★★★☆☆

The packaging lists 'dense and soft chocolate flavor.' The chocolate flavor was there, but felt more thin than dense.

I love this tea, both by itself and blended with other teas. Excellent!

Its sweet but not over powering, tastes just like a chocolate bar, very very yummy, really y'all should try this tea!

★★★★★

Two of my favorite things in one cup, tea and chocolate. It was 'weird' at first, but with a little heavy cream and a touch of sugar, I was in heaven. I will have to try it with a little vanilla next cup. Yum, yum, yum - this will be one of my favorites.

After following the directions, this tea will not disappoint. It's a perfect tea for those sweet tooth's cravings. As soon as I finished a cup I wanted another! I definitely recommend this tea to anybody that enjoys chocolate.

Yummy chocolatey tea is often JUST what's needed as a midafternoon pick-me-up. While I do enjoy this tea on it's own, I love to blend it 1:1 with hazelnut. It's like Nutella in a cup! Add a bit of milk and it's a wonderful sweet treat. Next time, I may order some Cream tea to add to the blend, to lend the creaminess without the milk. Overall, a good tea, but I have to be in the mood for it.

Favorite! Bought a larger size. great alone and super for blending~ Update~ this is now the third time I am getting ready to purchase...I am in love! My fav blend is 2 parts choc chip, 2 parts strawberry, 1 part almond or coconut~

Really smooth, really sweet, and a delicious dessert tea. Perfect for blending sweet combos, this is a solid foundation and it's really yummy. I couldn't resist resteeping it for my chocolate-fix rather than dipping into a new chocolate bar. Delightful way to indulge myself! I sweetened it with sugar and milk, and enjoyed the smooth dessert-like flavor.

A wonderful dessert/bad-day tea - very sweet and mellow. Great for a chocolate fix without all the calories!

★★★★☆

Pretty good! The cacao flavor is just enough to liven up the tea, but I wish there was a bit more. Only really good for one steep.

★★★★★

Very chocolatey! It wasn't too artificially sweet either, thanks to the real chips in it. Will probably order more.

★★★★★

Wonderful and sweet, with just a bit of milk this makes this tea a yummy treat. I really enjoyed this, and I'm looking forward to drinking it again.

I love this one! It helps when I'm dieting, since I can't really eat sweets and things anymore. Gives me that chocolate fix without the guilt.

Not the strongest chocolate tea I've had, but better than most. I like it better than the straight chocolate one

The chocolate chip tea is delicious - not too chocolatey. I brought a cup of it to a meeting

★★★★★

Super yummy! It's like a chocolate treat! I love to drink it when I need a chocolate fix!

★★★★★

This is one of my faves from adagio. It is a mild tea but very smooth. The chocolate is mellow, yes, but just the right amount for me in the morning. I love, love this tea with amber sugar and cream!

★★★★☆

This makes a really nice cup of tea. It was a bit bitter for my taste, so I ended up brewing it at a green tea temperature. The chocolate quality to this tea was much more aromatic and harder to taste. Of course if you want to taste chocolate, you could always put some chocolate syrup into that baby. Overall, this is an enjoyable cup with a chocolatey smell.

★★★★★

Not bad if I do say myself. Nice chocolate after taste, just what I was looking for.

The chocolate taste was there, but it more resembled very weak, watered down hot chocolate. The initial smell is delicious, but the brew leaves a weird lingering scent of wet cookies.

★★★★☆

meh. i couldn't really taste as much rich chocolatey-ness as i was hoping for, but a good black tea. milk brings out the chocolate a little.

★★★★★

Smooth, subtle dark chocolate flavor, with a hint of caramelized sugar and a touch of smokiness. The finish is pleasantly, mildly bitter. This tea has a plush mouthfeel--very smooth, reminiscent of chocolate melting on your tongue. The fragrance of the tea too is wonderfu

★★★★☆

As one might expect, this tea is nice and sweet. I mixed it with the cherry tea (which was delicious), but I haven't tried it on its own yet. It's an excellent dessert tea if you're looking for that.

