A delicious treat for myself when I am reading on the weekends. The chocolate blends nicely and does not overpower the other notes in the tea. It blends well with cream or caramel teas.

I expected this to have more of a chocolate flavor than it did. The chicory felt like a bitter distraction from the smoothness of the chocolate. It smelled like a truffle, but didn't really taste like one.

The smell of the tea was decent, but the overall taste did not have much of a chocolate note. By adding more tea to a cup, the chocolate was able to seep through, but still was quite subtle.
Chocolaty and is a nice buzz of caffeine when you need it, the chicory gives it a nice full body. Goes well with a splash of milk, and makes for a nice mood booster as well!

This smelled amazing but after steeping I felt it just tasted watery and not much flavor. Not my favorite.
So good, I didn't even need to add sugar in my opinion. It had a nice, rich chocolate taste. If you're worried about astringency/bitterness from the black tea (I think it might be a Ceylon but I'm not sure), try a lower temperature! I usually steep mine around 200-205F, and they always come out perfectly. I can't wait to try this as a milk tea base.
An amazing tea for those of us in the mood for some sweetness in the morning (or any time of day really!). Nicely balanced sweetness with black tea that I will be ordering every time! Smells so amazing and tastes even better.

This is a delicious chocolate tea! It does have a slight astringent black tea bite, but that can be overcome with a little sweetener. I use blue agave to sweeten this tea and I love drinking it freshly brewed poured over ice with a little cream. I make sure not to over steep the tea leaves. I love to cover the tumbler and briskly shake the tea with cream and ice to create amazing, beautiful bubbles on the top. It's nice to find a black tea I can enjoy! 3 min @195
A dance of flavor for my sweet tooth, I got to try this with the CommuniTEA today and I was quite happy to taste. The decaf version is a staple in my stash and the regular version is equally delicious.
Shared this CommuniTEA packet with my coworker. She loved the chocolatey aroma and added a creamer and sweetener. She enjoyed it and is looking forward to trying more flavored teas.
Opening the packet gave me a pretty harsh chemical scent that wasn't great. I brewed and tried it anyway, and while I can sort of smell the chocolate, I can't taste it at all. I've had this in blends before, and I think it's much better that way.
The chocolate aroma is apparent but it smells and tastes more like a chocolate covered cherry…It is an little artificial for me. I added honey.

I love the chocolate aroma. This one has the best aroma of all the chocolate mixes I have tried at Adagio. The flavor actually carries the chocolate much better than the other chocolate tea mixes also. I didn’t get any bitterness when steeping at 212 and it was nice without added sugar.
I'm really fussy about chocolate in my tea - too much and I just don't enjoy it. Knowing this, I blended it with vanilla oolong, and mint (both peppermint and spearmint). The chocolate was still the dominant flavor and still just a bit too heavy for me. However, in smaller doses, I do enjoy this tea quite a bit - blended with just a small hint of the chocolate for the richness of mouthfeel it provides.
