Got this as a sample, it's very good however I'm not sure if it will become a favorite of mine.

★★★☆☆

Smells divine in the bag, like sweet rose-flavored candies, yet alas, this one seems to lose the smell once brewed. With a little sweetener, the taste here is very like hibiscus, only lighter and far less robust. If you're looking for a summery tea, I'd go with hibiscus instead.

Very very floral, with black tea. Not my favorite, but an interesting blending note.

★★★★★

Oh man I have been waiting to try a rose tea forever, and I'm so glad it's a black one--perfect for very princess-y blends and milk. I had a lot better luck steeping it with water juuuuuust below boiling, because when the water was scalding (I'm not fortunate enough to have the means of checking my water temp super accurately) it oversteeped and tasted stale and awful. At a lower temp it's super mild, light, smooth, with tons of floral scent and taste notes. Perfect for cold weather.

★☆☆☆☆

Ok, theoretically this sounded fantastic to me. Smelled ok when I got it but when I brewed it is was awful!

I absolutely LOVE this tea! I am a huge fan of floral teas, and rose is one of my favorite flavors! Some floral teas can be overpowering but this is just right. I'm in love :)

★★★★★

I love this tea! It is very fragrant and floral without being overpowering. I got this tea as a sample and I can't wait to order more!

The black tea really balances out the rose taste. A lovely floral tea that I can actually taste, great if you enjoy a stronger floral flavor.

★★★★☆

Not bad. It's good if you like plain black teas with a little something extra. For me the rose flavor was too subtle, though, and I would've preferred it to be a little stronger.

★★★★★

This is in my top 5 teas! Just really awesome! I think it's best iced. You are able to taste the rose much better.

a really lovely floral tea, especially good when combined with cream.

★★★★★

I love love love love this tea. It is lightly floral and tastes absolutely like a tea party should. I add just a drop of cream and skip the sugar on this. I bet it's good iced, but I haven't tried it yet.

★★★★★

Love this tea! Great blend, I didn't think I liked floral teas until I tried this one. Light, summery, and delicious. Good for earl grey lovers who want to try a little different flavor.

Smells fresh, authentic, and lovely in the bag but doesn't carry over into the taste - especially the fresh notes. Just the usual dried rose petal taste.

★★★★★

Omigosh this one smells incredibly beautiful..The aroma is still lingering in my room, haha! I could smell the strong scent of a rose bouquet before I even opened the pouch. After brewing, my teapot exploded with rose petals bursting out of the top(not literally) lol. The taste was as it smelled, only strong and 'rosy', truly delicious. I felt as though I was in Ciel Phantomhive's rose garden. XD

A new favorite. Blended with the Cream tea, or just on it's own this is an excellent late afternoon tea.

★★★★☆

Honestly, I had high hopes for this tea... I love rose teas (well, rose anything), and I was excited to finally try an Adagio tea with a strong floral scent. However, Summer Rose is only mildly rose-y. You can smell the rose upon opening the tin, but if you steep the suggested amount of time, you get a medium-strength black tea with only a hint of rose. Disappointing for me, since I love rose. But most people will probably think it's the perfect amount of floral to balance out the black tea. You should definitely try it and see what you think!

This is one I really prefer to mix with other teas, only because it's so rich. It's got a strong rose flavor that comes through even when I add a little bit to another flavor of tea. It's a very luxurious tea.

A wonderful, mild taste. I would have 5 starred it, but it's my own fault. I was really hoping for a ROSE tea, and this is a black tea with aromatic rose and light taste. Oh well.

The aroma of this is so sweet and floral. The flavor is sweet and has a strong rose flavor to it. It would be lovely with some cream and sugar.

★★★★★

This is my first rose tea, and it's very pleasant with a nice strong rose flavor.

★★★☆☆

A tad too floral for my liking, but then again it is rose!

★★★★☆

Extremely floral smelling, but I love that! Sweet rose teas can be hard to execute well but Adagio knows what they're doing here.

Smells like a summer garden, maybe a little strong for some, but I like it. I added a few drops of stevia to bring the rose forward. I think it's better iced.

