This was a freebie, and it's a very nice lemon tea. There's no tartness, just a general citrusy feel, and the petals add a floral aroma. Not a tea I'll drink all the time, but it's cheery and pleasant.
Brisk Ceylon tea with fresh lemon. Bright and sweet like Meyer lemons, with a crisp mouthfeel and refreshing finish.

This was a freebie, and it's a very nice lemon tea. There's no tartness, just a general citrusy feel, and the petals add a floral aroma. Not a tea I'll drink all the time, but it's cheery and pleasant.
It's a darker tea that I feel needed a bit more to it, but being on it's own is still good.
Tastes fantastic on its own, lemon flavor come through nicely.
I normally drink chai, but wanted something a little different with strong lemon flavor. This was exactly what I was looking for. Brewed and added a tsp of honey, wonderful flavor.
LOVE LOVE LOVE lemon soleil. It's light and dry and perfect with either sugar or honey.
I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I like fresh lemon juice in my tea now and then, so I was skeptical about lemon flavoring doing the tea justice. It's fresh in aroma and flavor, but not tart. Indeed, it's more like Meyer lemon, with that barest hint of clementine in the background. It drinks incredibly light and smooth. And there seems to be a hint of vanilla or cream present without vanilla or cream flavoring thrown in--more like in its smoothness than its taste. Yep, I've been won over. Congrats once again, Adagio.
A very delicious tea, this one has a distinct taste, probably from the lemon
This tea is bright, light, and is beautifully juxtaposed to a sunny morning and/or afternoon, particularly after already having a daily cup of a more traditional tea.
It is a light and friendly flavor. Not over whelming or powerfully scented. Simple and friendly.
It does have that lemon flavor for sure but to me it's like eating the pith of the lemon. On it's own with no sugar it's very sour to me and not that sweet lemon flavor. I had to add sugar.
Being in theater, I wanted something I could sip between scenes that wouldn't affect my voice. What I like to do is drink hot water with lemon and honey. This, with a good blob of honey, is very tasty and not too strong.
A little lacking in the lemon department, but not terrible.
The smell upon opening the bag was strongly of the black tea, but not enough lemon. That remained true during brewing. This is a fine, strong black tea, but not with enough lemon for me. Still, that may do for some looking for a gentler lemon flavor.
A really nice lemon loose leaf tea. Great with cream and sugar.
Not my favorite but still a good tea. The lemon flavor is more subtle than you would think but it doesn't taste artificial, which is a grand thing. A nice black tea, I particularly like it in the mornings.
Herbal tea, good, lemon isn't over whelming, actually tastes great with a wedge of lemon in it.
The lemon flavor was fairly weak, when the reviews lead me to believe it would be great. It was good, but not mind blowing.
I've gotten really bitter notes every time I've brewed this so far, even at lower temps. wouldn't buy it again.
For me, a good sign of lemon flavored drinks is that it doesn't have that horribly fake lemon taste that some bottled ice teas have. This tea is not tart, but just has a nice and mellow lemon flavor/scent that accents the already citrus-y ceylon. When I added sugar halfway through the cup, it just brought out a sweeter lemon kick, but really didn't add much for my tastes. I'm disappointed that this one isn't available to create blends, because it would be nice to have a non-rooibos lemon flavor to use.
Refreshing. Great iced or hot. Subtle flavors. Love it.
nice, bright, and fresh! I love citrus-y teas a lot already, but this is one of the best I've tried :)
This one tastes alright. Not really a strong lemon flavor like I was hoping and the smell is kind of off-putting.
Another delicious black flavored tea. This is nice for a breakfast or afternoon tea. A clean, lemon taste.
A lemon flavor that will appeal the heral tea fan.
This was one of the weakest teas I have tasted yet. It smells like lemon candy and it's flavor barely comes through as lemony. If I feel like blending it, I will buy more.
The initial smell in the bag was not my favorite, but luckily it brews up much better than it initially smells. Tangy, fresh, and sweet... This is a yummy lemon tea :)
Oh my god this tea is so awesome! It smells super tart and over the top in the bag, but after it's steeped it's perfect. It's my current favorite tea! I steep it at 4 minutes and put a little sugar in it and it's just quiet and mellow with a perky, lemony finish. It's very lemon-tasting without tasting tart. I highly recommend this tea.
This is one of my favorite everyday, all the time teas. It is good dressed up or black or somewhere in-between. I drink it all of the time. I finally broke down and got the 16oz bag because I drink so much of it. :-)
Lemon flavor wasnt as strong as i would like. The tea was pretty good but i probably wouldn't get it again.
A nice twist on traditional lemon tea. Definitely one of my new favorites! Very refreshing without being overpowering.
Lemon taste was barely there, was hoping for more. Will continue to look for something more with more lemon taste to it.
Great lemon flavor. Its subtle and mixes awesome with the cream tea!
I really couldn't taste much of the lemon, but maybe that's just me and my unrefined taste buds. Lemon usually isn't a flavor I enjoy anyway, but figured I'd give this a try. I wouldn't discourage you if you wanted to try it, it might just be me.
This is my absolute favorite Adagio tea. I'm a sucker for citrus. I like to steep this long so it's extra dark, and lemon balances out whatever bitterness may be there from over-steeping.
I am in love w this tea. Amazing and refreshing both hot and iced. Everyone will love this black tea!!
This is my go-to tea. The lemon flavor is very mild and I love mixing it with a dollop of local honey. The flavor is wonderful and even my non-tea drinking wife likes it!
Very disappointed - tasted like lemon dishwater. And I bought a large package.
The lemon flavor is barely detectable compared to that of the tea leaves, but in my opinion that's perfect. Much more might be overpowering.
Not really a huge fan, although I was sure I'd like it.
This tea smells deceitfully of very floral raw honey with a delicate trace of lemon once brewed. As far as taste and texture goes, it is mild and smooth. Although I have not yet tried it this way, I suspect this would make an excellent sweetened iced brew with actual lemon slices in it.
I so wish I never ordered this tea! My description of it would be it tastes like lemon cleaning supplies. My daughter described it as lemon cough drops :(
reminds me strongly of boxed lemon tea in hong kong
This wasn't awful. It wasn't great either. I rather stick to my tea with fresh lemon.
this tea is growing on me the more i drink of it the better i like it
This is a rather light tea. The lemon flavor wasn't as strong as I thought it would be but it still had a good energizing taste.
I love the little zip of lemon in the tea! Great morning pick me up.
It's nicer than the rooibos lemon cloud, but still not the greatest (at least not on its own - it does blend well with fruity flavors.) There's a bit of an artificial taste to it that tinges the cup, and also a bit of an aftertaste that is again mildly artificial (which is odd, given that this is 'natural lemon flavor,' but...yeah, there's a distinctly, slightly off taste to it, at least when brewed on its own.) I haven't tried it iced or with sweetener, though, and might see if doing either improves the flavor.
Great hot but...
AMAZING cold, I tried this tea and instantly said to myself... 'What if... Iced!' and I'm glad i tried that, it served me well this last summer, having gone through 2 3oz. bags.
Really lovely lemon tea. Makes a really nice ice tea also.
This was a very nice tea. It was not overpowering and did not require much if any sweetening.
