This is a refreshing cold brew iced tea for those hot summer days

3 min steep · 212°F

★★★☆☆

I was expecting more ginger and or peach flavor, but the black tea flavor was a little over powering.

★★★★★

Black tea, ginger and peach. JUST WOW an amazing and delicious blend that makes me feel content. Well played.

★★★★☆

I love ginger peach tea because it is so soothing and mild. I have a weakness for peaches anyway. Nothing like a hot cup of ginger peach tea in the morning.

★★★★★

This is the tea I enjoy in the afternoon before I go to work. I seep it all night in cold water like Iced tea, so you won't find my minutes and temperatures on it, but I put it in a mesh bag and let the water do its thing. I know it's not an iced tea, but to me, it's exceptional cold.

This would have had 5 stars if I tasted any ginger. I only got peach coming through, which was tasty.

Zingy and sweet! I love this tea in the late summer and early fall

Fantastic tea—this is one of my holy grail teas that I always find myself reaching for. This is great for A recharge at work.

★★★★★

Great flavor. I enjoy peach but the extra kick of ginger makes it over the top. Will definitely buy again

★★★★☆

It's a very nice peach tea, but I wish there was more of a ginger flavor. I'll experiment a bit with adding ginger to see if I can bring it out more.

Tasty tea. The ginger flavor was more pronounced than the peach. Works well hot or iced. Good to have (iced) on a hot summer day.

I'm not a fan of peach, but it is nice and subtle in this tea to enjoy with the zing of ginger. This is a nice combination tea

★★★★☆

Amazing pick me up tea if you get it right - easy to oversteep though, and it's quickly bitter if you do.

★★★★★

This tea is really good! The ginger is very strong in this, which I was hoping for since I love ginger! The peach flavor comes through at the end of each sip. Great blend!

This was perfect prepared as iced! After brewing, I poured it over ice cubes and served it with a thin slice of peach as garnish!

★★★★☆

I was afraid the ginger would be overwhelming, but it's not. You can defiantly taste peach. Delicious iced.

★★★★★

I absolutely love this blend; it's one that I will be purchasing more of in the future. This tastes amazing iced with some lemonade mixed in with it; and with the high caffeine content this makes an excellent substitute for soda. Highly recommend!

★★☆☆☆

I love the peach tea and I love ginger tea...but there was just something different about this and the flavor wasn't what I was expecting and hasn't been making me want to revisit it other than to avoid wasting what I bought.

Update: Got this for making unsweetened iced tea because my partner loves peach. I thought the ginger would be a great addition because we love ginger. After sitting in the fridge a couple days, the ginger flavor was barely noticeable. I prefer Peach Serenity for an unsweetened iced tea.

What a reliable good flavor summertime tea. perfect

★★★★★

I absolutely live this tea. Peach is one point and the ginger is there but in a perfect world it'd be spicy w/ ginger.

★★★★☆

I enjoyed today’s tea. The peach was refreshing and the ginger did not overpower the peach.

The ginger was a bit too strong for me. Maybe if you like ginger, you might like this one

★★★★☆

I love ginger and peach flavors together. My packet was well balanced so I didn’t add anything. If you want to bring the peach forward more, just add some sweetener. I steeped my cup at lower temp and time so the Ceylon wouldn’t get too bitter. I drank the first half hot, and the second iced, both were pretty good. (190° for 2.5 minutes)

CommuniTEA 6/20/22: I overbrewed my tea, but besides being too bitter, it was good.
210 for over 3 minutes (don't do that next time!)

Ginger peach. It sounds like it would be a relatively simple tea, and yet, to me, it proved to be a bit of an enigma, albeit a tasty one. The dry leaves smelled of ginger and peach, but brewed, the predominant taste was bitterness both from the black tea and the ginger. I tried adding a little honey to help bring out the peach but only as the tea cooled did the peach become noticeable in taste. I really wanted to love this tea, but throughout the drinking experience, I kept thinking something about the flavors was out of balance, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Still, it was a pleasant enough cup, and I can see how it would be very nice iced.

UPDATE 6/20/22 - It's worth noting that the peach comes through more clearly if the tea is cold-steeped.

The scents of peach and ginger were stronger than their taste. For my second cup, I added some Thai ginger powder and a few rock sugar crystals. Finally, I could taste ginger. To me, this tea is better iced, than hot.

