The vanilla tea probably shines best in combination with other teas (it lends a wonderful sweet note to mambo, for example), but it's also quite nice by itself. it's got a lovely aroma and taste that reminds me of bourbon.

I guess I was expecting a lot more from this tea and was disappointed once I actually tried it. There isn't anything really special about it plain, but mixed with Strawberry black tea or other flavors this should taste great! So as others have stated before. Great base tea for creating your own custom blends but not that special on its own.

I found the vanilla flavor to be a little to weak, It does pair nicely with other stronger flavored rooibus and honeybush teas to add some subtle vanilla notes.

This is a decent tea to me. It has vanilla hints while retaining some of its black tea flavor. The vanilla is not overpowering. I may have to make this a little stronger than suggested as it is not quite as bold as I first expected it to be. Nothing spectacular, but a good cup of tea nonetheless.

I love this tea, the scent is so strong but the taste is not overpowering. I love it with milk and honey. I want to try it with other flavoring powders, spices, or fruits. It seems like it would lend well to other flavor combinations. I enjoyed this tea, I hope I can buy more soon.

This tea is alrit. It's got a very strong scent to it which gave me quite a headache. The flavor was also very overpowering. Next time I'll try steeping it for less time to make it a bit weaker.
Ceylon with vanilla in it, pretty simple. The leaves smell heavily of vanilla, but the cup it produces is a lot less harsh. Very pleasant.

Wow! This is one of the teas from Adagio that we actually run out of from time to time, super yummy! It reminds me of a dessert or candy because it has a slightly sweet flavor. The green tea vanilla flavor is light and perfect for any time of day. I always order extra and we still run out.

I find the vanilla flavor a bit artificial tasting - I prefer the teas where it has some of the vanilla tea mixed in - the straight vanilla isn't really for me.

I was a little unhappy that unlike other Adagio flavored black teas, this had no 'real' aspect of the flavor. IE, with the fruit black teas, there are always fruit pieces in addition to the artificial flavors. I expected this to have vanilla beans, and was disappointed. Anyways, I found this tea to have a very understated black tea flavor, with subtle vanilla notes. If you are looking for either a strong black tea or vanilla flavor, you will not find it here. But, keeping this in mind, I enjoyed this tea. I think making it stronger may have made it too sweet for me.

A good tea, toasty warm notes of vanilla. It reminds me of brown sugar as well. It goes well with breakfast.
