Works great as an accent to just about anything but great on its own as well. Adds a slight sweetness to other teas, eliminating the need for sugar or other sweeteners. By far one of my favorites!
Bright Ceylon tea with pure vanilla. Soothing and cozy, like warm sugar cookies made with fresh vanilla beans.

Works great as an accent to just about anything but great on its own as well. Adds a slight sweetness to other teas, eliminating the need for sugar or other sweeteners. By far one of my favorites!
The one flavor to rule them all. Its the perfect tea to always have in stock. You can drink it how it is or you can blend it with another. I think its one of the most used teas i drink. Lets not forget it makes a perfect iced tea as well. This is the tea to have if you don't already.
Warm delicious and comforting, it has a delightful vanilla aroma.
I like to mix this one with others
Very good tea. Strong vanilla flavor and smell, but not too strong. This is definitely going to be a frequent buy.
Nice notes from this tea. I like blending it in with my Earl Grey Moonlight :)
good, but It doesn't taste much to vanilla... is black tea with vanilla hints, so if you're looking for something with more taste to vanilla I don't recommend this
Yummm! This is delicious! Very calming! Add a little honey and its perfect!
This is by far the best vanilla tea that I have had the pleasure of drinking. The black tea gives me that bit of energy push to get me through the afternoon slump.
This tea is ok, but the vanilla flavor isn't as strong as I would like it to be. Probably good for blending with other teas, but I don't care for it on its own.
This is a very tasty tea, but the vanilla flavor isn't as intense as I would like it to be. I want to make this as an iced tea and see how that tastes this summer.
Strong vanilla aroma and light taste. Great alone or blended with peach and cream. Very natural vanilla profile.
This is a nice and mellow, everyday sort of tea. I wish it were a little bit more astringent (more tea, less flavoring), but it's a nice taste. My only real problem with it is that it doesn't really taste like vanilla to me. It has a creamy, French Vanilla sort of flavor, as opposed to a fresher vanilla bean, which is what I was hoping for. Still delicious.
Updated to add: for some reason, my batch of vanilla has gone all weird on me! I don't know if it's my water or my teapot or my tea or a combination, but it tastes really salty and kind of gross. :(
Good morning tea. Works well with or without sweetener. Easy to add to a roiboos or chai tea for a change of flavor.
There is a strong scent of bourbon vanilla when you open the bag that fades as it is brewed. Much milder on the vanilla flavor than I expected based on the lovely aroma. Very smooth and mellow with a gentle aftertaste of vanilla. A lovely black tea that is awesome in blends. Pieces of vanilla bean in with the leaves would be nice, however this didn't taste artificial to me at all. Cream and sugar really enhance the vanilla flavor.
Update: The vanilla grows more prominent as the tea cools.
Great tasting vanilla tea with smooth finish and great aroma.
Not bad, but I think that I'll end up staying away from teas that are specifically flavoured.
Perfect simple vanilla tea. Also fantastic when iced!
The vanilla is perfect... not overpowering, but not too subtle, either. Very good with honey. updated: This has become my absolute favorite tea - no other vanilla has compared! Updated 2014: still my favorite tea. I currently drink it with just a splash of (soy) milk.
It tastes really good with milk. Wish there was more vanilla flavor.
this is a great smooth tea you can mix it with other teas also to experiment I love this tea
Not too strong a mild flavor. I like to use it as an accent to other teas. Makes for a nice flavor enhancer.
This was good but I think the scent of the vanilla was stronger than the taste. It would probably be nice for mixing.
This is a good staple of the flavored teas and one of the very first ones I tried years ago. I like to keep this in my tea stash for a change of pace from my usual teas.
This is a great tea all by itself, but is also a perfect blend to mix with other teas.
While the vanilla flavor isn't incredibly strong, it works wonderfully in blends. In particular, I really like a blend of summer rose Almond Vanilla - it's like a nice savory desert! Another good blend is vanilla and peppermint - it tastes like a candy cane!
Love to use this alone or to blend with other flavors that I have.
Not as much of a vanilla punch as I would have liked.
I love the idea of vanilla tea! This tea is really good and it smells amazing! I would recommend adding a little more of the leaves than is recommended on the packet. A little more than 1 teaspoon is usually good.
My sister seemed to enjoy the tea, but it was a little too artificially sweet for me. I much prefer the almond oolong tea and would recommend that one instead if you're looking for a smooth nutty flavour.
Cosy and comforting and it makes a great base to mix with other flavored teas (I like it with chai).
It smells just like a sugar cookie fresh from the oven. The taste is creamy with a vanilla bean aftertaste. Not overpoweringly sweet on its own, but a gorgeous dessert tea with a touch of sugar.
This is a nice gentle tea brewed alone or mixed with other teas.
pleasant, but mild vanilla flavor and scent. the smell of the leaves prior to steeping reminds me precisely of chocolate Twizzlers licorice candy.
A simple, comforting black tea. I like how it has hints of vanilla, but isn't overpowering.
As many others said it needs a stronger flavour. The tea itself wasn't too bad but I couldn't finish the cup as I had no cream on hand. I really think it would taste better with cream.
Very transcendent light, bright vanilla flavor, good with milk.
Also good as an unusual iced tea.
Given that this is a black tea, expect a more pure vanilla taste than a creamy vanilla taste. That said, it pulls the vanilla off well provided it isn't overstepped - so if you're the kind of person that prefers subtle vanilla compared to a french vanilla (or vanilla bean) then this tea will be right up your alley.
I like the vanilla green or rooibos vanilla better personally. I'm not 100 sure why yet.
A simple Vanilla flavored black tea. It is a little bland, and no real depth of flavor. I would blend this, but not sure it is the greatest when drank alone
Ooh, I love the aroma of this tea, but the flavor leaves something to be desired. I could have sworn I steeped it at 3 minutes, but maybe I accidentally did it longer. A very sweet, uplifting aroma, with a surprisingly mild flavor, but perhaps I too prefer the honeybush vanilla. This tea isn't very sweet, nor did it have as much flavor as I had hoped. Great for blending with, but alone and plain, it leaves something to be desired.
This tea had a decent vanilla flavor, but I would recommend the cream-flavored black tea over this one.
exactly as you might except -- vanilla and black tea goes pretty well together. Maybe a bit more vanilla?
By itself, this tea is not our favorite. But, it mixes very well with other blends like pumpkin and hazelnut.
I keep this one on hand at all times. It's a great tea on its own, but a must-have for mixing blends. This one is pretty much perfect.
This is a gentler, less sweet cousin to the 'cream' flavor. If the cream tea tastes like frosting, then this has more of a vanilla extract flavor. Mild and pleasant on its own, I aim to use it in more blends. For people who favor unflavored black tea, this might be a nice dessert flavor. Overall pretty good, easy and enjoyable.
I love vanilla so it it no wonder that I like this rich and mellow sweet tea
Vanilla tea is one of my favorites. It is particularly good on its own, but I like to blend it with chai.
This is a great base in any black tea that needs a little extra something to it.
This is probably the smoothest vanilla tea I've ever tasted. The vanilla flavour is not too sweet and it's just...really lovely.
