My every morning mood improver. Ordering this one by the pound.
Way too sweet for my liking & the flavor blends never seemed quite right regardless of the temp or steeping time. I mixed this with Honeybush banana to choke it down. I definitely won't be reordering this one. Disappointed
This is a nice black tea with the taste of smooth chocolate. It already has a sweet taste, I always add a little half and half and just a little sugar to bring out the flavor of the chocolate. If it came in decaf, it would make a lovely after-dinner drink!
A nice chocolatey black tea! It was hard not to steal the mini chocolate chips from the packet.
This was not my favorite chocolate tea. I'd consider it a Floral chocolate tea. Nit sure what type of black tea is used but maybe a more floral one than I care for, has blue coneflowers which usually don't have a strong flavor but this did.
This is a good black tea with hints of chocolate, but I really prefer the chocolate pu erh tea its a little more flavorful.
Impressively chocolatety very fun. With a dash of milk it's basically a less sweet hot chocolate
better than the OG chocolate in my opinion! I think i ll make it a staple @adagioteas
so, after having tried another chocolate tea a while back, i was a little skeptical but determined to find my own perfect way to prepare a chocolate flavored tea. i got a sample bag of this one and my short search was over. now, if you're like me and prefer sugarless tea for your everyday cups, you might want to save this tea for the occasions where you add sugar and milk because the chocolatey taste really does benefit from the support of sugar and milk to make a really special and delicious cup. i froth the milk and add a little more sugar than usual and it's perfect. distinctly different from, but a worthy rival of hot chocolate.
This is 100% my fave chocolate blend! Highly recommend it!
So yummy. So decadent. Perfect with a touch of heavy cream.
I got this tea to have something chocolate flavored for my sisters in law during our weekly tea party. We all love it! @adagioteas
Probably my favorite chocolate tea that I’ve had, with very good richness and depth of flavor. Excellent on its own or mixed with some fruit teas or even peppermint
When I want chocolate, but can’t have it, I reach for this tea. It’s so good. I haven’t tried it iced yet, but I think it would be amazing cold too. Absolutely decadent and satisfies my chocolate cravings.
Delicious, deep flavors. Not as full of chocolate as the chocolate chip, but definitely worth ordering again.
Nice rich flavor! A definite keeper on my cupboard!
I wasn’t impressed with this tea. I was expecting a lot more flavor and it was pretty weak.
Love this. Tried H&S Valentine tea, but didn't care for the rose in it. This tea has a more decadent chocolate flavor IMO.
Chocolate truffle is one of my favorite teas to make lattes with. A nice rich and creamy flavor.
Delightful when I want something sweet and chocolatey! Also pairs well when combined with berry tea flavors.
Amazing tea for you chocolate lovers, just the right blend!
I enjoyed this tea and thought it was good with milk and sugar. A good tea for special occasions.
Add some sugar and milk and it tastes like hot chocolate!
Guys! If you didn’t try it yet - please go for it! It is just TASTY! Perfectly smooth and strong, this tea will accompany any luxurious brunch and won’t let you down!
I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like this but bought it anyways as it sounded interesting and it was actually pleasantly good. It does have a nice subtle chocolate flavor which appears perfect with the black tea. This is a great dessert tea.
Pairs well with other teas to add a little hint of chocolate. So far, I've mixed half and half with Irist Breakfast and also Black Cherry. Coconut is next to be paired.
Great Chocolate flavor, a little sweetness but not too sweat
Really nice flavour and a great choice for an extra dose of caffeine
This is one of my all-time favorite teas from Adagio. Just beautiful and wonderful. I had originally bought a bag of the regular chocolate tea, and I loved it, but then I got a sample of this and was amazed at how much richer it was.
It s going to be a staple in my house now - it s great to mix with other teas like vanilla and raspberry. @adagioteas
Love the blend of chocolate in this tea. It's richer than the regular chocolate tea, but subtle enough to not hit you in the face with cacao.
Was pretty good but not as chocolatey as I thought it was going to be.. still enjoy very much will probably purchase again
This is delicious! I love having this in the afternoon as a little sweet dessert like tea.
First time I brewed at 212 and it was a little bitter, reduced to 200 and I could really taste the chocolate notes and mild sweetness. It’s nice for a little treat.
A warm and inviting cup that makes you want to curl up with a blanket and a remote! Deep undertones with a smooth finish.
Amazing tastes like chocolate goodness! If you like this try black Forrest cake. It’s similar but with cherry undertones
Nothing replaces eating a chocolate bar. But this stuff is will take the craving away.
Very nice smooth dark chocolate smell and flavor. Adding a little sugar and cream seals the deal and makes it out of this world!
This is a really nice combination of black tea and chocolate, just enough chocolate to be tasty but not enough to be too much. I'm one of those rare people who has to be 'in the mood' for chocolate, and I'm not that fond of milk chocolate (dark is my preference), but I actually think this tea is going to be one of my go-to teas all the time because it's not overwhelmingly chocolate flavored. I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like it. No sweetener required, though I like it better with a little almond milk in it.
My favorite tea by far. I absolutely love this one.
I'm going to compare this to Adagio's classic Chocolate tea, as the two are similar but not identical. If the original could be described as 'chocolate tea', this one could be described as 'tea with chocolate'. That is to say, the flavor of tea predominates, with a more subtle chocolate liqueur in the background. Compared to the classic 'chocolate' I would also describe the scent of the Chocolate Truffle as less sweet, granting this tea a more dark chocolate quality to it.
These are like a darker version of the chocolate chips tea, even better!
My favorite chocolate tea from Adagio. Rich, layered chocolate flavor and aroma.
the chocolate flavor is really tasty! especially with a little cream and sugar, you ve got a yummy tea! i like having this one for breakfast instead of coffee @adagioteas
I bought a bag and now I don't know what I'm going to do because it's awful without copious amounts of milk and sugar and I don't like tea that way
This is a beautiful tea with light chocolate flavor. Sometimes I like a little bit of almond milk in it. Friends have enjoyed it, too.
Chocolaty bliss! Very strong, smooth, and creamy this tea has become my all time favorite.
It tastes like Ovaltine. I had childhood flashbacks to eating Malt-o-Meal Coco Wheats. It's chocolate syrup in tea form. If you want chocolate without the calories, go for this one.
I did not like this one. I love chocolate, but this does not have a rich chocolate taste at all. @adagioteas I won't purchase this one again.
Solid, but a tad too bitter for my tastes. Worth a try, though!
Felt like drinking real hot choco! (With lighter liquid ofcuz, still luv it btw)
