Love it!!! Reading the reviews I thought this tea was going to be overly ginger forward, but it was pleasantly so. This te was very balanced. As it cooled the flavor of peach became more prominent.
The soft warmth of ginger, sweet depth of summer ripe peaches and apricots, paired with citrusy Ceylon black tea.

Love it!!! Reading the reviews I thought this tea was going to be overly ginger forward, but it was pleasantly so. This te was very balanced. As it cooled the flavor of peach became more prominent.
While this smelled peachy in the packet the fruitiness did not appear in my cup. I even added rock sugar. I can make out a bit of peach/ginger.
Update 24: still very nice, still 3 of my fave things together. If you want an impressively peachy tea I’d say the cobbler one is amazing but I really liked this blend.I’m a black tea person
peaches ( my favorite fruit), ginger, black tea (I tend to favor the caffeinated), what's not to like. I agree that there isn't a strong 'ginger' taste per se, it's more like 'something nice that makes the peach more than just peach' and the ceylon keeps it from being too sweet or bland. (though I recommend a little sweetener to bring out the flavors)
Ginger peach was the blend that made me join CommuniTEA as I first tried it as a sample of the September box. I was hook by both this blend and CommuniTEA :). This blend has a warm and fruity aroma and a smooth and zesty taste. The Ceylon base gives this blend a bright and refreshing flavor, while the ginger add a touch of heat and spice to this blend, creating a fiery balance of flavors. The peach, apricot and marigold flowers add a touch of sweetness to the blend.
This was a good tea, but my portion didn't have a lot of ginger taste. I would get it again and add ginger.
Update: While I didn't add more ginger this portion had a much nicer ginger flavor. It rivals Republic of Tea's ginger peach.
Not really what I expected it to taste like, I guess the black tea flavor ruined it
Absolutely LOVE this tea! it's a favorite in our house! We brew it hot but have also made it into an iced tea as well.
Ginger peach has become my favorite tea this winter. Smells wonderful and warms me from the inside out on these cold, frosty days.
Just OK for me, but I think people who really enjoy black tea will like this one. I think black tea is just not for me. The peach and ginger flavors are great.
Of all the various tea flavors out there, peach and ginger (separately) are two of my favorites. So I saw this blend and thought I'd try it thinking I might get the best of both worlds. While it doesn't smell all that enticing from the open bag, once brewed the aroma and taste are exactly as expected. I've had other peach/ginger herbal blends before, but not with black tea. The flavors help balance out the bitterness of the black tea but I still knocked it one star. It's good as a morning tea to wake you up and get your day started.
Great peach flavor, but needed extra ginger root for my taste. Without the addition the tea is very peach forward with a little ginger sting at the back.
Perfectly balanced blend of black tea and ginger! Everyone loves it never would have thought it could be so balanced
It’s a good tea if there was more ginger it would be better
I wanted so badly to love this one because peach and ginger are two of my favorite flavors. Unfortunately the flavor in this tea just didn't pop for me. To me this was an unflavored black tea. There was absolutely no peach flavor and only the faintest suggestion of ginger in the after taist. I attempted a cuple different temperatures, steep times and aditives and the only change I could pick up on was the degree of bitterness.
This tea is delicious. This tea also tasted great as iced tea!
An enjoyable tea. No additives necessary.
Love this tea... I was delighted with the fruitiness of the tea - which was brought out with a tip of honey. Mmmm.
This tasted neither of ginger, nor peach to me. It was ok. I think I'm learning that I don't care for flavored black teas very much. This is a relative recent realization for me as I thought I preferred them. Turns out, I prefer plain black teas (and EG) over the flavored ones.
It's ok. Not a fan of typical black tea. Nice combination of peach and ginger. Ginger was not too overpowering.
Sipped this at work today with our mascot Susan, didn't really have time to taste it the way I should, I thought it was ok, enough peach to mellow out the ginger, not one I would reach for everyday, but wouldn't turn it down either.
