Not crazy about this hot (tastes kind of perfumey), but iced it's one of my favorites--particularly great blended with peach.
Our Summer Rose tea invokes the sweet lingering fragrance of late summer roses winding up a garden trellis. Mellow and deliciously floral, this rose tea is balanced with the bright briskness of a Ceylon black tea.

Not crazy about this hot (tastes kind of perfumey), but iced it's one of my favorites--particularly great blended with peach.
Delicious summer tea. I have steeped it and then added ice for a refreshing fragrant beverage.
The rose aftertaste IS there- just make sure not to over steep or it’ll get overpowered by the black tea. Shared with some friends and they were impressed with how well the rose comes through - especially compared to other rose teas on the market.
This tea was pleasant to drink, I generally like most black teas. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because I could hardly taste the rose flavor. Other than that, though, this tea was good.
I love this rose tea. Delicate but strong, it's one of my favorite florals.
While there is a summer description in summary, I enjoy this tea in the spring. The light, floral scent and taste is great in the morning, when it's brisk early and warmer by afternoon. And, this tea has the best aftertaste that lingers in your mouth.
This tea was a bit to flowery for me. It literally tasted like eating rose petals
I have been looking for a rose tea for quite some time when I found this. It is better than I expected. The fragrance is like standing in a rose garden and just taking it all in. The flavor is balanced between the rose flavor and the tea. You definitely get both. It just needs a bit of honey to sweeten to perfection.
Light, dainty flavor that is perfect for the spring time.
enjoyed the floral taste ... very nice summer tea... I love it hot but it would be great cold as well.
I got this for a gift for my cousin! But I recently received some for myself and I like it.
This is exactly what I wanted in a floral tea. Not overpowering but just enough of a Rose/floral aftertaste. This would be perfect for the summer as an iced tea as well. So far, I’ve only had it hot. The brewing instructions on the packet are accurate; I just like mine a little stronger so I leave it in for a few minutes longer. All in all i am so satisfied.
This one is so good on its own or blended with others. I like to add a dollop to my earl grey. So delicious and not too floral that it becomes overpowering. I will buy this one again for sure!
I got this as a gift for my sister, but had to try some myself and this may be one of the most rose-y rose tea I've ever had, which was great!
My first impression of this tea was like drinking perfume, but not in a bad way. You could taste it, you could smell it but it wasn't bad. I wouldn't drink it often but it's good to have around for when you're looking for something floral and tasty.
You have to really like the fragrance of Rose, but if you do this is a good tea. It doesn't overwhelm.
It smells better than it tastes. It might be better mixing it with something else.
I thought the rose flavor would be more pronounced. It smells just like a summer day before and after steeping, I just wished it had more of a rose taste. It's still a very nice tea, I'm happy I bought it.
Pretty classic--just rosy enough to be rose, but not perfume-y. Which is a hard balance to hit, with rose. I like it with cream and sugar, or just on its own. It also makes the room smell super nice.
This Summer Rose tea is very refreshing and I love the perfect balance of the rose and black tea.
it has a lovely smell and is deliciously wonderful.
It has a light rose flavor in the background. It's not too strong and smells amazing.
Upon opening the bag its like walking right into a rose garden, which was strange in 3 degree winter temperatures. The petals scattered throughout the tea are aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and the taste is not overwhelming. This blended very well with hibiscus. I would say black tea is a bit too strong for this flavoring and would love to see a white rose.
This is a beautiful blend tea. Not a base, but a topper
This tea is best in a blend. On its own it's a very strong rose flavor, which is unfortunately evocative of perfume. Mixing it with a fruit tea or the black cream tea is a good way to tone this down and appreciate the floral scent.
Delightful tea. Rose flavor adds a great top note without being cloying.
Purchased as a gift. Will update review accordingly when gift received.
Wish there was a bit more rose flavor because I love rose, but it is still amazing. Even got my sister addicted.
First time trying this and maybe it was just me, but this had way too strong of a rose flavor when I brewed it and I wasn t really happy with that. Smells amazing though and if you really like rose flavored things you ll probably really like this tea.
Not a typical drinker of black tea, but I thought I d give this one a shot! It s got a delicious smell that matches the description exactly! A wonderful rose tea!
I've been looking for a black tea with rose since I worked at a coffee and tea shop that had a really lovely rose and black tea. This tea has such a nice balance between the black tea and the rose scent/flavor. It's difficult to properly represent rose in tea since it's such a delicate flavor, but Summer Rose tea does it oh so well!
The best so far. Very fragrant and the tea is strong.
Perfect, delicious. A distinct rose smell and flavor without being nauseatingly floral.
I usually don't like floral teas, but this one is great, not too overwhelming. Plus, it tastes great when you make it cold in the fridge!
Very floral tasting. It has a good flavor, in combination with the black tea. If you love the smell of roses and/or the taste, this will be your thing. It is very assertive.
I love floral teas, and this one is no exception. Good amount of flavor and not too cloying or sweet. To make it into a dessert tea i add some honey and milk (and sometimes a bit of strawberry tea, I love that combo)
I fell in love with Rose tea while staying at the Savoy in London. Since, I have tried MANY rose teas and none of them have the aroma and taste of this one. This is my 'daily' cup!
Great summery tea!!! Bought as a gift and the recipient LOVES it!!!
Fragrant tea that I brew in vanilla soy milk and use a drop of rose syrup in. I mixed my own Royal/T blend with thai chai and peach as well.
A fantastic tea! Does well with a longer steep time and a spoonful of honey. Will definitely order again.
Good quality tea! Fairly light but good flavor. Very floral, so it may be only for specific tastes.
Light, floral and just lovely. I'm a sucker for rose water and rose syrup, so this appealed to me immensely. I messed it up the first go around though - Don't overbrew. It WILL get bitter. Enjoy at your next garden party or as a strategy to get you through a cold winter.
A pleasant floral scent that has become a consistent part of my morning routine.
I purchased this to blend with the Earl Grey Lavender to make a French Earl Grey. The blend is delightful!
Great tea to enjoy hot or cold. It goes well with a touch of fresh lemon juice or in an arnold palmer.
The Summer Rose tea does smell and taste like roses. Very soothing and heart warming.
This is by far my absolute favorite tea! I pair it with rose hip honey, and it is just the best cup of tea to start my morning!
This tea tasted great! It was kind of subtle and floral, but not bitter.
I love this tea. It reminds me of Persian tea I used to drink growing up. The smell is very rosy, but the taste is a black tea with a hint of roses which I think is just perfect. I originally got this tea as a free sample, and I fell in love with it--I finished it before all the other teas I had originally bought. This tea has become a staple in my collection.
its a romantic flavor you can feel rose flacor in a stron way
My young daughter and I love, love, love this tea. So girly and romantic and princessy!
