Hmm, I tried adding sugar and cream but couldn't get anything but dark chocolate from this. It was tolerable, and I'm sure people who liked dark chocolate would love this, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting.

Really liked this. For a few years I have been drinking the chocolate chip tea, but lately it doesn’t seem to have as much chocolate flavor. Thought that you could taste more chocolate flavor in this truffle tea.
Normally I avoid flavored teas and especially chocolate but I actually really like this. I like to mix it with a tsp of cocoa powder and its really good. Not overly artificial tasting.

I've tried many of Adagio's chocolate teas, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the depth of this rich, dark, aromatic black tea that's been so artfully balanced with a combination of cocoa products, and complementary herbs and spices. If you like a bold, full bodied black tea I recommend you check this one out.

I really enjoyed this. I ended up adding some rock sugar crystals to cut through the strength of the black tea flavors and really let that chocolatey flavor come through. It’s a good little something to have when you want to satisfy that dessert craving.
This brew is very strong but it’s to me about the same as the chocolate chip tea that I’ve always loved. I’m going to brew two cups side by side and see if I still feel the same way. I’m hoping the truffle tastes richer. That would justify my 16 oz. bag! It would also play a lovely flavor base for a tea latte with extra added chocolate powder, thick honey and cream.

I am not necessarily a fan of chocolate teas, but I wanted to try it. Turns out, it s an OK tea for me. If you love chocolate teas, I highly recommend it trying it, but if you re on the fence like me, this isn t going to give you something to write home about.

This tea was my introduction to Adagio. It's rich and mellow, with a little natural sweetness from the chicory. The chocolate flavor is very true!
Update: I've been loving this with a teaspoon of cream and a couple of drops of liquid sucralose. It tastes extremely flavorful and indulgent. There's a slight lingering astringency from the tea tannins after the cup is finished. Truly the best dessert tea I've tried up to this point.

Has a wonderful chocolately aroma upon opening the bag, but after brewing, it was a little too minty for my taste. Very reminiscent of Reindeer Fuel. Gave this one to my daughter to enjoy!
I've been searching for a satisfying chocolate tea, and I think I've found the one! I find I need a little extra sugar for this than some other teas, but by that I mean four sugar rocks instead of two.
A delicious tea with good body. The black tea does not blend as well as a rooibos does with the chocolate, but the tea flavor holds up well against the heavy chocolate notes. An excellent afternoon tea on a cold day!

This was my first chocolate tea, so it took a few cups to get used to. The chocolate flavor is subtle and doesn't quite match well with the tea. The chocolate flavor is more of a dark chocolate than a milk chocolate which I had hoped for. It's not a bad tea overall. I'll continue drinking it, but it certainly won't be one of my 'go-to' teas.

Chocolate taste is mild, not an extremely heavy or sweet chocolate taste. Pleasant. Not sure if the cornflowers add anything but it looks pretty!

This is a pretty good chocolate that I am using to blend with peppermint to make a chocolate mint tea that I am really enjoying. I would give it five stars, but I personally think it would be a little better without the chicory and cornflowers.
Tasty - I should have brewed a bit stronger, maybe 3 tsp for 2 cups vs. 2. Nice aroma, good with milk and sugar.
