This is one of my absolute favorite afternoon teas! The rose scent and flavor really comes through, and it is perfect hot or cold, with a dash of milk.
I absolutely love this, it's perfect! Not perfumey or soapy, just lovely!
I love adding just a dash of this tea to other flavors - raspberry, blackberry, hibiscus... it makes almost any other tea a whole new thing. Definitely a favorite.

I love rose tea, and I've been meaning to give this one a try for a long time. Now, compared to some fancier rose loose-leaf black tea I've had, this one wasn't the best one of them. It's a bit 'harsh' smelling in comparison. But it's not bad at all, especially for the price.
So not for me. Even the smell was off-putting. I normally like floral tease, but the rest of this one went straight into the compost bin.
So far my favorite for a light summer tea on a hot day!
Summer Rose is a lovely spring/summer tea. Delicately scented with a heady aroma of rose that surrounds you.
Very floral smelling when opening the bag, the strong scent doesn't correlate to the flavor though. A very mild rose flavor. Good but not my favorite.

It s an ok cup of black tea, but I would definitely like it better if it had a stronger rose flavor.
The minute I opened up the package and “stopped to smell the roses,” I knew I would love this tea. I was interested because I tried TeaBloom’s flowering rose-flavored green tea, and I must say that I prefer this one over it because I may have a slight bias for black teas and because the rose flavor is stronger. Some may describe it as overwhelming but I loved it. My only gripe is that they were out of stock in every size but samples.
Lovely (but not overpowering) floral taste and it smells like Turkish Delight to me. Wonderful afternoon tea, or just when you want something light. I liked it best with a half a teaspoon of local honey, however, it tasted good with sugar as well

I'm partial to rose teas, but this one is light and refreshing. Definitely nice on a lazy afternoon when you don’t want anything too strong.
Very nice smell and taste. The rose leaves are not large buds which takes long to seep.
Very mild rose flavor when brewed, which is nice! I wouldn t want it too flowery.
It's got a nice rose smell to it and it brews nicely in blends. I don't know if I'd want a cup of it plain though.
This is very powerful! It makes the whole room smell like roses just brewing one cup! I love blending it with other teas as it doesn't take much to add that strong scent. Goes great with earl grey.
Update: This is my favorite tea now. Got a big 'ol 16 oz bag of the stuff. Still just as perfumey as the first time I bought it!
I wasn't sure what to expect from this tea. I haven't been a big fan of flowery teas in the past, but I do like Adagio's Valentine's flavored tea, which also has lots of rose petals in it. I figured I'd give this a shot. Not only that, I decided to go all in an just get a 3 oz bag right away instead of the safer sample size.
The verdict: meh. It has a nice rose smell to it, and the flavor definitely isn't plain black tea, but if you gave me a cup of the prepared tea and asked me to guess what it was I don't know that I'd be able to figure it out. I think it has a bit of sweetness to it, but beyond that I can't really describe it. The flowery aspect wasn't as overpowering as I worried it might be, so that was good.
Not one I think I'll be getting again, but the 3 oz bag wasn't a waste. I'm sure I'll be able to go through the whole thing, even though it's my least favorite of my current collection of black teas.

I didnt know if I would like this one or not but the rose flavor is very light and floral not strong at all which works for me
Usually I shy away from strictly floral test, but this is a great pairing for a black tea. Again, keep steeping down at about 3 minutes, otherwise floral is a bit overwhelming

I usually love a hint of rose in different items, but I didn't care too much for this one. I wouldn't turn away a cup if offered, but I don't plan to purchase it again.
Summer Rose smells just like an English rose garden! It is a robust black tea that can be a little too strong by itself. I added 1/4 tsp of sugar to my cup, and it mellowed out the flavor quite nicely. I imagine this tea would taste good with a splash of cream (but I haven’t tried that yet). I’ve akso blended this with the Cream flavored black tea with great result.

Talk about a beautifully fragrant tea! The rose scent and flavoring is very prominent, and it's truly a wonderful tea to have when you want to sit back and relax.
I m already a fan of floral teas, and this was no exception. It s very floral, both during and after tasting, and the tea itself doesn t really interfere. In fact, the rose flavoring was very intense. It s fine for me, but it may be too much for other people, let along people who don t like floral teas.
Absolutely wonderful. I m not usually big on florals, but this was as delicious as it was aromatic. It doesn t need any cream or sugar, and this is from someone who puts sugar in everything.

Not a favorite when it comes to having this tea on its own, I think pairing it with one of the Berry herbal teas makes it taste great!
I own over a dozen different adagio teas, and this is my favorite! The rose notes add a refined sweetness that is perfectly balanced by robust black tea. I’m sure I will order more when I finish this pouch.