★★★☆☆

There's absolutely no taste of chocolate, you can only smell a whiff of it. Other than that it's mainly just black tea. I'm going to try adding a whole handful of chocolate chips and see if that'll help draw out the chocolate flavor, which is the main reason I bought this in the first place.

Not to bad when you have a little chocolate craving. The chocolate chips add a little more hot chocolate quality.

Chocolate Chip was a very pleasant experience. I have a bad habit of leaving tea to steep for a long time, so I have to be careful with all of these flavored black teas because long steep times = bitter brews. When sticking with the three minutes, this tea was really pleasantly mocha flavored, chocolate and tea blending nicely. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could.

★★★★☆

Great for giving an extra kick to other mixes. On it's own I don't mind it, but I like it best for blending.

★★★★☆

whoa, quite nice. Not a lot of chocolate, so I threw a bit more in with it.

★★★★★

This was the chocolate flavor that I was searching for in the other chocolate based teas. Very smooth with a touch of milk and sugar.

★★★★☆

It's alright by itself, but I like to add either the cream or caramel flavor to it for some extra flavor

This tea smells really good. It tastes good too. You can't really taste the chocolate all that much though.

★★☆☆☆

Although I love chocolate and I love tea the combonation did not work with me.

★★★★☆

When I opened the bag I couldn't help but dig out a chocolate chip and eat it, it smells so good. The tea itself was sweet without being too sweet, and left the sides of the cup tasting like a cookie. Good mixed with the cream tea

★★★★☆

It made a very dreamy dessert tea... I love that it really taste like chocolate and not like watered down coco...

★★★★☆

I love chocolate chip cookies this tea was a calorie free version of cookies. Next time I am going to blend it with the cream tea.

★★★★★

This is one of my favorite teas now. There is a lot of chocolate flavor, but it doesn't overpower the tea. It's also nice mixed with strawberry.

Love the chocolate flavor in this tea. A bit of cream really brings out the chocolate notes.

★★★☆☆

This is a good blend, the chocolate chips add flavor and the smell of chocolate is simply amazing. It's a shame the same can't be said for the flavor, it's a little weak in the brew. A bit of milk and sugar helps to bring it out, and it mixes well with other blends.

★★★★★

Gave this as a gift for Christmas. They raved about the great flavor and wonderful smell. Fantastic for diets-- a person can get a good dose of chocolate without the calories!

★★★☆☆

Seeing as I love my Chocolate, I thought Id be Mad about this flavor. Unforturnatly it was not as I had expected, dont get me wrong it was an ok middle of the road tea but not as chocolatly as I expected.

★★★☆☆

This was good but weaker than I thought it would be. Not enough chocolate came through on the recommended steep time. I guess I have to remind myself that I'm drinking chocolate 'tea' and not some other type of chocolate drink. But I like stronger flavor and a longer steep yields only bitterness. The dark chocolate comes through the most and makes me shudder without some form of sweetner.

★★★★★

Love this tea. Good chocolate flavor without overpowering the tea or being too sweet. This one's my new favorite dessert drink.

Not exactly what I was expecting but it still won my heart over! It goes nicely with sugar cookies. :]

★★★★☆

Good tea and a nice chocolate flavor while not being overwhelming.

★★★★☆

If you're looking for a really strong chocolate-tasting tea, this, sadly, isn't it. However, I love this tea! The chocolate smell floats into your nose as you drink it, and the chocolate flavor tickles the back of your throat. I don't like it with sweetener, but a little bit might enhance the flavor. Just don't overbrew!!

★★★★★

Add a little milk and sugar and this is better than hot chocolate! It's rich and creamy. Healthier and cheaper then hot cocoa too. I will definitely recommend this and will be purchasing more.

★★★★★

The best chocolate tea I've ever had--better than the normal chocolate tea on Adagio. Great for blending too. Who needs ice cream?

★★★☆☆

This was just okay. I thought it would be a bit tastier with the chocolate nibs in it. It is very good in a blend however! Try this with vanilla!
