One of my favorite black teas. Has a lovely, smooth butterscotch flavor and is amazing plain, or with a touch of sweetener.
it has a definite sweet taste that reminds me a bit of rooibos tea. (not a bad thing) I'm surprised when i looked at the ingredients it's not listed. The ending when i swallow the tea is when I taste the butterscotch. It has a very nice lingering ending! As far as dessert teas go, this is my fave so far!

Smells like a donut, which is amazing, but for the life of me I can't seem to get it to brew without a bitter back end to it. I have tried lower temps, less time, I keep finding myself needing to add either creamer or sweetener to take down that sharp bite at the end from the black tea. I tried this one as a cold brew, with some caramel almond milk creamer, and that did the trick! A very indulgent iced latte.
Smelled just like the real thing. Not sure of taste, as I mixed it with chocolate, but very good.

Not too too strong. Would be good as an ingredient, but decent on its own. I’m glad I decided not to add honey—it’s plenty sweet on its own.

I don't think I've ever tasted a tea that was this ridiculously delicious before. It's potent, sweet, rich, and smells heavenly. I brew it closer to 2:40 rather than 3 minutes otherwise it gets a bit bitter, but even when I accidentally over-steep it, it still tastes good enough to drink. This has quickly become one of my favorites.

We really enjoyed this, but we also always blend. We blended this with various combinations of cream, caramel, vanilla, coconut, and chocolate. Very yummy

It smells amazing in the bag and taste awful in the cup. I can't place the taste, just that it tasted like (what I would assume was) burnt Butterscotch. Yuck

Nice flavor without being overly sweet. I don't use any sweetener in my tea and the flavor was nice. For those that like a sweet tea, you may want to add a bit of sugar.

Oh boy, this is some potent flavoring. I like it, don't get me wrong, but I'm not tasting the butter part of the butterscotch. This mostly just tastes like caramel. It's a good dessert tea, but also kind of overwhelming.
This has a nice flavor. Its not my favorite tea, but I could see me getting it again in the future. Its kinda sweet, and for me I don’t add sugar. But adding almond milk to it is nice. I’d say it’s a good one to try out.
A little sharp the first time we tried it, but the second was much better. VERY good with honey, but sugar makes it sweeter and less sharp.

The butterscotch taste was a little artificial for me at first. Mixed it in equal parts with Honeybush Banana Nut, add some creamer, and now it's a perfect Butterscotch Banana flavor!

I really enjoyed this tea. Some flavored teas I don't get much of the actual flavor or it seems to be off, but with the butterscotch tea it really has a nice strong flavor. If you do like butterscotch, then give this a try.

I love the creamy taste. It is a great tea to flavor baked goods with..I add the brewed tea to banana bread, lemon bread and coffee cakes.
With a spoon of sugar, this tastes like straight butterscotch syrup!! While I wouldn't drink this on a daily basis, will definitely enjoy it when I do have a cup. Very decadent!!
