I love this tea. The chocolate flavor was not too intense, but really nicely balanced
Ceylon tea and rich dark chocolate flavor. Decadent chocolate liquor texture, brightened by the tang of the Ceylon.

I love this tea. The chocolate flavor was not too intense, but really nicely balanced
I liked it a lot the only problem is I don't sweeten my tea and it's not sweet enough to drink by it's self, but it still has sweetened factor so it's not really sweet enough alone.
I wasn't expecting much from this anyway, but yeah just kinda tastes fake.
This is one of the best chocolate tea i ever had.
Very enjoyable - excellent mixed with hazelnut and some milk.
Nice, good aroma, sweet taste. A little weak on the chocolate, but nice.
Rich chocolate taste, great paired with the cherry.
Nice aroma, flavor good but not strong enough. I enjoy this on the weekend when I need something sweet.
Nice Flavor, good to wakeup in the morning, tried cold and is also great at lunch time.
great in the afternoon.it is a good pick me up after a hard day
Mild chocolate flavor, so again a very nice black tea, but if you want chocolate flavor go either with the chocolate chai or the valentine tea
I am still working on this one. It tends to be a bitter overwhelming and bitter for me. I have been blending to find a harmony and it still tends to be a bit boastful and bitter.
By itself, this tea tastes much like a cup of cocoa. However, my favorite way to use it is to mix it half and half with a fruit-flavored black tea, like Strawberry. I love the taste when mixed because you can distinctly taste both the fruit and the chocolate, and it tastes like chocolate-dipped fruit. Yummy.
I was hoping for a little more chocolate flavor, but it's still very tasty.
An excellent alternative to hot chocolate when you're in the mood for something chocolatey, but light. Strong chocolate flavor that's enhanced with milk.
Smells better than it tastes, but not a total waste.
Has a soft chocolate flavor. It's obviously not a cup of hot cocoa but it is very good on a cold day. It also smells wonderfully!!!
I didn't love this tea, but I love it as a gift for chocolate fans who also love tea. Everyone I've given it to raves about it.
Yummy! It's got a little hint of chocolate (c'mon, you can't be expecting a mug of hot cocoa with this one). It's a little lighter than I expected, but I will definitely drink again.
Smells great! Neither the tea nor the chocolate overpowers the flavor of the other.
feels quite luxurious on the palate, very soft finish
A nice, mild black tea. I don’t know if I would call it chocolatey, but it did seem to have a little cocoa flavor. Steeped two times, the second time just as good as the first. Forgot I was steeping the tea and remembered about 20 minutes later, but it did not seem to affect the flavor. No bitterness whatsoever. Prepared with almond milk and splenda. This was my first foray into loose leaf tea.
I have been adding some blood orange to my chocolate tea. I can taste the orange and chocolate better when I add milk. Temp at 212, and then steeped at 3 min, and you still get the orange flavor
Not overpowering or overly sweet-nice mix of black and chocolate!
Bought this to use with the strawberry tea...who doesn't like chocolate covered strawberries and that is just what it tastes like.
At first I was wary
The smell of the tea was delicious but the black tea itself was rather cheap and too dry.
It wan't as chocolatety as I was expecting or hoping for but it was still a good black tea with a hint of sweetness. Really yummy with a bit of peppermint tea in it.
Yummy with a dash of brown sugar and heavy cream...and goooood in cake recipes!
I love this tea. I mix it with lots of flavors and buy it constantly.
This is a good tea but not great... it's good for blending (tried it with Raspberry and also with Cream) but I prefer the Chocolate Chip for drinking alone.
If you love chocolate, you will love this tea! I was a bit skeptical at the idea of chocolate tea, but it was a delightful surprise!
Delicious at any time, but especially late morning and afternoon. Especially good with just a little sugar to bring out the taste.
I added milk and sweetener to this and got a light Latte color, the flavor is amazing, deep and chocolatly but not all thick like hot chocolate can be. I am not sure why I added the milk, as I normally don't but I am so glad I did, this is so much better than it smells, which can be hard to do with tea.
I followed the instruction and the caffeine was rather strong. Nice aroma, but it wasn't as strong when drinking. The after taste was a bit weak
This was good with milk. It isn't as full chocolatey as I had hoped, but that's what hot chocolate is for!! All in all a light idea of chocolate.
Another of my favorites. This one definitely helps curb a chocolate craving. I especially love it with a little honeybush chocolate to smooth it out a tad.
I've started mixing the chocolate and peppermint teas to make my own blend. It smells and tastes like a 'peppermint patty'!
I like this tea and found it to be very smooth, but it didn't have as much flavor to me as the chocolate chip. I definitely enjoy this tea, but I save it for when I run out of the chocolate chip. :-)
I was very excited to try this one.
Definitely has a chocolately flavor to it, but leaves my mouth rather try and with a slightly funny after taste. I mixed it with a bit of cream tea and it's much better. I let it steep for a while to get it as rich as possible. Would recommend some sugar and actually, perhaps a drop of half-and-half if you're in the mood for a creamy experience. Tastes really good this way, trust me.
Nothing memorable, good or bad. I prefer making regular black tea, and if I want a chocolate flavor, dissolving a piece of chocolate in it. I suppose this tea might be good for someone who wants chocolate flavored tea all the time, but for occasional drinkage, just get a good basic black tea and add chocolate when the urge strikes.
This tea is not for me. There is a chocolate taste that is great at first but then you are left with a bit of an after taste. This is a tea that I would suggest to use as a substitute for sugar cravings.
I had a sample of choc. chip before and I like that. I find it a bit on the acidic side (both this and the choc chip). the choc smells sweater and almost fruity? Maybe I just have a weird nose. It's very strong and chocolatey so if you mix it with something else (like caramel or vanilla, etc) i would recommend putting less of the chocolate in the mix or else i will overpower the other flavor
Tastes amazing! I only got the sample and now I'm ordering a bigger set. If you think it's too good to be true (calorieless chocolate) IT ISN'T!
Having improved my brewing technique I'll give this flavor a pass. It does take a bit of sugar to get it remotely tasting of chocolate but it's not horrible either. It smells heavenly and tastes ok, just not like chocolate.
Chocolate is good on its own -- awesome mixed half and half with cinnamon. Don't oversteep it.
I love the smell of this tea and the taste of it, when it's mixed with other teas. Good with vanilla and really good with fruity teas (apricot, blueberry) or cinnamon.
This is one of my favorite teas from adagio. It has the perfect amount of chocolate flavoring that is intensified with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. This is a must purchase for chocolate lovers everywhere.
Not really impressed with this tea. It really doesn't have much of a chocolate taste and has a bit of an aftertaste
I love this tea. It is a great morning tea that wakes you up and starts your day with a taste of chocolate. Very nice chocolate taste and one of my favorite teas...