I love floral teas, and expected to really enjoy this one. It has a definite rose aroma and flavor, much stronger than I had expected. As a hot tea, it takes on a bit of a grassy tang, especially if brewed longer. I prefer to steep it for a shorter time to mellow out the grassy notes. I like a pinch of sugar in this tea, just to help temper the floral taste. I have yet to try this one iced, but I suspect it would be delicious and I would likely prefer this as an iced tea.

Best tea 10000/10 would buy for the rest of my life

★★★★★

It smells so nice and fresh in the bag! And when brewed makes for a nice smelling kitchen as well as a floral tasting cup~

★★★★★

I bought a sample of this one out of sheer curiosity--I had no idea what roses would taste like. Apparently, they taste every bit as feminine and sweet as I anticipated, but much more delicious. In the pouch, the tea smells just like a bouquet of roses. The flavor is strong but not overpowering. I think this tea would be lovely in a blend, but I love the flavor so much that I haven't gotten around to mixing it with anything else yet.

A little strange to have this one hot, though I like it sometimes, but this makes absolutely the best iced tea I have ever tasted.

★★★★☆

This might win the award for the most unbelievably floral tea I've ever tried. Smooth and crisp, with mild astringency at the finish. If you want tea that tastes like a flower bouquet, blend it with hibiscus. Also works well with earl grey or ceylon.

I love adding rosewater to my drinks and baked goods so I figured a rose flavored tea was right up my alley. Unfortunately, there's just something a little odd tasting about this tea. It sort of reminds me of drinking a rose-scented crayon. The flavor just seems kind of artificial. I mostly enjoy mixing this tea with strawberry black tea which I don't like on its own either.

★★★★★

I love rose tea, and I've been wanting Adagio to carry a rose-flavored tea for a while. I'm very glad they do now. It tastes and smells exactly as it should, nice and floral.

★★★★☆

The bag says to steep for 3 min, but I like my tea on the strong side. Even after 5 min, this is a very soft, gentle tea. I could drink this regularly by itself, and I now feel more confident about using it in blends.

★★★★☆

This is a light tea, enjoyable on a warm day, but does tend to taste a little off if it's steeped too long.

Really hard to drink, doesn't taste at all like roses. Even after milk and sugar, the smell was weird and the taste was just as bad.

I brew this cold, very refreshing in the summer just don't leave the tea in for too long it gets a little bitter.

This stuff is particularly delicious as an iced tea.

★★★★☆

This is just a very light, very lovely tea. I keep telling myself I don't like floral teas, but this may be the exception: there's something delicate, not overwhelming, and it's not like drinking perfume or anything that I usually fear with florals. Even better when mixed with vanilla. I'm still surprised by how much I like this.

Tastes strongly of roses. Very delicious although I would have liked a bit more of the black tea flavor to balance things out.

I LOVED this tea. The rose flavor was represented perfectly. Iced and mixed with a bit of vanilla, it was extra fantastic.

I've been looking for a rose tea like one I'd tasted for a very long time, and I finally found it, This tea was absolutely divine and just like the first one I tried it relaxes me like nothing else can.

It's a little strong on it's own but this is absolutely fantastic if you turn it into milk tea. I Also used a little bit of maple syrup to sweeten it. I love a good Rose tea. Just be very *very* careful not to over steep it.

This lovely aromatic tea is like drinking a bouquet of roses! The scent is rich but the flavors are light and floral, with the ceylon providing the perfect background to let the rose flavors shine through.

Very light flavor, but nice tasting. I find that it tastes better blended with another tea though.

a wondeful flavored tea if you like the flowery taste of rose in food or drink. an excellent light black tea with a soft, but bright floral taste it balances with a nice astringency - however like all floral flavors, be carefull not to oversteep. it will get grassy. I would get it again.

Very floral tea, but quite pleasant. Smooth black tea makes a great background for the rose petals. I like to sweeten this tea to bring out the slight fruity taste.

Tastes heavily floral with the strong rose taste, a very interesting black tea. I happen to like flower-flavored teas so I really liked it, but if you think flowers taste like perfume this is not the one for you.

★★★★☆

Quite delicious, I especially enjoy this with a little sugar.

★★★★★

a very nice smell and great taste overall, very enjoyable

★★★★☆

The floral notes are lovely. I think they flow off of the ceylon taste pretty seamlessly. Honestly, the only way I'd like it better would be if there were MORE rose in it, but as is it's pretty great.