2023: My opinion hasn’t changed. Updating only to add that this showed in communiTEA again on what is considered “Batman Day” so it’s curious that I mentioned Batman in the original review. 😅
2021: Today’s CommuniTEA chat revealed that not all packets are created equal: some held far more peach, others far more ginger, and a few members noted a peculiar bitterness. Hm. The portion I received, enough for my usual 10oz water, smelled strongly of ginger alone. This dissipated somewhat while steeping at 195F (to help stave off potential bitterness with black teas) for 3min (careful not to oversteep). I love black teas but let me tell you, this tea was nearly the color black. A tiny teaspoon taste and phew, holy tannins, Batman! This was incredibly bitter. I added a LOT of rock sugar but this seemed to make no dent in its murky armor. If I were to try again I’d add more water or perhaps try cold brewing, but life is short and there are other teas. No peach or apricot hints at all, ginger lingered on my tongue an hour later. Bizarre.
I have had this combination before but Adagio's is so nicely balanced. Loads of good ginger but not overpowering.
I really enjoyed this tea. Ginger usually isn't my thing, but I enjoyed this combination. Neither flavor was overpowering. Yum!
A nice strong bold black tea... but the name left me wanting... wanting more peach, definitely lacking in peach pop. also lacking in ginger, for the title...
I love peach, not so much ginger, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I loved this tea. Now, I didn’t taste much ginger so maybe that is why it’s a win for me. Seeing as it was a CommuniTEA packet maybe I didn’t get very many ginger parts. I may have to order a bigger sample.
I prefer peach tea without the ginger but the ginger wasn't too overpowering.
This tea is a lovely blend of ginger and peach flavors! There is a bit astringency, but it wasn't too bitter since I only steeped it for about 2 minutes.
6/5 this shit is INSANE!!! i used to drink a ginger peach herbal tea in college and this made me so nostalgic for that. i have no idea how long i steeped it for
This one has a very strong peach taste. I really don't even notice the ginger.
While peach teas are generally middle of the road for me, this one wasn't overwhelmingly peachy. It was a really nice touch. The ginger was faint, but does compliment it well.
From reading other reviews, it looks like there's a wide variety in the packets from some being very gingery and some having no ginger at all. Mine seemed perfectly balanced.
Very slight astringency, but not off-putting.
3 min @212 with stevia
If you like peach flavored teas, you will enjoy this one. Peach is just not my thing. I was hoping for a stronger ginger flavor in the blend, but what ginger is there makes the peach less sweet—tastes more like the fruit—which I appreciate. No bitterness. Some astringency.
Fragrant peach aroma. 3 min @ 212 and the peach smell has dissipated and is just faint sweetness. The taste is mostly bitter and astringent with the peach coming out mildly in the aftertaste. Added a little sugar but still not peachy to me. I didn't detect any ginger in taste, smell, or bite.
These two flavors compliment each other well. I liked this tea and felt it was well balanced.
I like the ceylon tea with the peach flavoring and the ginger added just that little bit extra to make a nice flavorful drink
I love a good peach tea, but this one was more of a woe than a woo. The ginger completely took over the cup; the peach flavor was barely detectable. As the tea cooled down, the sweetness of the apricots began to emerge. However, it wasn't soon enough to change my mind about this ginger forward blend.
UPDATED from 6/20/22: There is a smell of fruit as the CommuniTEA packet opens. It steeps at a lower temp (to help forgo black tea bitterness) into a deep, clear amber color. The first sip is bitter! Wow - REALLY bitter! Adding ¼ teaspoon of sweetener (to 10 oz) and heavy whipping cream really helps calm the bitterness, as the apricot and peach flavors now come through more. As the tea cools, the fruits rise up, with just a slight astringency in the finish, where the ginger takes a small bite of the tongue. The apricot flavor makes this a much better black tea, so if you can add sweetener and cream this is the perfect ice tea for a summer day of warm sunshine. If you cannot add those additions, this is a bit too bitter to fully enjoy. (3 mins @ 200ºF + sweetener and cream).
Today’s tea has a delicious peach flavor with a hint of ginger. I really like it.
