This sip is filled out by tropical coconut and fruit flavors with a smooth green base. On the back of this sip is a citrus punch, very similar to the one in citron green. If you like that, I think you'd like this blend too, but it's not my favorite. I think that orange kick pairs better with a black tea.

This one is complicated. The smell is almost overpowering, reminding me of that old-school tanning oil; in fact, this smells like creepy swinger/nudists hanging out on the beach drinking wine coolers. However, the taste is very nice. I especially enjoy it with a bit of lemon juice and some sweetener. And the aroma fades after brewing and by the time it's cooled down enough to drink.

Clean easy drinking green tea with a nice hit of flavor. I love it cold brewed, and with summer around the corner I suggest a large bag. His tea keeps beautifully in the fridge for 3 days, if it last that long.

Light, fruity, tropical. Great iced! This is a tea I'll be ordering again, just tried a sample. Update: Even though I'm supposed to not buy more tea this year, I had to get a 4oz of this to make sure I don't run out before spring!! :-)

My new favorite!! This and the lychee rose green are unbelievably delicious. I drink them iced and look forward to them every day!

I originally bought this as a sample. I finished the whole sample bag in one day (granted, it was for a total of 4 quarts of iced tea). After that, I ordered a large bag. It was that good. I still love this tea. I sometimes make it like regular iced tea (steeping hot, adding ice) but sometimes I cold-brew it.

The first time I had this, I used the recommended 1 tsp/cup and it was very weak. This time I used 2 tsp and brewed a minute longer and it is much better. It is a very light bodied green tea. It has a good coconut flavor and a fragrant not-overly-fruity smell and taste. I think this would be very tasty iced with a touch of sweetener.

Been experimenting with green teas lately and found this one. It is a nice lovely green with hints of coconut which I really like. It has a nice balance of other fruits as well. I bought this off the other recommendations and they are all spot one. Highly recommend! I do brew for about 4 min instead of the recommend 2-3 (though that might be because I forget :)) but I find that works a bit better for this tea.

Although I am in general, not the biggest green tea fan, this tea did set my tastebuds dancing! A very happy, tropical type of taste that reminds me of summer, beaches and happy times!

I’m usually not a fan of flavored greens but this is smooth and delicious, well balanced, the flavors don’t taste “artificial” as some flavored teas can.

I enjoyed Calypso Green without added sweeteners. It tastes creamy with a wonderful coconut flavor followed by light vegetal notes. A very juicy yet refreshing tea. Mixes wonderfully with Green Rooibos Key West or Green Rooibos Bonita to create a tropical treat that is a delight hot or iced!
★★★★★
Tropical green tea with the subtle taste of coconut. I did a cold steep and enjoyed without any sweetener. Very refreshing on a hot day.

This was a lovely blend. The tropical fruits was subtle and paired well with the green tea. I enjoyed today's sample iced and it made a perfect drink for a hot afternoon

This one is very fully flavored beyond its green base but the green itself is hard to discern behind it all. It's bold and in your face at the expense of subtlety.

This wasn't the worst, but I chose not to take more than a few sips then dumped the rest. The tropical flavors were nice, and mostly came through at the back end of each sip. The rest was just a grassy green to me, which is not my favorite. (reviewed through CommuniTEA; 3 min @ 175F)

There is a distinct Caribbean vibe to this tea. Even though I do not generally like coconut I really like it in this blend of tea. It is also not grassy at all. Very nice tea!

I steeped this blend for 4.5 minutes. Unfortunately the green part tastes a bit bitter. It's strong on the coconut smell and there's a bit of it found in the taste that smoothed it a bit, but mostly it's a bitter green tea. My water was closer to boiling than recommended, so the bitterness is likely due to improper steeping. Despite that, it tasted pretty good. I enjoyed it, but I'm not planning on buying a bag to have on hand.

The coconut and green tea took center stage, merrily dancing around each other as a tasteful pair. The fruits were very light, like walflowers or background dancers. Maybe they had tired of the dance and were off to get their own tea refreshment? Not sure if this is the intent of the blend or just the result of the dance card not being filled in my CommunTea sample. Still, I enjoyed this tea and dreamed of dancing on the beach while happily enjoying my morning cup of deliciousness.

I’m not not a huge fan of flavored green teas. This was a miss for me.

This is a delicious green tea, though the leaves are quite fragile- if you use a mesh basket with one of the mugs from Adagio, expect debris to be in your cup. They're small and harmless luckily, and they do not detract from the light, nectar-like flavor that comes with a bit of sugar added to this drink. It'd be excellent chilled.

