I love everything almond, so I'm surprised that I don't like this tea more. I prefer the almond rooibos. something about the rooibos flavor goes better with the almond than the black tea. It's still good, though, but not great.

A very good flavored tea and a nice change from the ordinary.

Very pleasant smelling, like amaretto cookies. Smooth taste, excellent with cream and sugar. Do not oversteep, 3 minutes and done.
I love this tea. It smells heavenly and tastes very similar to the way it smells. I added creamer to it. Perfect tea.
I can't say enough about this wonderful almond tea! I am addicted, it is my go to when I need something relaxing and tranquil. The flavor and aroma is out of this world.
I was so disappointed by this tea! It tastes incredibly fake, and was just bad overall. The only way to make it tolerable is to add some milk to dilute the fake-almond flavor

Not gonna lie, it tastes like you took a great black tea and swirled in a healthy punch of amaretto. Wonderful for relaxing after work, especially if you can't indulge in the real thing for health reasons. Very worth a try!
From the smell, I was initially a bit hesitant, but after tasting it, I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to try it blended with cream or vanilla!
This tea smells wonderful, and tastes great, but it's a little more subtle than the vanilla or hazelnut flavors. I need to add sweetener and milk to really bring out the flavor, whereas the vanilla and hazelnut taste just great straight or sweetened. It's amazing iced, though. I'll definitely be buying more.
Adagio almond blends smell great in the bag but brew up slightly bitter. I keep wanting this to be a great blender because of the wonderful cherry overtones, but I haven't been wowed by them.
If I were a big fan of almond flavor, I would probably like this a lot more. The flavor is subtle but good
This tea is extremely sweet. The smell is wonderful. The scent dims a bit in water, which is a pity considering the aromatic qualities, but the flavor makes up for the lost smell.
This almond tea was a bit dissapointing for me. I was expected a more nutty flavor, and didn't taste at all as I was expecting. The smell is very awkward, again not nutty, and not really fitting of the flavor. However, when steeped and added with milk and sugar, it's ok.
Wow, this is such a yummy almond tea! I prefer this flavor in blends but it's very good by itself.
This is a good cup of tea. It is very decadent. The almond flavoring is pretty much how I expected. But this tea has some hidden note that I can't quite make out. I'll have to play around with the way I make it.
The almond flavor was a bit too strong for me and I was hoping for something a little subtler. Oh well. Now I use this as when blending with other cups and it fits a better purpose there.

Good but not one of my favorites. The almond flavor is noticeable, and unfortunately leaves a bit of that astringent almond aftertaste. I much prefer this one in blends than on its own I think. It's quite good when cut by the smoothness of cream tea for instance.

I adore all things almond, and I really just want to live in this bag, okay? The smell is intoxicating, and the taste is *perfect* - exactly like the marzipan of my childhood. I don't know why it took me so long to get this, but now that I have, I never want it leaving my pantry. All your almond are belong to me.
The balance of almond with black tea is just right.
Another great dessert tea. Like the vanilla, the almond flavor doesn't overpower or clash with most other flavors so it's good to drink with most desserts, or of course, by itself! Very almondy. :)
This smells divine, but it doesn't quite live up to my expectations. I bought it because I really love the chestnut, and I was hoping it might have a similar taste. It's still a good black tea, and I don't regret buying it, but the almond flavor doesn't shine through as much as I hoped it would.
I've tried this almond and the almond oolong. While good I think the oolong version is a little better for being smoother which works better with the almond flavor.
This tea has a very natural tasting almond flavor. It's great on its own, but it goes wonderfully with other black teas.

I had been tasting this tea in tea blends and really wanted to know if it was any good alone, so when I had a chance to get it in a tea trade, I jumped on it. It did NOT disappoint! Because of the sample I got I realized that this is exactly the flavor I had fallen in love with from the blends. Surprisingly sweet, this tea caught me off guard because I usually hate nuts. However, the nutty flavor I dislike doesn't translate at all into tea, and the flavor is very mellow and does not need any honey, cream or sugar.
Smells wonderful, brews great, nice almond flavor. I'm looking forward to mixing this with other teas too.
I was surprised at the smell in the bag -- it smelled slightly nutty, but mostly it smelled like dried cherries! (or some other kind of dried fruit, but for some reason I thought of cherries). Brewed, the aroma is slightly sweet and very nutty, which is lovely. Delicate and light, with a nice, dry finish. I like it a lot!
I love almond, but like so many flavored teas, this has an unpleasant, almost chemical undertone. I am particularly sensitive to this. For a flavored tea, it's not bad, but the almond flavor looses out to the processing that adds the flavor.
Good tea with some milk. The almond taste doesn't taste artificial, it's a very amaretto hint. Blends nicely, too

This is probably my favorite black tea, and Adaigo has a wonderful one! Also very good blended with vanilla, caramel, or cream flavors for a wonderful dessert minus the calories!
This tea continues to be my favorite, I think it is even better than the last time I had ordered it..very fresh, no artificial taste, I use 1 scant teaspoon per cup water, bring the water just to the boil. Wonderful!! Needs no sweeting, no creaming, perfect as is. I even make it iced, a real perk up in the afternoon heat!

A really nice tea, I loved the flavor. It's alright cold but better warm.
Has a wonderful smell, but the taste is not as strong as I would like. However, it is still a nice tea that is not overpowering.
What a flavor! For those who love marzipan...this kind of reminds you of it. I only drink black tea with milk...so I believe this is the ideal flavor to drink with milk. I definitely will keep coming back for this one!

I was thrilled when I opened the bag and I smelled the delicious scent of Amaretto. I was expecting a more subtle nutty scent but I love that it was kick you in the face Amaretto. The flavor when brewed is just as strong. This is another tea I will order again and again.
Nice almond flavor, good with cream and sugar. Not my favorite, but it is different and it is the absolute favorite of one of my friends. I do not care for this once iced and I like my teas to be versatile and be hot or iced. I like to make one pot and drink it hot then steep the leaves a second time and put it in the fridge for later.
This was way too strong for me. The smell is extremely overpowering, reminiscent of Coca Cola, and too sweet. Maybe this is average for almond-flavored things? I've never encountered it before.
Nice almond flavor. Pretty strong, but a smooth relaxing cup nonetheless. Not my first choice or new favorite, but a nice nutty taste that worked well with cream and sugar. Something different.

Mneh. A good black tea but not a whole lot more. Nothing to write home about anyway. There is a slight almond flavor going on but don't add sweetener or it seems to change and mask the original flavor. I like stronger flavor so I brew this longer than the recommended 3 minutes.
