I prepare the currant tea for ice tea. I like the way the fruitiness comes through even when iced.
The currant is delicious and makes a great ice tea as well as hot. It is also good mixed with a little mint.

This flavor is fine but it wasn't what I was personally hoping for. I've been looking for an ice wine black tea and was hoping that this would compare but it doesn't. Not the flavor I was looking for, but it's definitely currant flavored so give it a try if you're wanting currant flavor.
While not my favorite tea, it was decent. I feel the raspberry leaf in the tea gave it a slightly medicinal aftertaste to me, but taste is subjective. It was really neither very good or very bad, simply OK. I won't be letting the bag I have go to waste, as its still very drinkable, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

I love blackcurrant anything and this tea doesn't fail..love iced or hot.
I was surprised by how much I actually enjoyed the berry-ish, 'red' flavor imparted by the currant! It's not too strong, and actually brightens the black tea nicely.
Rich maple color. Currant nose with soft black tea aroma. Well balanced flavor between the tea and the fruit. A perfect all occasion tea.
Love making this for ice tea, rich flavor that lasts the test of time.
Excellent cup with cream and Amber sugar! A good one to mix with other teas if you're inclined :)

This tea is really delicious. A warm, rich currant flavor that I like very much. I find myself reaching for it more and more often. Raisiny and yummy with sweet rolls for breakfast, but not overly sweet, itself. A favorite with me.
My all-time favorite tea for any time but especially after dinner. I use this as my dessert tea for my annual tea party every year. So sweet no sugar is needed. YUM!
Never had a currant before, but now I might have to! It's got a really nice fruity taste that's mellow but solid and definitely there, with a tiny bit of an earthy aftertaste. It's not especially comparable to any flavor I've had before, but it might be closest to the cranberry tea. Definitely enjoyed it!
A new favorite! It tastes just like the description. Wonderful iced or as something to drink all day.

I would prefer a stronger currant flavor for this tea.
I really prefer the Twinings black currant. This one was harsher.

This is my go-to black tea! I LOVE the fruity flavor that packs a punch in this awesome tea. Do yourself a favor and order this- you won't be disappointed.

This has been my one cup of tea that is consistent. I take that first sip and remember why I picked this one. I have been doing half currant and half white blueberry, cranberry and they pair great together.
This tea is great. It really goes well mixed with vanilla tea
The dried leaves are intoxicating, with notes of chocolate and raspberry but it has is a light fruity taste. Very enjoyable.

This is a good fruity tea - it's not overly sweet (I mean, sugar I added aside), more of a stable fruit flavor. I don't have a lot of experience with currants, but it reminded me of raisins or blackberries - something deep and dark and fruit. It's lovely. I'll definitely acquire more of this at some point!
Ahhhh, I love this tea so much!! I got it as a sample once and forgot I had it. Then one night I was in the mood for something that had a jammy sweetness to it, something fruity without being overly fruity. When I went digging through my collection, I found this sample and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. So far I've only had it hot, but I think it would make an excellent iced tea, too.

This isn't a bad tea. I really like different types of berry/fruit teas and this one is definitely up in my favorites. I'm more so fond of raspberry or strawberry teas though.

This is good, really it is, but I just cannot compare it to Twinning's Black Currant that I adore so much. Think for me personally, I will stick with that...but this is good.
I liked this tea, it's very mild. I'm not sure that I would drink it every day but I will most likely buy more in the future. I'm sure it would make a refreshing summer cold tea.
The jam undertones of the current flavor add a nice rounded touch to the black tea that isn't overly sweet like many other berry flavored teas. Not my absolute favorite but still a nice cup for cold weather.
A nice enough tea but nothing special. I've enjoyed it occasionally for a change. I am not a huge fan of fruity
teas so others may appreciate it more.
Got this for my husband, and he quite enjoyed it.
This tea has a really nice, but not overwhelming, fruity taste. I don't think it steeps very dark, but flavorful nonetheless.
