This is one of our favorite teas to drink in the morning. The currant flavor is just perfect not overwhelming or artificial tasting.

I only drink iced tea. This is a bit bitter, even when hardly steeped.

This is a very interesting flavored tea, i would say get a sample first.

Nice smell but not as strong in flavor. Enjoyed iced.

I really enjoy this one, though I seldom drink it by itself. It can be a bit much on its own; I blend it with the vanilla and both flavors really bring out the best of the other.

While it has a pleasant and not overpowering currant flavor, the tea itself seemed a bit empty.

Flavorful black current with a true fruit taste that is just excellent!

I have found this tea is a good mid-day sipping tea, a little sugar to inhance the flavor.

Good, not too much currant flavor. A little sweet, makes really nice iced tea.

A wonderful winter tea, great for quiet afternoons.

Absolutely love it... rich flavor... good for a fruity caffien jolt.

Too weak and subtle. Not enough flavor for my taste.

My husband and I used to drink Bigelow's Black Currant and were so disappointed when they stopped making it. We've had many brands and none were as good or even drinkable, until we got this one. It's a very good currant flavor.

Maybe my expectations were too high, because I like currants and currant flavor in general, but this tea is just 'ok'

Really good if you like flavored black teas. One of the best currants I've had.

A nice basic tea, if you like fruit flavored teas, current is one to try.

I enjoyed the sweet grape-like scent and flavor that currant offers. It wasn't my favorite tea, but it is good.

This is one of my favorite teas. I can't wait to get the largest size. I don't ever want to run out!

While the currant flavor was rather mild, overall it is an enjoyable, well rounded cup of tea. Pleasant, but not especially distinctive.

The Currant tea is one of my favorite flavored black teas from Adagio. The currant scent is not tart but not terribly sweet either. It is similar to the Twinings blackcurrant tea that I've had, but the currant scent isn't as strong in the Adagio tea. It complements the tea nicely, and gives it just a nice fruity touch without making it a floofy trendy tea. This seems to be the one I reach for most to go with breakfast.

Makes a great iced tea! The currant flavor is just right complements the tea well.

A tasty fruit tea, not as pungent as other currant teas on the market.

My favorite flavored tea--love the rich deep flavor. I add a little sugar to bring out the currant flavor.

This tea is nice and fruity, a little darker than 'Plum' but along the same lines. It's a little more cranberry tasting, which I love. I'd definitely purchase again.

Great smell and flavor. A very rich tea. A bit too strong for my taste, but perfect for a little added kick to your day.

This tea has a heaviness to it, almost a smokiness. I prefer a lighter currant flavor.

I was unsure of which type of surrant they are using (red or black) but the overall falvour was nice and sweet.

The currant flavor is not as strong as I would have liked. The sweet tartness that the fruit provides gets overridden by the almost malty flavor of the tea.

I think it smells of chewing tobacco. The currant flavor is also very artificial. I've tried currant tea from the grocery store in tea bags, and it was MUCH better.

I like this kind of tea, perfect for Fall time. I added dried cranberries to it during steeping for fun. And drink it alone is also wonderful.

This has a nice flavor. It is good alone, or even better mixed with vanilla, raspberry and cinnamon.

It's not my favorite but I definitely like it. It's a little on the sweet side or something.

I like this. I didn't like it as much as I hoped to, which was dissapointing, but it's a good tea. I was hoping I would like it plain, but it's a bit too bitter - milk and a little sugar cuts the edge perfectly. Good midmorning tea.

Very nice currant tea. I enjoy having it in the afternoon for a pick me up.

Not as strong a currant flavor as I'm used too. Smelled/tasted a little more berry-ish.

Has a more subtle flavor than most of the other flavored black teas I have tried and the base tea is very flavorful. This is a good tea for in the afternoon with lunch or mid afternoon as a pick me up. Also great over ice with a little honey.

Not a very good currant flavor. I've had better in the super market! That's why I was so sad about this tea. I wish they could get a better currant flavor like say Twinnings black currant. So far this has been the only adagio tea I didn't like.

i like this tea, can be hot or as iced, has full, robust flavor

Very delicious! I like it plain when hot. When iced, it is good either plain or with a little simple syrup. When I brewed it more than once, it seemed to lessen in its currant flavor.

I really enjoyed this tea - the deep flavor of currant has always been a favorite.

this tea had a tendency to get bitter when steeped, and i wasn't too impressed. then again, i like it when my black teas taste better with sugar and cream, and i don't think this one did. probably better iced.

I just love this tea. The currant flavor is just the right strength. Every Christmas I have gone to The Plaza in NYC for tea and I always select the currant...this is even yummier!

This tea reminds me of England where I fell in love with currant in the first place. Drink it the way they do over there, lots of sugar and milk.

Nice current scent and sweet flavor, good, old-fashioned black current tea. It was exactly what I expected.

This was a very unique flavor, I could not place what it was that it reminded me of. Nice as a hot tea. Mix it with Irish Breakfast to smooth out the flavor.
