Oh so nice! I am combining this with another new tea for me, Earl Grey Bravo. What a nice combination!
Creamy texture of fresh coconut flavor with the balanced brightness of Ceylon. Perfectly sweet and very well-blended.

Oh so nice! I am combining this with another new tea for me, Earl Grey Bravo. What a nice combination!
This tea is pretty good. I like to mix teas with coconut flavors with other fruity teas to compliment the flavors and tweak the caffeine levels.
Lovely coconutty flavor - delish iced or hot (I love mine with a splash of cream)
This is my husbands favorite tea. When I make it he will always comment on how much he likes the taste!
This is not my favorite tea. It has kind of a strange aftertaste, but otherwise is ok. Still pretty good.
Amazing flavor!! Perfect chilled on a hot summer day!!
I purchased this for my sister when she was recovering from a major surgery. She loved it so much and makes it when ever she is feeling a little blue.
I was afraid this would taste way too artificial, but it's fine! It is not overwhelmingly coconut flavored.
I'm a huge fan of coconut and absolutely love this tea. It smells and tastes amazing. It's smooth and creamy and doesn't taste artificial at all. Great as it is, or for mixing with other teas.
Nice strong coconut flavor. It was not too overpowering.
Thoroughly enjoyed this High Caffeine Black tea with excellent coconut flavor
Great coconut flavor. Delicious iced Nice summer tea. I added a little honey and drank hit. Very relaxing tea.
Don’t think I’d drink this regularly but it is nice.
The coconut flavor was a nice addition to this robust black tea.
Go nuts for coconut! Strong tea needs milk and honey, or whipped cream would be good too, IMO. coconut flavor is enhanced with the sweetener. Going to buy more for my sister who loves coconut. Again I made a Latte with my sample packet from the CommuniTEA (July box).
This one has become a staple in my pantry. great in the morning or as a dessert tea.
This tea has a sweet and creamy coconut taste that balances nicely with the black tea base. I prefer this mixed with other blends, but it is good on its own still.
Updated from 6/26/22: Still no coconut flakes in my packet, but it smelled like a bottle of sunscreen when I opened it! I wasn't sure I'd like it based on the initial aroma, but it steeped nicely (did 2.5 min at 212º) and the resulting tea was creamy and pleasantly coconutty in all the right ways. I've now also had this tea iced and I really like it that way. Would do again for sure!
A smooth coconut tea with mild astringency. Could use another flavor note for balance.
Really not a fan of coconut flavoring. Had to put in a lot of extra things to make it tolerable for me. Do not let this dissuade you from trying it, just my personal tastes.
I love all things coconut! I really enjoyed the coconut flavor in this tea, but found the black tea to be slightly bitter. Next time I’ll brew it for less than three minutes. Wondering if there is a decaf version of this tea…
Black tea isn't my favorite, but I do like coconut. There is more than a hint of coconut which is enjoyable. It made a nice cup of iced tea.
I love coconut so I’m not surprised I love this tea. It was great with some sweetener and half and half added. I liked it hot but it was awesome iced. I bet this would be good for mixing with other teas too. I’ll have to get this again.
I love the taste of coconut! This tea has a good flavor to it but what I really love is when this tea is in a blend! Yum!
This tea reminds me of a tropical paradise all the right flavors I love the coconut this is one of my favorites as well it will be added to my list even the aroma in my house I tried it hot and I tried it cold and I liked it both ways
In the bag: Besides the ceylon, a few hefty slices of coconut.
On the nose (pre-steep): Coconut leads the way, no surprise. It's not a sweet coconut, though - more of a fresh slice scent. Slight tang.
On the nose (post-steep): Similar to pre-steep, a savory coconut note. And a hint of cinnamon, believe it or not.
On the tongue (pre-sweetener): More savory coconut, but now paired with unsweetened chocolate and a bit of minerality. Minor astringency.
I didn't add sweetener because I wanted to savor the savory play on coconut.
Opinion: An interesting and pleasant take on the concept and better than I expected. I appreciate the unsweetened coconut for being original.
