I really enjoyed my first Gunpowder brew, but enjoyed it even more when I added half a teaspoon of Vanilla Green.

Excellent gunpowder tea. I additionally bought spearmint to create my own Moroccan Mint tea!
Don't let the price fool you, this is an excellent green tea. Flavorful and smooth. I'll be getting the big bag next time.

There's a levity here, but also a sweetness that I feel could be accentuated with a bit of honey. Admittedly, I may have screwed up the temperature (I use a Keurig), but I still enjoyed it immensely.

It tasted a bit too mild for my taste at the recommended amount of time and temperature. But maybe it's just me and my palette that is used to bitter teas. I am going to try steeping it for a bit longer next time or perhaps increasing the temperature.
Either way, it was good green tea; but it didn't taste much different than a high quality bagged tea you could find at a health foods grocery store.

Not quite what I was looking for. No amount I put it made the tea strong enough - but I like my green tea bitter. If you're looking for an easy to steep green tea that isn't too grassy, I think you'll like this. Smooth flavor

This is absolutely one of my favorite green teas. I can be pretty picky when it comes to green teas, but this is one I keep coming back to again and again. It's not fussy, it's not overly grassy, it's not too bitter. Perfection.

This is my 'With dinner tea'. I have this daily with dinner. I enjoy green tea at that time more than the black. I usually get 3 infusions from each pot. Each infusion I increase the steep time by a few minutes. Flavor gets better each time.
For someone who is easily put off by the 'grassy' flavor of green tea, I found this surprisingly pleasant. Aside from the abundance of broken leaf particles settling at the bottom of the cup (which can be solved by using a paper infuser) it's a nice, albeit smoky, alternative to more vegetal or astringent green teas.
Bought this for my dad. It's aromatic and according to him a great tasting tea.
This is a great everyday tea. It is good and affordable. My wife loves it and it is a forgivable tea in the sense that it won't turn bitter if you err a little on steeping time & temperature

The gunpowder flavor you should expect, probably more flavorful than my the slightly cheaper stuff at my local grocer, but definitely looks nicer. It has more larger rolled leaves than the tiny pellets I would find from my grocer's GP green tea. I guess that it doesn't look as similar to gunpowder as my local grocer's does though. It also cold brews well, 4 tsp in 2qts for 8-12hrs in the fridge, and it turned out pretty nice(plenty of flavor). Will probably buy again.

I bought this to mix with spearmint for Moroccan mint tea and it was definitely worth the try. Not as complex as other green tea flavors, but a good green option to mix with herbals.
I like to mix this tea with the peppermint I also bought from Adagio. It's a great mix like they suggest and I also brew this tea both western and gong-fu style. The taste is vegetal with a meadow type after taste. A very refreshing tea for sure.

Good everyday green tea. Nothing too special, but tasty and enjoyable nonetheless. This is a good tea to keep plenty of on hand for gatherings or when you want to have something you can drink all day without breaking the bank. I prefer 1.5tsp steeped in 8oz of 175F water for 2min.
The Gunpowder green tea is the best green tea I have ever had and I've been drinking green tea for 15+ years. There is no harshness about this tea in any way. Smooth and tasty. If you are new to green tea, this one is well worth a try.

I very nice green tea. Very balanced. Light enough for a hot day but strong enough on a cold morning. It leaves me feeling a little healthier and rejuvenated.