I took one sip and gave it to my hubby. I did not detect any ginger. I normally do not care for peach tea, and this was no exception. I like ginger so I thought perhaps that would make a difference. Nope! I had 3 grams in my packet and brewed it at 195 for three minutes. Sorry but my taste buds and peach flavoring do not get along.
Today's cup was delicious. The base tea had no bitterness, but had a nice flavor and a clean finish and was no longer overly astringent. The ginger flavor was tasty but not too spicy and a light peach flavor was balanced nicely with it.
4.5.2021 - The dry blend has an enticing peach aroma. After brewing the peach flavor is quite subtle though. Ginger then shines and dominates. The Ceylon tea used as this blend's base isn't my favorite, so I brewed it at 200°F for 3 minutes. It wasn't bitter, but is quite astringent on the finish.
It is as advertised. Loads of peach and ginger. As a no-peaches-ever person, this one was destined to be toward the bottom of my list. Peach lovers, however, will be thrilled. Steeped 3 min @ 200°.
This was pretty good! I over-steeped a bit, but the ginger was nice. I didn’t taste much peach but still loved this tea.
The spiciness of the ginger and the sweetness of the peach are perfectly balanced. This tea is a new favorite.
UPDATE 9/15/2023: I cold-brewed today’s tea overnight. It was a very nice and refreshing drink. There was plenty of peach flavor to it with ginger slightly behind it. In my opinion, you can’t have too much ginger, unless it overtakes other flavors. This blend is just right for me, and I like it cold-brewed much more than hot - therefore, the increase from 3 to 5 ⭐️.
Maybe my packet wasn’t enough to represent all the flavors but I didn’t taste the peach or the ginger, sadly. I brewed at 195 for 3 minutes. It had a bitter taste to it, which was probably the black tea. I wasn’t expecting that. I guess I will have to try it again some day.
September 16th 2023: 5️⃣🌟's ~ Brewed today's CommuniTEA packet, Ginger Peach, 3 mins at 212° and enjoyed, just straight up, no additives. I found this absolutely delectable! Very soothing & delicious. Imbibing this black tea whilst hot and no sweetening agent to pop flavors..this way, it is more ginger forward with peach enthusiastic--but, in the background. I may consider adding this tea to my stash, soon. I am coming around to like Ginger teas, more and more!
June 20th 2022 ~ 4 🌟 stars:
Brewed, then Iced today's CommuniTEA packet. ((Steeped 212° for 4 mins)) With a bit of rock crystal sugar..Peach comes forward but I don't get alotta Ginger. I'm ok with that fact-- as I don't need crazy amounts of ginger in tea, all the time. This is a Nice-Morning-Iced-brew for Summer. This would not be *my* Summer Peach choice..I am more of a Peach Oolong fan if I am gonna enjoy a caffeined Peach iced cup.
Update: Now that I have purchased the sample bag of this tea, it has a perfect combination of ginger and peach flavor, to my taste, with no bitterness at all. I used raw honey to sweeten it and I am upgrading from 4 to 5 stars!
Old review: I have always liked ginger peach tea from Panera (I think it was Republic of Tea?) with a healthy dose of raw sugar, but I haven’t had any in a long time. I was excited to try this Adagio blend. I found my packet had a strong ginger flavor as well as some bitterness and astringency from the Ceylon tea. The peach flavor was minimal except at the end of my cup, when it was cool. I liked the strong ginger and tea flavor. I added a little rock sugar.
I like this tea, the ginger and peach notes are mild, but nice flavor overall.
I made this into cold brewed iced tea and it is wonderful. Steeped 4 teaspoons in a quart of cold water in the fridge. It did need longer than overnight, but after a full day was flavorful.
It's okay! Weirdly I like their ginger tea and their peach tea better on their own than I like them blended together.
'Deliciously refreshing blend of ginger and peach. Perfect balance of flavors. A delightful tea experience. Highly recommended! 🍵🍑'
I cold brewed this and it was good, but I have to say I like the Peach Bellini better. The balance is about equal between tea, peach, and ginger with none of them dominating the others. If you are looking for ginger (but not too much) peach (but not too much) tea (but not too much) this is a good choice.
