I've shied away from flavored teas because most of them have synthetic ingredients that give me sinus headaches. This stuff has all the fun of a flavored tea, with no health issues. Being a little nervous I double checked that it's all natural, and a rep assured me it is made much the same way jasmine is- simply layering flowers with the tea to let the fragrance soak in. as natural flavors & scents tend to be, the hint of rose is gentle. I find my palate gets used to it if I have it twice in a row, and then it becomes too bland for me. But if I have a simple black tea for a couple pots then come back to this, it's as charming as ever. Just not a daily tea, at least it wouldn't work that way for me. If you don't use cream, I highly recommend a bit of lemon to really make it zing.

So yummy! Roses in black tea is one of my favorite teas, and this one is really wonderful.

Floral and lovely. It has a delicate flavor. The rose does not over power the tea. Just the perfect balance. Beautiful rose buds are in the tea.

I love this tea, this site has introduced me to floral teas and they ve been a joy to my tea collection ever since. I hope to keep this in my house regularly now.

This tea looks and smells beautiful. The rose doesn't come out quite as strongly as I would like, but I still enjoy it a lot.

Every single time I tried brewing this, it ended up a bit bitter, but it had enough sweetness to it to remain drinkable. I do like it, but maybe it shouldn t be brewed for too long? However, as an iced tea, it is perfect and great with Stevia!

I am a huge fan of rose-flavor and this tea really delivers that. It's not too overbearing, but those who aren't a fan of rose would probably disagree.

Nice rose. I prefer it iced, just feels more summery.

Smells like roses. Reminds me of a funeral. I still drink it. I like to mix a tiny bit into other teas.

I adore rose flavored or scented anything, so this tea quickly became a favorite of mine. It smells and tastes delicious. I'd love if adagio also made a green or white tea with their rose flavor, because it's excellent. I drink this with milk and sugar, as I'm very sensitive to the tannins in black tea in general. I've found this tastes great blended with earl grey moonlight, another one of my favorite teas. It's great iced as well. However, the rose flavor and aroma are quite strong, so if you aren't a fan of floral teas or rose, it's unlikely you'll enjoy this tea.

I usually don't reach for floral teas. I was skeptical to try this one because I thought I wouldn't like it, but after one sip I proved myself wrong. The floral level is perfect. It's not like drinking rose perfume, artificial and overpowering. It's more like spraying your face with refreshing rose water but in tea form. If you don't usually drink flower type teas and want to try, I recommend starting with summer rose.

Much stronger flavor and aroma than I've experienced with other rose teas. And the flavoring tastes synthetic to me.

I turned out to be mildly allergic to this tea because I have a mild floral allergy, but I still drank all of it because it was warm and delicious. Great for summer.

This is one of my favorite teas. I really love the rose flavor.

This is a good tea, but I don't think floral teas are really my thing. I prefer teas that have an earthier flavor. If you love the smell of roses, you'll probably like this tea.

I love the combo of rose and black tea here, super nice

A bit too, dare I say, floral for my tastes. I mixed a bit of berry blend in and that suited my tastes better.

Very strong rose scent, does not come across as strongly in flavor. I'd love to see a 'rose' in a green or white tea. The strength of the aromatics tip this over into 'good' for me and definitely a tea I will purchase again.

I want to love this, the scent is beautiful, but every time I brew a cup, it's just ok.

Strong sweet-rose smell, you should love the rose smell and test or you not gonna like it

This tea was lovely and light. The scent was definitely roses, and while it tasted of roses, too, it wasn't overpowering, which often happens with floral teas. I'm willing to bet it'll be even better iced.

This is a good tea. Rose teas will never be my favorites but I enjoy them for a change of pace. This is a good one.

Just a beautiful smell and light taste that goes well with the black tea.

Definitely not my first pick. The rose flavor was overwhelmed by the black tea and I think it would be better as a white or herbal tea.

This tea has a lovely soft rose flavor and scent that I find just perfect for a summer tea. Really I think I could drink this tea all year!

Can t get past the smell. Get hit in the nose with the very strong aroma of a dozen roses, and not in a good way. Though I would love it, but actually it is the worst! Sorry!

Bold, classic black tea. I do wish there was more rose flavor, there really isn't that much. I add my own rosehips to get the flavor where I want it.

A bit perfume-y for me. I am glad I tried it, but it just wasn't for me.

Smells amazing and the flavor can be a bit strong. Not sweet and very floral, should be good with milk/cream.

I'm trying to recreate a tea I once had, it call Persian Delight and had rose, cardamon and something else. I'm hoping that Summer rose will be a base for the flavors I'm looking for. I would liked it to be rosier.

I love rose flavor, but for once I might ask for a little less rose flavor. Perhaps the 'flavoring' element isn't as needed?

the taste was incredible! I steeped in water and then added the tea to warm milk for a morning pick me up. 10/10 recommend

This tea is really fragrant. When I smelled it out of the bag, it almost had a soapy aroma. The good news is that is doesn't taste as strong as it smells once you brew it, and I was pleasantly surprised by how mild it is. I still wish the rose flavor was a little toned down, but overall, this makes a nice cup of hot tea.

A delightful floral scent and taste. The tea itself was a bit bitter however so I cut it with some milk and a touch of sugar. It’s still a good tea but I don’t think I would have it by itself.

love this tea! very subtle on the rose to where it's not overpowering. relaxing and great for every day drinking. definitely makes me think of summer.

A bit chemical, a great base for iced tea. Pretty to look at! Also makes a very nice, not too-floral, hot tea.

Did not like this at all. Way too much rose flavoring. Ugh.

A powerful rose aroma, but a much weaker taste of it. Fairly bitter, so I like to add some sugar and milk.

I didn't care for this one. It had a tendency to be both too sweet and too bitter at the same time. The rose scent influenced the flavor in a negative way.
