, a subtle floral flavor with lemony undertones. You can steep more or less leaves and time to play with the color and flavor. Plus, it's fun to mix it with citrus and other teas to make some really lovely drinks. Also, since it doesn't have caffeine, you can drink it whenever.
Beautiful blue color! It starts off a little more blue green, but if it steeps longer it ends up a blue violet.
Naturally sweet, and the smell is reminiscent of something from my childhood.
Update: I tried with various amounts of lemon for flavor and color. Really fun! I also prefer it with some lemon flavor.
This tea is delightful. Between the blue color, the ability to CHANGE colors, and the vaguely reminiscent of Fruity Pebbles flavor, this tea is a real cup of joy!
I absolutely loved the fruity tang of the blueberries and the citrusy oomph from the lemongrass. It was honestly one of my favorite decaf teas I have had. Always a go to as a pick-me-up in the afternoon that doesn t keep me up too late!
I got this tea not really knowing what to expect because I'd never even heard of the butterfly pea flower, or that it could be used in herbal tea. But this tea blend was just wonderful! It has a delightful flavor that I can't really compare to anything because it was all new to me. I didn't notice that any of the flavors overpowered any of the others. Rather, they all worked together equally to offer a beautifully unique slightly sweet brew.
And I was pleasantly surprised to see that it brews to a gorgeous shade of blue! It looks pretty, it tastes pretty, it smells pretty - you can't go wrong! I was a little annoyed at first that the smallest size of this tea I could get was the 1.5 oz. bag instead of a sample bag, but after tasting it, I'm so glad I got the larger bag. Especially since my tea drinking co-workers have expressed interest in my mysterious blue tea and want to help me drink it.
A very smooth taste to this unique blue tea. It is so much fun adding it to other teas and seeing if the color chsnges. Lemon added makes it purple but Majestic Mint by Meg makes it green. I am trying more to see what happens. Will be waiting for the next time it is available.
3.5 stars for a lovely tasting tea that's more about the wow factor. Don't get me wrong, I like it. I would just enjoy it better if the flavor wow'd as much as the color. Still, there really IS something pretty special/magical in this once-in-a-blue-moon blend.
Fantastic! I'm so glad I ordered two bags. Good both hot and iced as well. I love putting a little agave syrup and a few drops of lemon juice in it for the flavor and color change.
Is a beautiful blue. Almost off putting it is so blue. I have not tried turning it purple yet. It taste good, but I think I liked it more the cooler it got. Will make a great iced tea this summer.
