Really flavorful tea. Interestingly the water you use seemes to make a huge difference with this tea (it does with all teas, but seems to be particularly important with the chestnut). Mix with some high quality filtered or bottled water for a hot cup on a cold night.
I love chestnuts and read good reviews of this, so I thought I'd give it a try, but I think the base tea that Adagio uses for its flavored blacks just isn't the best.

This is a sweet and spicy tea, a little more laid-back than the other holiday teas. I enjoy it occasionally with milk and sugar as a dessert.

What a great idea for a black tea! I have to say, despite my slowly sinking likes for the flavored black teas, this one was excellent and did not have that monotonous tinge that all the other flavored black teas seem to be having these days. An excellent choice, especially on the eve of a fresh snow!
Smooth, almost vanilla-like flavor. Not quite what I expected, which is a good thing. It does have a nut-like flavor, but there's more to it than that. Give it a try!
