One of my favorites I‘ve tried! Very refreshing, perfect in my tea lattes or blended tea lattes (to which I always add chocolate. :) )
Brisk Ceylon tea and savory summer berries create a cup with a comforting, sweet earthy aroma, deeply fruity flavor.

One of my favorites I‘ve tried! Very refreshing, perfect in my tea lattes or blended tea lattes (to which I always add chocolate. :) )
On its own its ok, However it works great as a mixer with white strawberry or white eternal spring. Followed the direction on the bag for steeping and came out great.
4/5 Forest Berries: A berry lover's dream! Vibrant and fruity, though a touch tart. Enjoyable hot or cold, it's a refreshing choice.
This one was not my favorite. In fact, it was kind of awful UNTIL I steeped it at a lower temperature, which countered some of the bitterness and astringency.
This is one of my favorite teas to enjoy in the afternoon after a long day. It's amazingly relaxing, with different flavors of berries that really lifts my mood. This tea is a staple in my pantry.
I can take or leave this one. I think there might be a blend I like that has this one in it, but by itself I’m not a big fan. I think it’s because I don’t like raspberries.
This tea was a mix - it wasn’t cough syrupy to me but also had no distinguishing fruit flavours either. Not bad but not a standout either.
CT 11/21/2023 200 for 3 min.
Gotta love a fruity black tea! Theyre the best! I didnt even mind the strawberry in this one!
This is a strong flavorful tea. I enjoyed it this morning to perk me up.
This one is a delicious blend of berry! I loved mine with added sweetner and cream to give it a berries and cream flavor.
I can definitely taste berries. There is something annoying about the taste of this tea for me though. I cannot put my finger on it. I drank half the cup.
A very nice, fruity black tea; a strong and delightful smell matched only by its fruity taste. would drink again
Not a huge fruit in black tea fan. However, this isn't to bad. Whatever proportions were used work well together and make this an enjoyable tea.
they weren't kidding, this taste very Berry LMAO i like it
While the taste was better than the smell I still don't really like this tea. I thought the smell/flavor was somewhat artificial. Maybe it would be better blended with something else. I know I've seen a few other mention with cream.
A tasty berry patch black tea, good with cream and sugar.
a very good blend of berries and black tea. perfect cold too
I brewed my sample of Forest Berries at a bit cooler temp for 15 minutes. Added cream and sugar and it was delightful. A new favorite.
It's berries! I was nervous about this tea being bitter, so I didn't seep it a second over 3 minutes. my water was 205*F. It was great. It did seem to beg for sweetener and milk. It made a tasty treat.
It's good, but it tastes just like strawberries. The other flavors are lost.
The sweet and tangy smell of berries was coming from my communiTEA packet this morning. Once brewed, the robust, full-bodied Ceylon provided bright, brisk flavor with a hint of citrus and chocolate notes that were an excellent base for the sweet, tart, juicy, berry flavor. It is a really good blend (3 mins @ 205°F).
Pleasant berry -like aroma from the dry tea leaves. I can see come raspberry leaves and a couple of the tiniest nips of raspberry/strawberry pieces. 2 min @ 165. The berryish smell has dissipated and I only smell black tea. The taste is bland, no berry (what do forest berries specifically taste like?). Not bitter or astringent, but not a tea for me.
A pleasant tasting black tea. It is perfect for when you want a fruity drink that is not an infusion.
The smell from the package was strong, but to me came across a bit on the fake candy side of mixed berry. I could see this as a nice summer iced tea. It is a very smooth tea with fairly strong fruit notes. As someone else said, this might be best in blends; the fruit flavor is very forward, but if that is what you want this might be for you.
A nice flavored black tea. I typically enjoy most anything with a Ceylon base. Smelled pleasantly fruity when I opened the package. Not bitter at all.
11.21.2023 Today's communiTEA sample was delicious! Lightly fruity in aroma and taste. The black tea was flavorful and rich without bitterness and had just a touch of astringency. So much better than the last time I tried it. I would drink this often.
5.10.2021 Nice fruity aroma and light berry taste. The base tea is a little too astringent for me though.
Nice! I find the fruit flavors in teas often get overwhelmed or lost, but here's a black tea where the fruit flavors actually come through and shine. If you want a genuinely fruity black tea, this is it.
The sweet earthy taste of this Forest Berry it is definitely one of my faves all the right flavors for warm day or even a cold day like today it's rainy and cold and I'm enjoying my Forest berries this tea is divine
A very berryrific cup! This blend is quite flavorful & great on its own--but, probably best enjoyed in blends! To enjoy this as a stand alone..ya gotta *really* like berry notes as its big ol' berry PA-POW! 💥 But yeah, in my opinion, this tea really shines as a supporting role in blends! It creates an ethereal fairy forest cuppa...with other teas, manifesting a layered landscape of taste note wonders. 💚🫐🍓🍵🫖💚
11/21/23 Tried this again. Not as bad as I remember. Fruity flavor. Not something I would drink daily, but I would drink it if offered.
