Sweeter than hazelnut or chestnut, but another great nut tea! Is a great complimentary flavor to blends, especially other nuts if you want a sweeter taste without adding something like cream or chocolate.
This tea definitely smells and tastes like marzipan! In the bag, the almond smell is very strong. Once brewed, the sweet flavor of the almond perfectly balances with the tangy, crisp ceylon.

This is one of those teas that you can mix with pretty much any fruit tea flavor, and it'd still taste great. I love mixing this with any of the fruity teas, especially blueberry. Yum!
Very strong almond scent straight out of the bag and smooth taste. The flavor is a little too strong for me by itself, but is very nice in a blend.

I was heartbroken when my favourite amaretto tea was discontinued, and went out looking for a replacement. So happy to find this one - it's even better than the one I had to begin with!
Not a flavor I enjoy on its own, it really has some 'flavored' qualities to it that aren't appealing. It does blend well, and gives a nice food-like flavor to other teas that can be used to a nice effect.

A very basic tea. Initially kind of weak for my tastes, so I may try brewing it a little stronger next time. It smelled very strong (and amazing) in the bag, but isn't overpowering when brewed.
The almond flavor is nice but just a bit weak, it really seems to work better in blends where it can enhance other flavors. It is good iced, if you brew it extra strong.

Definitely smelled great, both in the bag and when it was brewed. However, the flavor wasn't so great for me. I could easily see this tea as part of a blend with other flavors, but alone, it did not taste nutty or sweet. Very aromatic, though!

I love the almond tea!! It's got such a wonderful depth to it, I mix it with cream and dewy cherry and it tastes just like a marzipan. So wonderful!
Bought it to blend with other teas, but I find I love love love it straight! No cream, no sugar, just straight up tea. Smells like baking to me, like almonds and almond extract and all the good things you smell when mom's really in a baking mood, and the taste doesn't disappoint! Only got a sample this time around, so I'll have to order an actual bag next time I order! Whoops! Have a lot of tea to get through before I can justify that though, anyone up for a tea party?! XD
This is a very sweet tea, and the smell upon opening the bag reminds me of cherries, but that may just be because I associate almond with cherries, because that's the shampoo my mother used when I was little. This tea is decent on its own, but truly shines in blends, especially with blackberry and/or vanilla.
Reminds me of one of my favorite SoCal milk teas: almond black milk boba. So nostalgic and sweetly marzipan-like!
The tea was not one of my favorites, however the tea drinker that it was given too adores it. For me the lingering nutty flavor lacks something that can not be found with the add on of honey or cream
I couldn't really taste the almond. I could smell it, but the taste just wasn't there, no matter how long I steeped. :/ Wasn't bad with sugar,but it really just tasted like black tea.
Beautiful flavor! It comes on sweet, and light, and leaves with a delicious nutty aftertaste that dances on the tongue. I liked it just brewed and drank hot, I liked it brewed, chilled, and over ice. I liked it done up the way I drink my iced coffee - mixed with 1 chocolate milk, over ice. Wouldn't recommend with soy milk, but almond milk or rice dream would probably be a good match.

The scent of this tea a worryingly intense blast of marzipan. The taste is far more subtle, refined, and nicely rounded. Still, I prefer it as a mixing tea then on its own.
The almond in this is just really, really strong, and can occasionally be overwhelming. Tastes very almond-extract-ish, almost to the point of artificiality at times. Watch brew times - this is one that turns bitter more easily than others. I do prefer the rooibos almond for drinking on its own, but this is a nice blending tea.

I really enjoyed this tea, it has a very strong Almond flavor.
The almond flavor does not come out fully after brewing. When it does, it smells artificial. If you want a creamier and smoother almond-flavor tea, go for the Almond Oolong instead. That blend much much better than this one.
One of my favorite go-to brews is this mixed with equal parts Cherry. I just throw a packet of each into a tin and mix 'em on up. Bliss in a cup.
This is heavenly when you open the pouch. I just stood there in my kitchen breathing it it. It's a pretty normal, soft nutty flavor, but the scent is divine raw and boiled. I am loving that so much. This was an amazing sample.
