With a name like candy apple, I thought this flavor might be a little overwhelming, but it is not. It is more of a subtle apple flavor that makes a nice fall-ish tea. For me, it is best in small doses, but still a good tea.
A taste reminiscent of the carnival favorite with sweet caramel and fresh apple notes.

Really nice tea tastes a lot like an actual candy apple. @adagioteas
This tea has a strong synthetic smell to it that I'm personally not a fan of. It's fairly sweet, especially for in the morning. I'm glad that I tried it, but I doubt that I'll be purchasing again.
I absolutely love this blend! It's a fall favorite staple in my home! Makes me long for bonfires, hayrides and all the spooky Halloween festivities coming my way!
Delicious! Just the taste of autumn I was looking for! Very good with a little bit of honey!
Smells like a walk thru an old fashioned carnival! Perfect for fall evenings. Notes of caramel and apple.
Very smooth and sweet apple flavor. Tasted exactly as described.
This one smells awful in the bag but tastes fine! More of just a general apple flavor than a specifically candy apple flavor.
I absolute Love this. Smells and tastes fantastic. Perfect anytime craving apple
The scent of this is amazing! It definitely reminds me of country fairs and fall. Since it's been so hot out, I steeped this overnight with cold water in a jar. It tastes amazing and reminds me a bit of cinnamon apple oatmeal.
This tea reminding me of a juice candy apple if you get his tea you will not be sorry
Fantastic tea. It really tastes like a yummy apple cider, not too spicy.
What can I say, candy + apple in hot (or iced) form is just fabulously satisfying.
Worst tea I have ever had. Just an overall awful taste
This tea was okay, it was very sweet and the candy apple flavor was faint.
Bleh. Tastes like apples and cinnamon, but I'm really not into it.
So sweet and flavorful. By itself or with caramel (it added a bit more sweetness) I absolutely love it, you can definitely taste the apple and smell the fruit, and when adding the caramel it reminds me of a caramel apple without the stickiness
Holy crap I pooped my pants drinking this good ass tea.
I think of fall fairs and festivals when drinking this tea.
Loved the apple flavor in this tea. Probably could have been a notch stronger in it's flavor, but enjoyable nevertheless!
I do not detect a distinct apple flavor. I have several flavored teas. This one is okay but not great, in my opinion.
This tea summons memories of summer carnivals and fall festivals, being a kid staring longingly at those glistening candy apples on display, and being excited beyond belief when your parents actually let you buy one.
This is a tea that is at its best when milk and a sweetener is added. I'm usually a honey girl but for this one I prefer sugar so as not to detract from the caramel flavor. It wants to be sweet and creamy like any self-respecting caramel!
Love this! Sweet apple flavor. I mix with Carmel creamer. Love, love, love!
This was a delicious tea. It definitely taste like a candy apple. The apple flavors are right on point. I do add a Little Rock sugar to sweet the black tea. I will order this again
I really liked this tea and also the pouches that they come in. Yiu can really taste the flavors in the tea
Just okay. The tea smells overwhelmingly sweet, but doesn't taste like too much when brewed.
I loved this tea at first taste even though it is very strong and has an admittedly bitter aftertaste. Adding milk and honey has improved my opinion a bit. It has a strong apple and cinnamon flavor, not sure I get candy though.
The black tea comes off as *incredibly* bitter. I kept reducing the steep time and am still getting bitterness even when reduced to 1 minute of steeping. I like the flavor of the 'Candy Apple' but wish the black tea was less bitter.
If you love caramel apples like me and miss fall, this is the perfect tea for you!
Love the smell of apple while it's brewing. Just a hint of sweetness. It's a perfect cold weather tea.
This is my favorite. Sweet but do good w Carmel apple taste
Very mild apple and caramel smell from the bag. VERY mild. Once brewed, it's also a mild scent. This tastes more like apple pie than candy apple. I get some spice in the background .It's overall a good tea, but I was expecting something more candy and less pie.
Flavour was a bit underwhelming considering the strong scent, but still an enjoyable tea.
Very nice tea. The flavor is really good. Have a cup!
My friend loves this tea I gave her as a gift. Great if you love a fruity tea
Amazing very apple and perfect for anytime you want.
This tea was enjoyable, but I wouldn't say it lived up to the 'candy apple' name. I enjoyed it but it didn't have that tart-sweet that I was expecting. Please note, water boils at 199 degrees where I live due to altitude.
This tea had a fun candy apple flavor but it also had a woody, smokey flavor that was overwhelming for me. I tried it plain, with sugar, and with milk and sugar. It is the first black tea I've had from Adagio so I'm not sure whether the woody, smokey flavor was related to the flavoring or the black tea.
My husband loves this(I don't care for apples, caramel, or cinnamon). He loves it. I sometimes steep it with a cinnamon stick.
Smells devine, tastes fantastic with a little bit of rock sugar. It's so good!
Sooooo yummy. not to sweet and it smell is fabulous . I prefer it hot to cold but it tastes great either way
The candy flavor is unique and fun. This tea doesn’t settle too well on my stomach, though, even with cream.
Delicious and fruity. I don’t use any sweetener and it doesn’t need any.
A nice Christmas treat tea, sweeter and not spicy like most.
My husband was super excited to try this tea when I unboxed it and ripped the pouch open before I could stop him. Whew! What a scent. This one didn t have the jolly-rancher scent that some of the apple teas suffer from. Encouraged, I brewed it up and it s actually very good! It could use a little sweetener if the pot s been sitting, but that s more on me not drinking it fast enough. ;)
Great apple flavor basically tastes as expected from the name.
Delicious reminds me Halloween. Just the right amount of sweet with a little sugar.
kinda meh, couldnt really taste the apple that much.
Didn't have a great smell and translated to a fairly weak taste; however when combined with the fiery cinnamon spice tea tasted a LOT like apple pie and was great
I really enjoyed this tea. The flavor isn’t overwhelming but also isn’t too subtle. My husband found it to be slightly bitter but he only likes white and green teas
