A nice chocolaty black tea. I prefer the valentines blend, but this is also nice when you want a sweet treat.
Dark chocolate chips melt into our citrusy Ceylon black tea for the ultimate treat. Dense and soft chocolate flavor.

A nice chocolaty black tea. I prefer the valentines blend, but this is also nice when you want a sweet treat.
There was not as much chocolate flavor as I expected.
This is the perfect tea when you are craving something sweet after dinner!
This tea was a little to bitter for my taste.
I found that if I mixed it with Cream tea, it was a little better
This is by far our favorite tea we have tried. It has the perfect chocolate flavor. It doesnt even need any sugar or cream, but if you want it a little richer then use the sugar and cream. Either way, its absolutely delicious.
A light chocolatey note that works well in the background.
You wouldn't mistake drinking this for eating an actual chocolate chip cookie, but it hits the spot when I'm in the mood for something chocolatey. I like to mix in a dash of Dewy Cherry!
Excellent flavor. Doesn't overpower the tea. I blend it with a bit of the coconut flavor.
To be honest, I wasn't sure about this one at first. Chocolate chips in tea? Whoa! But I ended up liking it, especially when combined with strawberry.
The aroma was great. Made me want to have some chocolate chip cookies. Flavor was a bit heavy but not bad.
This is currently running as my favorite Adagio tea, which is saying quite a bit! I definitely prefer the chocolate here to the plain chocolate tea when brewed alone.
I am a bit obsessed with chocolate tea ever since I got a sample of some from another tea retailer. That tea has been my favorite of all the chocolate teas I've tried but it requires shipping costs which I hate so I've tried to find something similar everywhere I can.
This tea, while good, does not displace that as my favorite. First steeping was nice and chocolatey, but I think this other tea uses milk chocolate rather than dark chocolate. I love dark chocolate but found the balance between the black tea and the milk chocolate to be slightly more pleasing.
The disappointment with this tea came on the second steeping which turned out extremely weak. I had considered bumping this one to my chocolate tea default considering cost and ease of procurring more but with no second steep I don't think I can do that.
So the quest continues. I guess there are worse ways to spend one's time.
Rich and flavorful. Great as is or with a hint of milk!
yummmmm chocolate-y tea! who would have thought that this would work!
Very good if you're a chocolate lover :D I do prefer the regular chocolate more but I would buy again.
It's alright. The tea is a little bitter even at cooler steeping times. The chocolate is tiny and hard to even see. It's tasty enough, but it could be better
It wasn’t bad at all, but it wasn’t the rich, chocolatey flavor I was expecting after smelling it. It actually was a little chalky and slightly watery, even with sugar or milk. Just not my favorite.
I've never tried it on it's own, but mixed in with other flavors, it gives the nice chocolate kick I'm searching for.
not what I expected-the chocolate tasted a bit off
Tastes somewhat like tootsie rolls, which is good for me!
I like the chocolate chip to mix with other teas, mainly blacks or dark oolongs. Really good when the weather gets cooler.
This tea is okay for a chocolate tea. I much prefer vanilla flavoring to chocolate so perhaps it's just a personal preference.
This is by far my favorite tea. Really good after dinner tea. I sometimes mix a little cream tea with it, that mix is good also.
Ordered this one for Gianna too. Probably doesn't suck.
Chocolate chip tea!!! Should I need to say more? my kids adore the chocolate flavored teas from Adagio, and these make nice sweet treats for my kids that I do not feel guilty giving them!
I loved this tea. I've never had a chocolate tea so I wasn't really sure if it would be all that appealing but this was great. I loved the pairing of the chocolate and black tea flavors.
My shipment arrived promptly. The tea leaves unbrewed smell very strongly of chocolate but when brewed the smell is fainter and the taste is mostly tea with just a hint of chocolate. Not what I was expecting.
This is a great tea for anyone who loves
chocolate
Not bad, but not one I'd drink often. Definitely needed a little sweetener (in this case, I used stevia) to make the chocolate flavor come out a bit more. With that done, though, it's a nice 'something different' treat that I could see see keeping around for when you're in the mood for it. Definitely worth trying, even if it isn't one of my favorites.
I think this would be better when blended with another tea.
The smell was great. It almost smells like hot chocolate! I am a little let down on the chocolate intensity, I was hoping it would be stronger and creamier.
Nice chocolate taste, would like more chocolate chips on it then will be great.
This smells lovely but it is weak and surprisingly unchocolatey for a tea with actual chocolate chips in it. I am definitely someone who likes a strong cup of tea, so I tried offering some to a family member who prefers delicate tea flavors and a 4 1/2 year old who hates tea and both declared that it 'didn't taste like anything.' Hmmm :/.
A good chocolate fix. I enjoyed it in the afternoon.
Bold and slightly bitter, but excellent sweetened. Great chocolatey flavor without the calories of hot cocoa or a candy bar! Seems to hold up fairly well to multiple infusions.
This tea will satisfy any chocolate lover. It was great as an after dinner substitute for dessert.
This tea smelled so good while being brewed. The flavor lessened as I drank it, but it was so smooth, I enjoyed it very much and will buy it again.
This tea surprised me! I am not usually a fan of black tea, but the chocolate flavor was amazing. It was like I had the best of both worlds - tea and chocolate. It is also delicious iced.
Great aroma, but the taste wasn't as good as I expected it to be. It's not a bad tea, but it's not my favorite.
This tea is very good hot made into a tea latte topped with a little whipped cream and chocolate shavings in the evening. yummy!
Very good chocolate-y, but not fake flavor. Next time I'll brew it for 3 minutes instead because it was a touch bitter.
Nice chocolate flavor without being overbearing or too sweet!
This one is my favorite black tea! I drink it iced and sweetened - almost tastes like a slightly weak chocolate milk...yummy!
I expected a different flavor than the Chocolate tea I already had but they taste pretty similar.
Probably the best chocolate tea I've tasted, but that being said, it's still not chocolate-y enough for me. If you like chocolate tea, it's probably a good bet. If you've never been impressed with chocolate tea, I'd try something else.
My husband really enjoyed this tea. He added a dash of cream and some of the amber sugar crystals and said he would certainly have this again.
This is a great tea. I like it a lot, but i wish the chocolate taste would be a bit more pronounced. Still great though, especially since there are real chocolate pieces in there!
kind of fun to sip chocolate and imagine cookies. I enjoy drinking this tea.
I've never liked flavored tea before, but this stuff is awesome! It's like drinking a cookie!
love IT. Great with a little Splenda and 1/2 and 1/2 for breakfast! Yummmm