This tea was very tropical tasting. I think I would really enjoy this tea if it it didn't have coconut in it. If you enjoy tropical flavors and coconut you might enjoy this tea. I brewed at 180 for 2 minutes.

Holy coconuts, Batman! This tea smells heavenly!! You can clearly detect each fruit in the blend, but the coconut and peach really show through. I expected to be disappointed because so many teas don't have a strong flavor to go along with their strong scent. I was soooo happy that this tea not only smells like paradise, it tastes like it as well. Like its aroma, you can clearly detect each fruit but coconut and peach are primary. Best of all, this is naturally sweet! I didn't need to add any sweetener.
This is definitely going into my cart for my next order. Can't wait to taste this iced!

I thought this tea was good for a green tea, since I don't usually prefer green teas. I did add some wildflower honey when steeping it. I put it in fridge overnight to chill and poured over ice in the morning. I tried a bit with coconut milk mixed in to form a green tea latte but i preferred it without.

Dry tea smells mostly of peach and mango. I spy a lot of green tea among some apple pieces. Once brewed, the cup is a medium green with a slight vegetal note from the green tea and bright peach and mango scent. When hot, the green tea dominates with a light and slightly vegetal taste, with a hint of sweet fruit in the finish. As the tea cools, the green tea takes a backseat to the sweet fruit notes. The green tea isn't bitter, and works well with the mango, peach, and slight hints of other tropical fruits, like the hint of coconut and passionfruit. The balance is not overwhelming or in your face, which is nice for a hot tea when the weather is warm. This tastes good hot, and tastes like it would be a good candidate to try iced. Brewed for 3 minutes at 180.

This tea is extremely flavorful! It has a very tropical feel to it and I think all the fruits in it make sweetening it unnecessary. I tried it hot and iced and it tasted great both ways.
I steeped this tea at 180F for 2 minutes.

Trying along with the CommuniTEA today: Strong pina colada (including peach) scents from the dry ingredients and packet today. Once steeped for 3 mins at 185° F, I notice more pineapple and coconut on the nose with concentrated matcha green tea fragrance added. When I take a sip, More slightly bitter green matcha notes up front with a sweeter coconut and pineapple finish.

I enjoyed this tea. It was definitely green as others mentioned, but that mellowed a bit when I added the green tea honey. The tropical fruit flavors came through. This is definitely better than the coconut pouchong.

Update --- Saw that this is up on CommuniTEA again, had to add that since my original review, I bought a bigger bag for this Spring/Summer and it's going down fast! Def one of my favorite peachy teas from Adagio. I swear each cup is slightly different (different fruit bits? weird taste buds?), but all are delectable and refreshing! Just a touch of Adagio's raw honey for green teas brings out the fruitiness, but unsweetened is nice, too. Second steep is just as nice! (2-3 mins @180º) P.S. I've heard tales that this is great blended with either the key lime herbal, or white eternal spring, and look forward to giving those a try!
Original review, 23 Jun 2020----- Loved this one! The tropical flavors were not strong but not too subtle to identify, either, and the flavors I could taste changed as it cooled. First, it was light peach, with a little mango, then passionfruit started to come out, and then a nice coconut flavor came out. I caught a light bit of orange here and there, too, and the crisp/light green worked well with the flavors. My CommuniTEA packet didn't have any fruit bits in it, so maybe the fruit comes through a bit stronger in a sample that looks like the pic, and that would be ok with me too. Will definitely buy some of this once I work through some other teas!

Nice tropical aroma of coconut and a slight grassy smell come from my tea packet. Brews up to a nice light yellowish green. Taste mostly coconut and the slight veggie water taste of green tea. Added a touch of honey and this brought out the fruit a bit more and tamed the veggie water taste. I definitely pick up coconut, but hard to pick out the other fruits in this tea. Just a nice fruity blend. Steeped at 180º for 2.5 mins and 2nd steep for 3 mins. Enjoy!

I cold brewed this tea and wish I tried it hot first. The tea was bitter until I added an orange slice. This tamed down the bitterness and rounded out the coconut flavor . I did not notice any of the fruit flavors as listed on the packet. It was yummy on ice with the orange slice addition. If I had a second chance with this tea, I would brew it hot and then ice it.

I guess I am in the minority for this one. I found the coconut to taste artificial and the green tea a bit too grassy. I did not note any fruit flavors. Steeped at 180 for 3 mins. Maybe a lesser temp and or time would have mellowed it for me.