Preparation: First steep 3 min, second steep 6 min. Both @ 195 ℉. No sweetener.
10 oz, 3 mins @ 195* F, divided. Cream in hot, sweetener in both.
Hot
I added coconut cream to this since it's a coconut tea and the result is very yummy. I drank it down before I realized I didn't do my slow taste for review. Oops! Oh well, that just means its very good. Will see how the cold version is once it finishes chilling.
Cold
It was also good iced w/o the cream.
This tea smells great, but the flavor is a little strong, very black, not so great on the coconut component
Delicious on its own or blended with other teas -- chocolates, caramels, creams, pineapples, etc. If you like coconut, this is a good bet!
Good summer flavor when iced with a teeny bit of sweetener, and just enough caffeine to get me through another hot afternoon!
Excellent flavor, I love the nice coconut spin on the traditional black tea. I have mine with cream.
This is a great tea. It's my replacement for a mid morning snack. The coconut is definitely there, but not out of balance in the tea. Such a nice treat!
Coconut is a really nice flavor for tea. I like the white toasted coconut tea as well, possibly even a bit better than this one.
Sweet and full bodied, this coconut tea pairs well with a bit of milk for a smooth breakfast cup or a dessert like afternoon pick me up.
A favorite of mine for years. I always have this on hand. Great blended with other teas or by itself.
This is just a very smooth, very coconutty black tea that reminds me of a Mounds candy bar! I love using it as a blend with a little chocolate and creme - YUM!
Very strong black tea with the perfect coconut flavor. This is a good tea to mix with others. Cream and sugar is a must.
I feel like coconut makes the perfect iced tea. Great on it's own or paired with another tea to add a bit of coconut sweetness
I generally like coconut, so I also like this tea. Though it's maybe not as strong as I would prefer.
I love Mounds bars, I loved the Capricorn blend, and I enjoyed this well enough when I snuck 1/8 tsp of it into a homemade blend attempt. So I went in expecting to find this by itself to be decent at least, but it's the first tea I've tried that I immediately wished I could stop drinking without feeling wasteful. It almost tastes...chemical? Bitter? I only steeped it 3 minutes so it's not that. Could be the base tea or the flavoring, I'm not sure, it just doesn't agree with me at all. But I won't be ordering more of this and I think I'll give someone else the rest of my sample.
UPDATE: I saw some comments about cutting the steep time on this even shorter, so I (somewhat reluctantly) have tried again. That does help somewhat, but I'm still not sure I understand why this particular tea would get so bad so quickly when the other flavored and unflavored black teas I've had, even with coconut, have been fine at the normal steep.
A rich brew that pairs well with dessert. The coconut is very mild. This is a tea to keep on hand when you need a punch of caffeine as a stand alone treat, or as the perfect accompaniment to a sweet treat.
Since I love coconut this tea is always one of my must-haves. The coconut is noticeable but not overpowering.
This is a great black tea with just a hint of coconut, I have even mixed it with Assam melody. Still great but I would like more coconut.
A very nice cup of tea. The coconut is just subtle enough.
I mix with Chocolate Truffle tea and it’s like a Mounds candy bar, great tea!
A very nice black tea to go with desserts. The coconut scent is strong, which is good, but may clash with savory snacks. Great with a plate of cookies or dried fruit.
Second favorite tea, creamy coconut blends well with the black tea and a splash of almond milk. Have purchased multiple times.
If you have a sweet tooth like me you will appreciate this blend. It has the taste of a coconut cookie in one sip and an almond joy in another.
The smell is amazing! However it is a very typical black tea, the coconut does not affect the taste very much.
I wasn’t sure how well balanced this blend might be, but I was in for a delightful surprise! It’s very smooth, and the coconut flavor is strong and delicious without being overpowering at all. I don’t go out of my way to have coconut-flavored things in general, but I’d go out of my way to drink this tea many times.
I love the coconut flavor in this tea. It's not too overpowering and it smells delicious. Definitely buying again