This is a great tea. I ice my tea and put Little Rock sugar. You can taste peach.

CommuniTea Packet: I didn't get much ginger. The peach smell and taste were very strong.

This was really good. The peach and ginger blend so nicely together. I sweetened with a little raw sugar. I think this would be great iced too!

Very flavorful tea. Brewed at a lower temp based on some other reviews and was nice and smooth. Tasted all flavors in the sample

The ginger in this overpowered the peach, but adding a little blue agave helped to tone it down and even it out to give the peach a chance. Light on the apricot, but it is noticeable, especially as it cooled more.

Made it wrong, did 212 and it turned out pretty bitter. Did split up the tea into hot and cold, the hot was vaguely peachy, a little too bitter, and the ginger came through at the end. Then the iced tea was WHAM direct punch of peach flavor that just petered out with too much bitter. Next time i'll try 195 F temp...

★★★★★

A good balance of ginger and peach make a black tea that is good either hot or cold.

While I didn't notice the peach flavor on its own, the peach and ginger blended beautifully with a bit of honey!

An interesting tea... I steeped for 3 minutes at 200, and it was very strong, but not bitter. Although I usually drink my tea black, I added some honey to try to overcome the strong flavor. A splash of milk mellowed it out and brought it closer to my preferred cup. I love the concept of the tea, so I'll probably try steeping again for just 2 minutes next time.

Peachy, slightly bitter with a touch of ginger. I liked it well enough, a good candidate for a nice black iced tea, next time I will have to try that out!

Posting this to test out. But this tea is quite nice- reminds me of summer in a bottle! Great with a pastry and made as a sweet tea.

really good with some honey and milk! the honey works really well in keeping the ginger from getting too overpowering and the peach adds a really welcome fruitiness!

The scent from my communiTEA sample was sweet peaches and ginger. But once brewed, I taste lots of ginger and bitter tea. I brewed at 190F for 2 minutes.

My communiTEA packet was sadly missing the peach. This was still a very good slightly spicy warming ginger tea, but I would have loved to also have the peach flavor. I'm guessing that a larger sample size would have had everything included. I will probably get a sample size and retry it. I can always peach it up if need be!

I like this tea cold brewed because it’s so flavorful. The peach is subtle and the ginger is out front, yet still natural tasting. I liked this one more than I thought I would.

This is really fun when you cold brew with some fresh peaches. If you brew hot, less brew time is better to avoid bitterness.

I smelled the ginger a bit when I first opened my packet but I can't seem to find it at all now that it's brewed. The main flavors I get are apricot with a hint of peach, so this was good but a bit disappointing given its name.

Something about this blend tasted... almost chalky? I've noticed this funky taste in some other ginger-heavy Adagio blends. Not my favorite.

Update: I cold brewed my communiTEA portion since I was not a fan of this tea brewed hot. The cold brew was a winner! Black tea flavors came through mellow, followed by juicy peach with a subtle ginger tingle. I would consider buying this one again this summer, but strictly for iced tea.

CommuniTEA portion: There wasn't much ginger or peach present in my cup. I mostly just tasted black tea. Would like another go-round - possible iced next time?

There were wonderful peach aromas wafting out of my packet. But once brewed, the peach and ginger flavors were hard to find. I could have used more of each.

Update 6/20/22 Boy, have I learned a few things since my previous review. First, never boil water to 212 when you have a black tea. Second, I have learned that I really like the Adagio peach teas. So I have purchased this and tried it again today with CommuniTea. I still prefer it hot over iced, but it is good both ways. The ginger is subtle and really compliments the peach.

Tried this one with CommuniTea . It smelled more peachy than ginger out of the packet. I brewed at the recommended 212 for 3 mins. Although it wasn't bitter when hot , I didn't much flavor at all. Once the tea was cooled to almost room temp, I could taste the ginger and peach. I probably should have iced it, but I enjoyed it at room temperature. I would like to give this tea another chance, I think with tweaking, it can be an enjoyable cup.

This has good peach flavor. The ginger is more subtle. It brewed a little bitter, though.

Very good black tea, with the apricot and peach flavors playing off each other nicely. The ginger gives an added bite that was unexpected, but not unpleasant. As the cup cooled I felt the ginger became more prevalent, and added a bit of extra sweetener to bring back some more of the fruit flavor. Nice blend.
