A very sweet and delicious tea to drink in the evening
Love this tea combined in a tea latte with almond milk and a touch of cinnamon.
Pleasant smell, and smooth, both has a tinge of that astringent black tea flavor.
Great tea on it’s own but I mix it with other tea that I find a little bitter and it gives it a good balance for me.
Smell of dry leaves was disappointing after trying the Cream Black Tea yesterday. The Cream tea has a vivid smell of cream when I opened the bag so I was hoping for a sweet vanilla smell when opening this one and it wasn't there. The vanilla does show up more once it's steeped though. Once steeped I'd say it's a very smooth black tea. Only needed 1 sweetener pack for my 10oz mug which was nice. Kept the first steeping to the 3 minutes recommended and was able to do a second steeping too. Second one was lighter in color and somewhat in flavor too but still nice. I'd order this tea again.
I haven't tried it by itself. I love mixing it with my Earl Grey Bravo for a different flavor experience. I drink it without cream or sugar most times. I have added a few amber sugar crystals at times for a bit of sweetness.
I use this tea to make a blend of Gingerbread, Grapefruit, Oriental Spice and Vanilla (4 equal parts of each) - it's DELICIOUS!
It s exactly as advertised. If you want a nice black tea with a splash of vanilla, it s a good choice.

A good, basic, lightly flavored tea. I find it needs to be enjoyed while warm to hot. As the tea cools the vanilla somehow turns a little bitter. Nice with hot almond milk and honey.
The tea has a strong and sweet-smelling scent but sadly falls short in taste. It was just okay.
I am picky about vanilla flavored black teas, but this was really excellent. It's nice a smooth and a good vanilla scent and taste is quite complementary to the black tea.
A nice hint of sweet vanilla flavour. If you use lighteners, a vanilla almond milk would give you about as much, though. Might be a good mixer with other flavours like cinnamon or chocolate.

Isk if I’m just preparing this tea wrong or something, but I really don’t like it. The vanilla flavor is extremely subtle and the tea had a very dry and almost sour aftertaste even with added milk and sugar. It wasn’t absolutely disgusting and it was a lot better with added milk and sugar, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

The vanilla flavor in this is medicinal, not sugar cookie like as it’s described and not made better by cream and sugar. Unfortunate, as I usually love vanilla.

This is a wonderful tea as a base, but I don't drink it on its own. It pairs well with just about any other tea.
A little of this goes a long way! I made a 2L pitcher filled it halfway to cold brew this tea, and it was so strong that when I added a second liter of water it was easier to notice the vanilla flavor. Too much and its very intense and a bit bitter almost. I think I used 2 or 3 level 15ml scoops for 2L of cool water in the fridge overnight.

not the best vanilla tea I've ever had, it starts a little artificial tasting but if you keep drinking it starts to taste like a creamy black tea.
The vanilla flavor in this black tea is fairly subtle, I think I may prefer a vanilla oolong to this flavored ceylon.

This is my favorite tea ever. I actually wrote Lipton when they stopped carrying/making their version of Vanilla Black tea as i was so disappointed to not be able to buy it any more. Then i came here, joined the 6.99 subscription and my VERY first box had this tea. I bought a large bag of this tea immediately after.
I love this tea! I first tried the decaf version, and it was delicious, but I was told the caffeinated version definitely had more vanilla flavor. I'm not sure, I think they're a out the same, but the taste is a tiny bit stronger. I want to drink this every day.
