Sweet and tart. This one gets bonus points for being caffinated.

This was a good tea, but maybe a little to subtle on the mango for me. The black tea shows up strong and malty without bitterness. I wish I had some of the mango powder others recommended. It would probably have taken this tea from average to outstanding.

The mango is pretty subtle but this is a great quality tea! Tastes especially good with a little honey and oat milk.

CommuniTEA packet: I cold brewed it overnight with a couple of chunks of rock sugar. The mango is subtle but definitely present in the finished tea. It is delicious and a nice pop of caffeine to start my day at work.

Absolutely amazing tea. I brewed at a lower temp because I prefer to make black tea that way. The peach flavor is subtle enough to dance with the oolong flavors instead of masking them. I will absolutely be ordering a full size of this one. It’s sweet, malt-y, and so smooth.

A straightforward mango tea. Subtle mango flavor that is brought out with a bit of sweetness.

I took others recommendations and iced my mango tea and added extra mango flavor with the mango powder under Selefina. Great iced tea!

Apt 24: yep, still nice, a little bitter, not very mango-y (I don’t love it like the apricot tea) but pleasant

liked it! I have other adagio fruit.black teas I really love more, but this was definitely a nice mango black tea.

This very nice black tea makes a great base for the mango flavor which really comes through. The black tea is tasty with no bitterness

2024: excellent! I brewed this packet perfectly! I love the mango flavor.

2023: I nice cup of tea. The black tea may have been a tad strong. I enjoyed this one iced.

This is a tea I prefer iced. The mango flavor is light but pleasant. It is an all around, decent black tea with no bitterness. Better sweetened to coax out the fruit flavor.

This blend is a fruity infusion that is both refreshing and satisfying. The aroma of this blend is intoxicating, with a sweet and juicy mango scent that fills the air. The flavor is as delightful, with a smooth and rich black tea base that complements the tangy and exotic mango notes. The marigold flowers add a touch of color and a hint of honey to the brew, making it even more delightful.

Though I don't really catch a mango flavor, the taste is still pleasant and light. It is a great tea to have in frigid weather to make you daydream of warmer, far off places!

Better than expected: smooth taste w/lingering of mango flavor w/every sip. Have enjoyed it hot w/my morning readings. I imagine it's just as delicious cold but have finished every hot cup before it even gets to warm. I'll be ordering more when I finish this pak

had a juicy, soft mango flavor. i expected it to be meh hot like some other fruit teas, but it surprised me!

This, like most of their black teas with whatever fruit flavoring, is just okay. The Mango flavor is a bit chemical tasting and overwhelms the tea

Really good- one of my husband’s favorites for iced tea.

CommuniTEA portion: 195 for 3 minutes. Nice black tea with hints of mango. The aroma is quite nice but mango flavor just doesn't cut it in the US so this one is just okay with me. Might try a bit of sweetener next time around even though that isn't usually my thing.

On opening the CT packet there was a general fruit aroma. After steeping using 195F water x 2.5 min and adding ~1/2 tsp simple syrup, it still tasted like a general fruit flavor, but not mango. At least there was no astringency.

This tea has a nice mango flavor but I do wish it was stronger. I had mine hot but I'm sure it would have been great cold as well.

Very fruity and nice but I don’t know that it tasted like a mango…still, was good and improved as it cooled off.

I love Mango, but this one had an odd aftertaste. Maybe an artificial flavor? I sampled this tea as part of the CommuniTEA August Box. Still good though.

This is such a smooth and delicious tea! The aroma is very fragrant and the mango flavor comes through really well. It has a bit of a candy apple, floral finish to it that I just love with Adagio's mango teas.

This tea has a delightfully sweet smell and a taste that is much milder and more subtle, but still present. I drank it plain (without milk or sweetener), but a splash of vanilla milk would probably make it taste like a light dessert. :)

I enjoyed the sweet and floral scent of this tea but the flavor, while fruity, wasn’t obviously mango-y to me. The taste also was a bit floral which is not what I’m looking for in a fruit tea and that is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, I liked this tea and it was especially good iced.

UPDATED from 8/28/21: This is a delicious black tea that happens to have a subtle mango flavor. For those herbal tea drinkers, this is NOT a fruity summer tea, it is a black tea. Maybe it should be called Black Tea with Mango, so people don't get their hopes up. With that said, it smells wonderful as the bag opens, and the color once steeped ( at a slightly lower temp) is lovely. At first it is hard to discern the flavors, so adding 1/2 teaspoon stevia (to 13 oz of tea) and heavy whipping cream helps the mango flavor become bolder. It is really enjoyable to drink hot. The second time is just as good, after adding sweetener and cream, let it cool down, and pour over ice. Delicious! Really wish this was caffeine free, because it is a great tea to drink! (3 mins @ 200ºF + sweetener and cream).

It was nice... the packet smelled like Juicy Fruit and the tea was pleasant, just with a sort of indistinguishable fruity flavour. Caveat: I am not a mango-eater so I don't really know what I should be tasting. It was a fine tea, just nothing that stands out to me or would make me want to go out and get more. Steeped 2.5 min @ 200º.

I enjoyed Mango, brewed then Iced, in this round of CommuniTEA. I find it smooth and delish!! I would have loved to have added frozen mango in it.. had I had it on hand! This Mango tea is wondrous hot, too...with Selefina Mango Powder too, (which I am a huge fan of as an additive to fruity teas!!)...Mango is a very good flavored black tea..But not my absolute fav nor do I always need it in my tea stash, but to have this tea sometimes, OR in a blend...BIG YES!

I’m not the world’s biggest mango fan. I can have a couple pieces when my husband cuts one for himself and that’s plenty for me. Such, it would seem, is the case with this tea. A few sips, maybe even a cup is plenty. Though not as candy-like in aroma as its decaf counterpart, this fully caffeinated black mango tea yields a generically fruity flavor that leans toward chewing or bubble gum. The fruitiness almost feels heavy-handed - not overdone per se as the Ceylon base still provides a nice astringent balance - but maybe adding a touch of honey was misguided. In addition to the fruity sweetness, there’s a subtle musty note that I remember noticing in Adagio’s mango mate. Perhaps it comes through when the mango flavoring is paired with high doses of caffeine? Regardless, the result is a cup that I don’t feel the need to repeat. It may be that mango is a flavor that works better on bases less likely to lean toward bitter that don’t need sweetening. (~3 minutes @ 212°F)

This is a delightful tea. It's sweet and juicy with a fullness of fruity flavor perfectly balanced by the depth of Ceylon leaves. Like all Adagio mango teas, this one does have a fragrant, floral undertone noted at the top of the palate, but the cup remains fruity overall with a brisk aftertaste. This is delightful iced, and pairs well with just about everything, but I recommend white chocolate and strawberry...

I am OBSESSED with this Mango tea. It is one of the only teas that I drink as-is, all alone, without mixing it with other flavors. On occasion, I may mix it with Peach, which is another fab combo, but for the most part, I drink my Mango straight up or with a touch of sweetener. No matter what, if you are going to pick a new flavor to try and you haven't had Mango, you will LOVE it.

I bought a 3 ounce bag to try it out. The first time tried it, I wasn't impressed at all. The mango is strong, but it has this sort of artificial 'medicine' taste to it. So, the bag sat for many months. Then, on a recent hot day, I decided to make some iced tea with it since it's fruity and the result was the same... MEH! I poured the tea in the sink.

Honestly, I literally just threw the rest of the bag (and my money) down the garage chute as opposed to torturing myself any further. Just AWFUL! I'm surprised at some of the high ratings for this tea, but as they say... 'to each their own'.
