I've been waiting for December to have this tea and it was well worth the wait. The peppermint from the candy cane pieces left that unique taste of sucking on a candy cane after every sip.

Actually this tea does taste like a legit candy cane, it's just the smell of the tea leaves that threw me off. It's a nice tea with a splash of milk. I think I'll try adding some peppermint leaves to make it more pepperminty.
I purchased this tea without hesitation, and while I enjoy it when mixed with other teas, it has a strange flavor when alone (I find that it tastes like artichokes, which, while not a bad flavor, is a bit odd).
A wonderful Christmas treat. The smell of this tea is wonderful and gives you the boost to hit the store and do some Christmas shopping or volunteer during the Holiday season!
What a scrumptious flavor! Far less minty than expected, it reminds me of that peppermint/white chocolate 'bark' you run across during the holidays. Which is actually very tasty in tea form! This is definitely one I'll get again.
This is what I want all mint teas to be. It's creamy and minty and basically perfect. I got the sample first but had to rebuy a larger size because I love it so much.
This tea reminds me of the soft pillow mints. Has a sweet buttery finish with the perfect punch of peppermint. An absolute must for the holidays!
Wow. This tea is great! It tastes just like a candy cane but also has a certain creaminess that makes me just relax immediately after I start drinking it! This is totally Christmas in a glass and will be making sure I have this every winter from now on.
The mint taste is nice, but the tea has an after taste that neither I nor my daughter liked.

Oh, man. I was not expecting to be this enamored with this tea. My first tastes into hot tea when I was a child had been peppermint, and it's always had a place in my heart because of that, but this candy cane tea takes it beyond. It tastes exactly like a candy cane, but better. There's a creamy/butteryness that is unexpected but so, so delicious. I just like to take a few minutes enjoying the aroma it gives. I honestly don't know if I can go to another mint tea after this.
This is such a unique flavor... almost like a creamy vanilla mint. I really enjoy it. Definitely one I could drink any time of the year!

when you open the pouch you can smell the candy cane.I first thought I would not like it but I truly am enjoying every cup.It will put you in the holiday mood.
Maybe because I just got the sample size there were not that many candy cane pieces in the bag. HOWEVER, this tea is delicious. Regular peppermint tea is WAY too much for me to handle a whole cup of, but this candy cane tea has the vanillaish creaminess to cut the mint so it's perfect. Can't wait to enjoy more of this over the holiday season.
This tea is definitely minty, but it is a little bitter at the same time. But good overall, and I recommend it.
I was hoping for more of a potent, minty flavor. It comes off as fairly mild. It isn't unpleasant, but not exactly what I had expected. The scent is delicious, however! I may try to experiment more and add a bit of sugar and cream, as well as increase the amount of tea used to see if I reach the desired effect.
Absolutely DELICIOUS tea!!! I've always loved peppermint herbal tea but this takes mint tea to a new level. It's sweeter, stronger, and much more like a mint candy than the mint herb. I will absolutely reorder this, I also made a blend with it called 'Peppermint Bark' that I recently ordered as I had mixed my sample with chocolate chip and vanilla and loved it. Definitely recommend this tea.
The leaves smell rich and pepperminty in the bag like peppermint fudge. When brewed, the mint flavor is perfect - not too overpowering so that it tastes like toothpaste, but still nice and refreshing. The first time brewing there was a slight bitterness to it, but I may have steeped it for too long.
This is so good. It smells like a candy cane, it tastes like a candy cane. I am overwhelmingly pleased with all of this candy cane goodness.

One of my top two favorite holiday teas. This is sweet, but not overpowering. Cool peppermint coupled with vanilla or cream-like flavors. Feels like someone melted candy cane in my black tea. There are bits of candy cane in the loose leaf!
This is easily my favorite of the holiday teas. The first time I brewed it, the sugary cane cane flavor was quite overpowering, but the second time, the black tea came through.
I got a sample last year in my order. By the time that I tried it it was not available since it is a seasonal item. I just ordered a pound of it. I'll be sure to order some more soon. The buttery taste is an added extra to the candy cane flavor.
Super great! I can drink this with sugar and cream, or with nothing at all. When I first got this tea, it smelled perfect and I couldn't wait to try it! It's a black mint tea, which before I had only had an herbal mint tea. I like this a lot more. Definitely would recommend this one!
There's nothing wrong with this tea, I just expected more. While it does taste a bit like candy canes, it doesn't taste too different from other holiday/candy cane teas I've tried, which is pretty disappointing. Maybe blending it with a bit of black vanilla would produce a more candy cane-ish tea?
For a black tea, it's very sweet and goes down easily without any additional condiments, though I think pairing it with West Soy's Chocolate Peppermint-Stick Soymilk wouldn't be a half-bad idea. A great tea, nonetheless
My new favorite tea! I just love it! At first sip it can taste slightly bitter (don't overdo it!), but the aroma and the taste of the actual candy canes (I don't know how they do it, but it's there!), ahhh - it's just that amazing! Need to order more asap - the teabags are going fast! :)
This tea smelled strange when I opened it, and I did not have high hopes. It turned out MUCH better than I expected - a clean minty freshness combined with the bright, black tea flavors. I enjoyed it, but it won't be a go to for me. Just my $.02!

The smell of this tea is absolutely delicious, however the flavor fails to match the smell. It tastes like regular mint tea and I'm not sure how to bring out more of that candy cane flavor.
This is very smooth and perfect for the season. It definitely tastes like a candy cane - that is, creamier and gentler than mere peppermint - and I can't wait to try blending it with chocolate chip tea. .) I loved this tea, the perfect cup for winter! The mint is vibrant but does not overpower the black tea, and there is definitely a candy cane feeling to the whole cup. I will be drinking this all through the holiday season!
This one really surprised me! It's buttery rich, similar to the taste of soft pillow mints. The mint is not bracing like peppermint, it is smooth and sweet. A great replacement for the season's ubiquitous peppermint mochas!

This is a great flavor for chilly weather. Strong sweet candy cane flavor that is great hot or cold, with milk or straight. It smells great. I love the pepperment herbal tea, and that's great for a nightcap, but when I want a creamy minty flavor and some caffeine candy cane does the trick.
This is such a great tea its sweet and slightly tart I added sugar to make it even sweeter.
It has an aftertaste I'm not fond of, and it smells better than it tastes.

While good, it's not my favorite. It's more of the sticky-sweet feeling *after* having eaten a candy cane, than it is the crispness of currently licking/sucking on one.
