Good. Nice rose flavor, I had it hot due to the season, but I could see this being just as good iced in the summer.
Right now, I mix this with jasmine silver needle and jasmine phoenix pearls for a 'cup of flowers.'
Our Summer Rose tea invokes the sweet lingering fragrance of late summer roses winding up a garden trellis. Mellow and deliciously floral, this rose tea is balanced with the bright briskness of a Ceylon black tea.

This tea makes me feel like I am in England again. It's fancy and lady like! The floral rose essence is delicious. I drink mine with a little sugar and milk, and its so good. Perfect for sunny morning.
I love this tea! Not too over powering but you can certainly taste the rose. I really enjoyed this.
This tea has a strong flowery rose smell. When brewed, it has a bold and flowery taste. This was surprisingly a strong flavored tea so I would recommend brewing it for 3 min.
This tea smells and tastes absolutely wonderful. Please never discontinue!
Lovely tea with a mild floral taste. Tried it without sweetener. I'll make it with sugar and/or milk next time.
I love this tea so much. I loved it iced, but haven't tried it hot until recently. It is even better hot! The rose flavor isn't for everyone, but this tea has all of the finer points of rose flavor without the drawbacks (some of my friends complain rose flavored things have a 'perfume' aftertaste). This is one of my favorite teas of all time.
I got this as a free sample with my last order and it has been a fantastic and pleasant surprise. It has a very nice floral scent and taste. I enjoy blending it with my fruity teas. I plan to buy more of this to share with my friends!
I'd much rather have taken the overly floral taste that some people complained about, because there was zero rose taste or smell in this tea. I do love roses, and I was so excited for this one... Maybe I just didn't get as many rose petals in my sample? Who knows.
YUM!!! I've had rose tea before that was nothing spectacular (actually it tasted nothing like roses) so I wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but when I had the chance to sample it, I just had to give it a shot.
Well, this tea exceeded my expectations. First off, it's BEAUTIFUL!!! The rose petals mixed with the leaves make for a beautiful tea. It is fragrant, like a rose bush (and this is with me being sick and can't smell too much.) It brews up fragrant, but more subdued than the aroma of the dry leaves. It tastes...well, like roses!!!
It's good unsweetened, but it's GREAT with a spoonful of sugar. Definite repurchase on this one!
Something about rose tea is surprisingly enlightening. After drinking rose, I feel like I just had the best, most eye-opening and cleansing meditation of my life. You wouldn't think, but I would recommend this for the spirit.
This tea smells amazing, but becomes bitter if the brew times are not closely monitored.
This tea smells amazing, both right out of the bag and after it's brewed, and with just a little sugar and some milk, it's delicious.
Tastes just like it sounds, fresh rose petals with that velvety softness you'd expect. I'd recommend trying it blended with a little bit of the Honeybush Vanilla and a teaspoon of sweetener. Absolute heaven, every taste supports the next.
I love rose teas and this one was far from disappointing. If you like floral teas or rose teas, try this one. I'll definitely be ordering more.
Bought a sample on a whim, because I've never had the tea by itself (I've had it in mixes with things like chocolate). Pretty good and smells and pretty much tastes like a rose to me. Light and fruity. I personally prefer it mixed in with other flavours. Try it with cherry! Surprisingly good!
it definitely tastes like a rose smells, in a good way... the rose does not overpower and has a nice aftertaste
I got this tea as a free sample and on a whim, and I have to say that it was an amazing decision on my part. The flavour is subtle and not overwhelming - past rose teas that I've tried have been, well, too rosey. This tea is perfect with a spoonful of sugar, and if it's to your taste, perhaps a dash of cream as well. Highly recommended!
The rose flavor was way too strong for me. I mixed it with vanilla and it was still like drinking a cup of perfume. Not my favorite
I love rose teas, and this is better than I could of hoped! the tea and rose are well balanced, but just strong enough that the rose doesn't fade in flavor like other rose teas!
it definitely had a rose taste, though got a little sour and bitter when brewed as recommended, i cooled the water a little more and it solved the problem. not my favorite tea.
it tastes just like it smells and it smells like roses so this is basically the coolest tea ever. i put a little sugar packet worth of sugar in and drink it, forever.
