YUM, blended this with hazelnut, coconut and chocolate chip~ Great to cut that chocoalte craving this afternoon~ I steeped for only 3 min. it got dark very quickly and I removed because I was afraid it would get bitter~
Ceylon black tea with a touch of almond. Plush mouthfeel, creamy marzipan notes, nutty sweet, balanced astringency.

I wasn't so sure about this one at first, but it quickly proved to be a new favorite!! It has such a rich aroma
Fine on it's own, definitely smells of almond. I prefer mixing it with other teas as the flavor alone is still a little plain.
this tea smells wonderful and has a great almond taste, I had it plain the first time but may mix it with some blueberry next time.
A little too strong in flavor. Good mixed with mostly Irish breakfast and a splash of coconut.
A fine tea, but sort of ho-hum. It had a similar quality to the cream flavor which I preferred more. Was nice with milk and some sugar. I might toy with it and try adding some more or less of both and see if the good parts shine some more - it smells great out of the bag.
Almond rocks. That's all there is to it. With cream and honey this is superb.
Great! Almond mixed with something else... chocolate? Very nutty and dessert tasting- will certainly buy again.
Almond is always good. Just like this almond tea..
An interesting tea. However, I felt that the almond flavor was a bit artificial...
Not a huge fan, but this isn't awful. Going to try this with a chocolate tea in the near future
This is one of my favorite teas! Great aroma, great flavor! I will purchase this again and again!
One of my absolute favorites. Not too marzipan-y for those who aren't marzipan fans but love the nutty warm almond flavor.
The almond in this is nicely balanced (not overpowering). The problem is that the black tea is bitter. I wish Adagio would use a higher quality black tea in their flavored teas.
This has a great almond flavor, and I really enjoyed it.
I love the smell of this tea, but the flavor is just ok
I like the flavored almond black tea better than the almond oolong. It has a nice mellow flavor reminiscent of marzipan. Definitely one of my favorites!
Smells like marzipan, tastes a little bit like marzipan. A little odd but smooth.
This tea smelt so great upon opening it! I had very high hopes based off this. Once I brewed it, I was fairly disappointed in the lack of almond flavor. I was expecting so much more. Not that I did not enjoy it, because this being said it was still a tasty brew, but I was hoping for more almond.
I used to enjoy a wee splash of almond extract in my plain black tea for some extra flavor, and this tea does a very good job of replicating that. Its aroma is terrific, and its flavor reminiscent of amaretto.
After loving the almond oolong, I was a bit too anxious to try this tea, so I didn't let it steep quite long enough. It tasted delicious, though, and on my second cup, I exercised more patience and it was utter perfection! I love the almond flavor!
Almond can be such an iffy flavoring in food, but Adagio really got it right for a very satisfying taste even when brewed strong like I make it!
I really love this tea cold. It has an interesting flavor that is nothing like almond. It's almost like a cookie.
The taste is natural---nutty and the black tea comes through in the flavor profile. I would have liked a bit more of an amaretto or marzipan flavor, but maybe this is another concept.
A sweet, nutty tea. Perfect with a little cream and sugar on a rainy day.
This is a wonderful tea to mix with other flavors to add the perfect nutty tone, without overpowering the other flavors! I will definitely be getting this one in a larger size! Let the creating begin, lol!
I just recently quit drinking coffee and tried to drink this tea instead. Love this, especially with a little cream and sugar on specail occasions. :)
This tea was exceptional. I enjoyed the sweet almond flavor with a splash of cream.
Great flavor and tastes a lot like amaretto...Or so I heard, it was for my mother and she loved it!
While the black tea this is based on is decent I felt the almond flavor was overpowered by it, I wish it had a slightly stronger presence.
Subtle yet very flavorful tea. With a little milk, it is very smooth.
You can definitely taste the almond flavor. This tea is delicious! Definitely recommended if you like almond flavor.
This tea is a little too sweet for my taste. I like to blend this with non-flavored black teas. The diminished flavor takes on a different taste and isn't overpowering.
Interesting flavor, nice change. I would recommend if you want to try something a little different.
I was very pleased with this flavor
I like to blend teas and this is a good base tea. It goes well with chocolate tea and vanilla and coconut too.
Great black tea with just enough almond. With the amber sugar crystals its great with dessert.
Excellent taste. One of my favorites!
The almond is more in the aroma than the taste, but this is a nice winter tea for those cold, grey afternoons.
This tea has become one of my favorites that I've ordered from Adagio so far. It's got a definite marzipan sort of flavor, and though I normally do not sweeten my tea very much, a little sugar makes this tea taste almost like dessert. Love it!
Great smelling, great tasting! Not too heavy on the almond taste, but it is definately there. Sweet, full tasting tea. Good for after dinner
Delicate and delightful. Very nice tea. Relaxing. Try it!
good tea. mixed with mocha mate and cream it tastes like coffee
This tea grew on me. Had strong black tea flavor, and not very much almond at first, but seems like it will mix well. Might try again for mixing.
This is a robust tea with a good solid flavor. Taste isn't artificial, but I wish that there were chunks of almond in the tea itself.
This is a nice after dinner or evening tea. The aroma is definitely better than the flavor. There is a hint of almond, but not as strong as I'd like. I prefer it with a little sugar and cream.
Almond is always a great basic tea, and this one is very good.
Lighter almond flavor than some other almond teas I've tried, almost a floral note. Nicely balanced with the black tea. I brewed it on the weaker side and enjoyed it with just a bit of sugar, but it would probably be very good brewed strong with milk as well
Good sweet almond flavor. I'm going to have to try some extract in other teas!
This tea is ok. It smells good, but I don't really taste the almond.
