This Apricot Black Tea was fantastic! The blend of rich, bold black tea and the sweet, fragrant apricot notes was perfectly balanced. The apricot flavor wasn’t overpowering but added a nice fruity touch that made each sip refreshing. It’s a great tea for both mornings and afternoons, and the aroma alone is enough to put you in a good mood. Definitely worth trying if you’re a fan of fruity teas!

I love apricots and was thrilled to see an apricot tea. Being new to Adagio tea, I couldn’t wait to try it. Nice cup of tea with a pleasant taste of apricots. I enjoy it without a sweetener, my granddaughter adds a drop of honey to hers.

This was delicious. It is good on its own but it is also a good blending tea as well.

My absolute favorite of all the black fruit teas. Delicious flavor, naturally sweet. I drink it hot with milk.

I use this tea to brew 3 quarts at a time with a Mr. Coffee tea maker. I love the flavor of the apricot!

Apricot is one of my favorite flavors. It is especially great if you mix it with the white peach.

★★★★★

I use for iced tea. I make a concentrated loose tea, about 4 rounded teaspoons using a paper filter and a mason jar. Refrigerate and then dilute with ice and filtered water. Refreshing year round.

A bit lackluster for me, was hoping for a more pronounced apricot flavor, but I am juat not getting it.

★★★★★

This blend has a bright frutty and refreshing aroma. The taste is sweet and tangy, with a juicy and crisp flavor from the apple pieces and a soft and smooth flavor from the apricot flavor and marigold flowers. The Ceylon adds a nice balance and depth to the blend, giving it a slightly malty character. Apricot blend is an invigorating treat that will awaken your taste buds and lift your mood.

Apricot was wonderful! I love apricots and it has just the right hint of apricots.

This balances the black tea and apricot flavor well. It's not overwhelming or artificial tasting at all.

One of my favorite jam and toast combos is apricot and fresh, cream butter. I love mixing this with cream tea or it is WONDERFUL iced!

★★★★★

I wasn't sure how this would taste. It has an interesting flavor and subtle smell that's not unpleasant.

One of my favorites! I like to drink this tea when I make eggs and toast with apricot jelly. They obvious pair well together.

★★★☆☆

A little weakin the apricot flavor for me. Still good flavor.

I like the Apricot black tea, but I wish it had a little bit stronger apricot flavor.

We really enjoyed this tea. We wanted to try the black tea version since we had already had the green tea. We were not disappointed and have been enjoying this with regularity.

★★☆☆☆

A bit underwhelming flavor-wise. Tastes pretty generic.

I absolutely love this tea. We drink it iced and hot. It has the perfect amount of caffeine if I choose to skip my coffee. Great flavour

★★★★★

Great flavor. Makes an excellent tea latte when mixed with frothed milk and a sweetener.

There is some good fruity/apricot flavor here, but it's pretty mild, and I might not actually guess that it's apricot if I didn't know: I might guess peach or some generic 'tropical' flavoring. This also has some of that 'dirty' flavor that peach and apricot flavored things often have. But it's not bad overall.

The tea in my sample pouch seems to have too much apricot, and it tastes a little artificial. Maybe my batch was just an odd one for getting the percentages of ingredients right. I will try adding it to one of the plain black teas and try it again. I think it would make a nice addition in smaller amounts when blended with other tastes.

Just delicious! I really love this one. The apricot flavor comes through very distinctly, and is nice and smooth.

My go to morning tea at work, it is refreshing and light. The apricot flavor compliments and works well with the black tea. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy Apricot, because it feels so good to enjoy a cup of nostalgia. My grandmother had an apricot tree, and this tea reminds me of mornings with my grandma in the summer. I like it a tad less than boiling to truly enjoy that fresh fruity taste, and it's great with a bagel in the morning.

A black tea with a nice hint of apricot. The black tea is strong. The apricot is subtle.

This had a bold Ceylon black tea base but the apricot didn't measure up and was drowned out by the Ceylon. Adding a monk fruit sweetener didn't do much to bring out the apricot either. 195 F x 3 min.

Amazing Apricot! A beautiful tea both in caff & decaf...Hot or Iced!

Opening the packet the aroma was definitely fruity. Made this one into a cold brew. The sweetness of the apricot was a nice touch to this black tea. No bitterness at all. Next time will try it hot to see if it still carries the same flavor.

★★★★☆

I was anticipating a fruity apricot flavor to match the wonderful apricot aroma… I was disappointed that the apricot wasn’t stronger. I sweetened with honey.

CommuniTEA portion: 195 for 3 minutes. Black tea was nice but something about the apricot wasn't my favorite flavor. Fun to try it though.

This was not a bad tea - just didn’t have the stronger apricot flavour I was hoping for. I stepped at 200 for 3 min based on others feedback. No bitterness just not real strong.

The tea has a good apricot flavor to it, and the tea itself is of course great quality. I am just not a huge fan of Apricot. I got this in my CommuniTEA box. I steeped it at 185 for about 2-3 minutes.

★★★★☆

The apricot is light, but despite that, it's got this really nice, crisp and tart citrus burst to it that makes up for any lacking flavour. Really, it's almost juicy, and blends well with the black base. Refreshing, and would probably be spectacular iced.

This was a very nice tea that had a pleasant sweetness with a bit of sugar. The black tea mixed in gave me a bit of a boost to get through the last bit of the workday.

★★★★☆

Very lightly flavored, but the aroma was spot-on apricot for me, which I feel like is a hard aroma to pinpoint. Often it just smells like cherry or orange to me. The flavor was also accurate, but not overly powerful or artificial.

It’s actually pretty good! Did not expect that to be quite honest. The smell is amazing and the taste is somewhat similar but a little dulled down — though, it does not take from the taste AT ALL. It is very smooth without having to add any sweeteners etc. It is a taste I would love to have occasionally.

I wanted to do this iced since so many people in the chat and reviews recommended that was the way to go. Normally this means that I brew it and put it in the fridge to cool down. But, when I do that with blacks they go cloudy and bitter on me. Works fine with all other teas. I've tried several things (like letting it cool completely on the counter before going in the fridge), but nothing works for me. So I decided to cold brew by just leaving the leaves in the water overnight. Turned out pretty good. I did make sure to only use 8 oz water since I find it takes more tea to get any taste with this method. Turned out very smooth with just a hint of apricot. Tasted as part of The CommuniTea.

★★★★★

This is a flavorful apricot tea that is great hot or cold brewed. I like it with a little sugar and oat milk.

When I opened my CommuniTea packet, I noticed a strong aroma of Apricot. I noted the marigold, apple, and apricot pieces in the packet. I steeped the tea for about 3 minutes to avoid bitterness and it produced a dark amber color. The tea was very smooth with a good balance between the black tea and the apricot flavor. I'm not a huge apricot person, so this is not my favorite tea. But it is worth a try if you enjoy apricot!

I love the honeybush version of this tea so I was excited to try the 'regular' version! The black tea base works nicely with fruity blends and definitely works well here to let the fruit come through. The apricot flavor is a little lighter than I would expect given the smell and how strong the honeybush version is, but it's still a very pleasant, prominent flavor. I enjoyed this tea very much!

While I probably won't be buying a big bag for regular use,I was pleasantly surprised by this one in the CommuniTEA. It smelled great and tasted really good, too. I'm looking forward to my second steep. I followed steeping instructions on the packet.