This is one I bought because of the reviews. I wasn't sure what I was expecting (I've never bothered to try and taste a flower before, haha.), but when I opened it to put it in a container, it smelled good. It smelled a bit weaker when it was brewed- this time I smelled the tea just as much as the rose. I didn't like it black- it just tasted like plain, slightly bitter tea. When I added a little bit of honey, it was much better, and there was something a little extra in there. I'd get it again, but I'd stick with the sample pack.
I like the taste but I'm more of a black tea fan.
This tea is absolutely delicious. I loved how it smelled as good as it tastes.
On its own, more than a little bitter and flat to my tastebuds. Much better with copious amounts of sugar and cream, or when combined with a fruity tea to give it some spark.
I have to admit, I don't much like this tea on its own. I played with steeping time and water temperature, but it just wasn't what I liked or was expecting, somehow. It certainly has a rose quality, and in small amounts is interesting mixed with other teas, but in future I'll give it a miss.
This was my first ever rose tea and I LOVED it. It has a really nice fragrance that you can catch in the flavor, and is as delicious cold as it is hot.
I got the sample packet of this tea, because I love the rose/lemon flavors of Turkish Delight and I was hoping the flavor here would be a good call back. Totally right! This tea is so good. It smells amazing and has the taste to match.
Very delicate and light rosey scent. sip it from a frilly little cup with your pinky extended while gossiping about Miss Frimley's indescretion.
Smells soft and floral, and tastes very similar with a hint of sweetness. No sugar needed for this one. A very unique tea experience for those who want to feel regal!
so floral and sweet/lovely!! it makes a great iced tea!
Not the best rose tea I have had, but fragrant without being particularly sweet or bitter.
This is interesting. I wouldn't drink it every morning, but I enjoyed it for a change. It is very floral, so be prepared.
This is still one of my favorite teas to blend with. It adds an incredible aromatic quality without adding an oppresive palate. The subtlety of the flavor and the bold perfume of the smell make this tea ideal for blending.
Great. I thought it was floral and smooth. a light and simple flavor to enjoy. very relaxing.
This tea is slightly sweet, and has a very calming flavor
smells fabulous and tastes amazing!!! reminds me of summer!
This is surprisingly tasty! I don't usually go for floral teas but this is really good! I would definitely buy this again.
Interesting flavor of roses--also smells like tea roses.
This taste of this is so subtle, yet perfectly balanced!
Wow, the rose aroma is quite powerful. Opening the bag is like spraying a potent dose of perfume. I expected the rose aroma to be just as strong in flavor, but actually, it is the black tea that dominates. The rose permeates through, however. Overall, it makes me think of frilly afternoon tea in Victoria.
I bet this would have been lovely if I wasn't charged 7x for this purchase. Horrible customer service. No number to call waiting on a email, I would think twice before ordering from a site that charges your account 7x for one purchase!
The best part of this tea is the strong, wonderful rose scent. Personally I find that the flavor of the tea doesn't completely match the rose, but it's still tasty enough that I will definitely be finishing my whole bag. I'd recommend trying this tea with milk.
I like it iced with fruit and the orange petals floating in a clear glass pitcher.
This was an excellent brew. I expected it to be stronger since it was a black tea, but it surprisingly retained a light, delicate rosebud flavor during the drinking. Even with some extended steeping time, the flavor never really turns bitter, but remains very drinkable. I'm extremely impressed.
Tastes like a wet, decomposing bouquet. It might be okay if you mixed it with something else, but not on its own.
This is the best rose tea I've tried. It's particularly well suited to blending, and makes a fantastic hot or cold beverage. That being said, you probably already know whether you're the sort of person interesting in drinking something that tastes of roses.
I ordered this tea to explore a fuller range of floral flavors, but it was not at all to my liking. The rose taste didn't mimic the scent I anticipated. I'm not sure if it's the rose itself or this blend specifically. I will keep trying.
This is a lovely rose tea! The smell is decadent, and the taste warms your insides <3 I'm a fan of rose teas, and this is definitely a great go-to.
