Tremendous. Smooth with a classic green tea flavor without being too grassy (not that that's a bad thing, imho). This one is my staple green tea. I like the variety of many 1oz samples, but I always come back to a large tin of white monkey each order.

The leaves of this tea are light colored and covered in a fine fuzz, and brews a very light colored tea. The flavor is very soft and smooth, with no bitterness, and just a hint of sweetness. This has become one of my staple teas, for when I'm in the mood for something light and subtle.

This is a mild, yet full bodied green tea. The first scent is sweet and grassy with just a hint of fishiness, but that's only the first scent, and the grass and fish aren't apparent in the flavor. The flavor itself is dominated by an astringent... mustiness, in a good way, and along with the gentle sweetness this is what gives the bulk of the body. Elevating above this is just the slightest hint of floral, and beneath is a hint of nut. It's an incredible and well balanced dynamic, this is my current favorite.
Take into account that this is very light, fluffy leaf, and 4oz comes in an almost full 8oz container. As such you'll need 2 tsp to make a good cup, a little more or a little less won't hurt. It's also fairly resistant to moderate over brewing, and a little bit of good honey plays well with the dynamic.
Another good white tea. Great iced, and I love the name. Again, nice to mix with berry blast for a nice summer drink.