5/25/23 This is not a tea for me. I tasted a sour fruit that I didn't like. I tried brewing it a second time for less time and tasted the same flavors. Not something I will buy again.
not for me - kind of muted general berry flavor that ended up making the tea kind of medicinal.
UPDATED from 9/10/21: It smells like a berry patch in the CommuniTEA packet. It steeps (at a lower temp to avoid bitterness) into a robust deep amber, however the bitterness from the raspberry leaves and black tea are all I can taste. Interestingly, adding ¼ teaspoon of sweetener (to only 10 oz) and a drop of heavy whipping cream helps the berries step forward into the sun. The bitter astringency is now in the shade and lingers quietly into the finish. (3mins @ 200ºF + sweetener and cream).
I brewed this for only two minutes as suggested by many. I got a pleasant berry taste. I will be trying this tea cold brewed the next time as I think that will bring out the berry flavor even more.
Tried to keep an open mind on this one since I read so many negative reviews, I, in fact, agree with the reviews, it tastes like cough medicine, there were no berries in my mix, it gets 3 stars for not being bitter or having hibiscus
Pretty decent tea, but not my favourite berry-flavoured tea from Adagio. Berry Blues and Berry Creme Compote still blow this out of the water. This one is a little more tart than berry-flavoured. It's not excessive, but maybe not the ideal balance. Steeped 3 min @ 195ª.
Without a bit of sweetener, this would have been a 3 star tea for me. The berry flavor is there, but raspberry seems to be the dominant flavor. I have tried this in blends and did not care for it, but on its own, it makes a decent iced tea.
This has become one of my favorite tea. I have been using it in some of my blends. I had tried several blends with it and decided it was time to try it without any other teas. That was one of my best decisions.
This tea has a nice full flavor, but the berry flavors are not that pronounced. I prefer the single flavor berry teas to this one.
I love fruity black teas and this one is no exception. It's great as is, but amazing with cube of sugar or a splash of honey.
In the realm of rich flavors, there lies a delight,
A tea that brings harmony, morning to night,
Forest Berries, a blend, crafted with care,
By Adagio's hands, a masterpiece to share.
As the aroma enlivens, a dusky forest breeze,
Notes of berries entwine, eager to please,
The fragrance intoxicating, like a sweet woodland dream,
With every sip, a tale of nature's purest theme.
Upon my eager tongue, a symphony unfolds,
An orchestra of taste, a story yet untold,
Starry strawberries dance, in a vibrant spectacle,
Raspberries harmonize, their sweetness impeccable.
Blackberry's gentle embrace, a sensuous affair,
Blueberries burst, their tangy essence to share,
Each sip, a journey, through nature's vast treasure,
Invigorating my senses, with each flavorful measure.
In velvety depths, I find solace and peace,
A cup of calm enchantment, a sweet release,
Forest Berries tea, a potion of bliss,
A poet's muse, a heavenly gift I won't dismiss.
Adagio, my heart sings your praises so true,
For crafting a blend that brings joy anew,
With Forest Berries tea, a delightful retreat,
I thank you for this wondrous, flavorous feat.
So, to all tea enthusiasts seeking delight,
Embrace Forest Berries, let your taste buds take flight,
Immerse in its splendor, a paradise untold,
And cherish the magic that each sip will unfold.
This made the most delightful iced tea! I cold brewed it overnight and added simple syrup in the morning - there is a lovely blend of berry flavours that are so balanced. A tiny bit of tartness, but overall a cozy sweetness.
This one has a stronger berry flavor than plain strawberry. It's tart with a raspberry flavor. It smells amazing and tastes really nice with a strong flavor. It needs sweetening though or else it is too bitter. I sweetened with some honey.
It's not nearly as sweet as the strawberry tea, and has a balanced, mellow herbal top note. Not one of the berry varieties overpowers the others, so it genuinely tastes like mixed berries. Strong, but not acidic, it's a smooth and balanced fruity tea, and great for people who don't usually like fruity teas.
I loved this tea, I got the sample since it was on sale. And I wish I got more. I loved the berry flavors. It was so delicious. I’m definitely going to reorder soon. And try it as an iced tea
This was really good, but I have to say that I love The berry Creme compote so much that I will be sticking with that one.
Excellent with a touch of honey. Got the tea bags and great for work. Excellent caffeine content to replace coffee
This a a great fruity tea without be sweet. Very well balanced. I liked adding it to the Pu-erh Hazelberry in the ratio of three parts Pu-erh to one part Forest Berry.
This was hands down the favorite at my recent tea tasting.
Nice! It's a little light on flavor. I saw others calling it a bit artificial, but personally, I don't think it's so. Nothing exceedingly special, but a solid black tea.
This tea is wonderful! Bursting with flavor and smells terrific. It is one of my favorites from this company.
